I am always amazed at the detailed cleaning my teeth are given. There is no pain and helpful advice. Dr. Wicke checks the hygentist’s notes and easily hones in on my problem teeth. I have been coming to Dr Wick Dental Office for 20 years! Every person that works there is always so kind and caring. I’m not great on having dental things done but the office is so pleasant and upbeat I feel more relaxed. And anything I have had done, Dr Wick is a Perfectionist!! He gave me a beautiful smile years ago!! Thank you all for such great care!

As I mentioned to Dr. Wick when I was in the office for the appointment, his entire staff is terrific: REAL, LIVE people answer phones and communicate with patients; and my dental hygienist is great at her job--never any problems with pain resulting from "false moves." Dr. Wick himself is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

April is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I love her positive attitude. How she’s good at talking and it’s not awkward that I can’t respond. She makes me laugh which makes going to the dentist fun. And of course, it’s always really nice after the tension of getting your teeth scraped clean, to have the chair massage.

The staff are always amazing. I never have to wait, they are thorough and they are very aware of my needs versus wants and my personal budget. Would highly recommend Dr. Wick and his dental staff! Appointments are always on time and they do everything to make you as comfortable as possible. If you have an emergency they always get you in and are able to take care of you. We drive 30 minutes just to see Dr. Wick and at one point tried to switch to a new dentist closer, but ended up coming back because of how caring he and his staff are.

My family has been patients of Dr. Wick’s and his excellent staff for decades. My three sons would tear up the small waiting area at the old location and the staff acted like my hellions were little dears. That was decades ago, before my eldest had a bicycle accident and needed gentle complicated and seemingly endless tooth support for his lost front tooth. Now his son, my first grandbaby, is getting ready for teeth cleaning. I am grateful for April and my shiny teeth and all of the conscientious care everyone has shown to our family. We are grateful.

Most people do not like going to the dentist but this staff is different. I am in my 50s and never had a better experience at a dentist ofc His approach is calming and honest. He introduces himself and how practices. His staff from front desk to hygienists are just as pleasant and knowledgeable.

Just excellent in all regards. April is fantastic, she is fast, thorough and does a terrific job. Same for George. He has cared for my teeth for over 30 years and he is a 10 out of 10. My appointments always start right on time, never a wait. The whole staff is friendly, easy to work with and responsive. I always get a follow up call the day after my appointment, asking how I'm doing. Best Dentist and group in Ohio.

I'll admit, i've never been one to shop around much for dentists, but when ma couldn't stop raving about Dr. Wick, I had to give him a try. His staff are friendly, client oriented and do a wonderful job explaining what steps are involved in the procedures that they perform. Dr. Wick makes sure that you know what your options are for your treatment plan and is flexible when it comes to different ideas and options of how to proceed. when it comes to insurance, they did the research to figure out how to move forward without causing too much of a financial burden and are open to figuring out what the best and most affordable options are for you.

Dr. Wick has served as my dentist, now, for probably almost twenty years. He is one of the nicest professionals I've ever come across--whether he's chatting a little Buckeye football, singing along to a 70's groove on the Musak, or asking about how work is going, he seems to really care about his patients on a human level, first, and (obviously) a dental-health-level, second. Dr. Wick is fastidious about his practice, as well. He more than does his job; he educates, gets patient-input, and helps patients make the best decision for their own health. What sets his medical practice apart from literally every other one with which I have worked is that, when I call his office, a human being answers the phone and takes care of my needs--none of the now-standard and widespread practice of automated answering services with numerous prompts ("press 1 for prescriptions, 2 to leave a message for. . .," etc.). Moreover, I am not sure why he even has a waiting room. I've never had to wait for my appointment. When I show up, a hygienist opens the door almost immediately, to get me back to one of the clean and pleasant rooms.

Amazing! I hadn't been to the dentist for over 6 years. April was so nice, and explained everything she did, as she did it. She demonstrated how to properly floss, and gave me really helpful tips. At no time did I feel pressured to have extra procedures done, nor did they make me feel bad for my lapse in dental health. Dr. Wick was great, and took the time to address any concerns I had. He even called me the next day, to check in and see if I had any questions. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend Dr.Wick!

This was a good visit for me as my feelings and fears were noted and my options were planned for. Dr. Wick is an outstanding dentist and he has an remarkably skilled, cheerful, and helpful staff. Dr. Wick explains everything clearly and indicates which procedures are essential, which can wait, and which are cosmetic. Most recently, he capped my four front teeth in a process that much to my surprise turned out to be painless. While I had the teeth capped for structural reasons, the result is a big improvement in the way they look as well as function. They look terrific and I am no longer self-conscious about my smile.

Dr. Wick and his staff are by far my favorites in all of the dentists I've had through the years (which is over 15, thanks to living in a lot of different places in my life). Dr. Wick can make Novacaine shots, fillings, crowns, etc less stressful than any I experienced before coming to his practice. He and his staff are very kind and friendly.
