Dr. Henteleff listened to my concerns and helped get me a prescription that met my needs. He also showed me exactly what my prescription would look like with a pair of glasses with my exact prescription, and even let me see the difference between having an astigmatism correction and not having it. I never felt rushed and overall I had a great experience. Lastly, Wink had a wide selection of glasses to choose from, and again I never felt rushed into making a decision.

Dr. Henteleff is so knowledgeable and has such excellent customer service. He instantly knew the problem was defective contact lenses and corrected the situation, insisting that I would not pay for a visit prompted by a defective product. While waiting, the technician/admin staff member adjusted my sunglasses, which had been crooked forever. Two great outcomes in one visit. This is the best Optometry Clinic ever!

I am grateful to the ladies in the front who are very knowledgeable and nice. If it wasn’t for them I would have gone to another Optometry. Doctor was very careful and experienced. I am very happy with their service and I am sure my glasses come in my hand perfect!

I was in for my son to get fitted for contacts. From the moment we got in the doctor kept questioning My so. if he was ready to get contacts. Then he proceeded to say that he would put the contacts in for my son. My son hesitated to keep his eye open during the first two times the doctor tried. The doctor said that he didn’t know what to do and that my son just wasn’t ready. My son walked out disappointed. If you try putting a foreign object into a child’s eye, they are going to hesitate. No different approach was used. We went to a different place and the patience displayed there plus the friendly interaction of the doctor made all the difference.

The front desk staff are amazing! They are friendly and very helpful. The glasses to select from are very nice and offer a wide variety for your lifestyle. The office is comfortable and parking ample. The doctor is knowledgeable and thorough with eye exam.

Dr. Smith ( I believe that is her name) goes above and beyond. She listens to her patients and really tries to help them the best way she can. She is a great doctor with access to great resources and will strategize how to best help her patients. Also front staff is extremely helpful and kind. They clean everything and wear their masks correctly which is another plus!
