It was an unusual experience for me to be so welcomed and at east in a dentist's office. Not only did Dr. Joel Wagoner exhibit great patience, understanding and subject knowledge, but both Ellen and "Alisha"(sp?)were exceptional in their contributions-he's fortunate to have them both by his side in what can be a very stressful worrisome experience.

Dentist appointments used to be scary ... But Emily and Dr Joel are awesome! Not only are they on time, but Emily's been early for my last couple of visits! And she strikes that perfect balance of fun & inviting & personable without being overly chatty & professionally doing a great job!

I would strongly suggest that you use no samples made in China that are given to clients at the conclusion of an appointment. One further suggestion would be that when an x ray is required for a diagnosis, only the tooth in question be filmed rather than a full mouth x ray - without the permission of the client.

I am so blessed that I have found the Dr. Wagoner's. Everyone that works in the office that I have ever met have been wonderful. I am so blessed to have the best Dentists in the world. I always walk out knowing that I got the best care that could be given and I would say that the Dr. Wagoner's and staff are Number 1!

Ashley & Ellen are great stewards re: front of the house. Dr. Andrew is personable, professional and I felt I was in good hands. I really appreciated the fact that he explained what he was doing along the way. There is no better hygienist than Tracey. She is so kind and caring, and she too, explains what she is doing. A great team of people!

Dr Wagoner Sr has seen my family for twenty years or more. He remembers my daughter from her first visit at 3 years til now. He is always genuine and respectful. His son is the same and the practice is top notch. Best in class for sure.

The new notification system is a bit over the top. I appreciate the text message reminder but it is only helpful 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment. Sending the reminder 2 weeks in advance is over kill and kind of annoying. Having to confirm appointments through multiple electronic avenues is also feels excessive. I would find 1 text message reminder a week prior to the scheduled appointment would work well. At least for me.

I am always treated with great respect and friendliness by all staff. The office has an atmosphere of cheerfulness and warmth and regardless of my oral health, no one ever criticizes me. Dr. Wagoner explains all dental work in detail and offers me very good advice. Coming to his office takes all the dread out of "going to the dentist".

Marie cleaned my teeth today. She was great! She actually got a stain out between my teeth that I have been obsessing over every time I come in for a cleaning. She had a great technique. Marie does a wonderful job during my cleaning! She is friendly and engages in conversation (obviously she does most of the talking) that makes my time in the chair most comfortable. Dr. Andrew Wagoner did a thorough review of my oral history and we discussed current and future possible treatments. I could not be more pleased.

My whole family has come for years. This is the first time I have ever had a wait. There was a problem with the patient before me so I really would count the wait at this appointment as a problem or representative of the norm. I love this office and recommend all my friends.

I would LOVE it if you would consider offering an interim stain cleaning treatment visit. My biggest dental issue is stain buildup, as I drink a good deal of coffee and tea. I can't afford to pay for a full visit more often than every six months, but I would gladly pay about half or so for a quick stain cleaning. That's really all I'd want at such a visit; we could be done in 5-10 minutes. I hope you consider this! Otherwise, I'm very pleased with everything about your practice.

I would refer them to Andrew as he is very patient, answers all of my questions, and is a great diagnostician. I've had dental pain for 5 years now that 2 other dentists couldn't figure out why. Andrew really listened to me. I can now eat comfortably. Thank you Andrew. His assistant made me comfortable during my 1-2 hr visits in the chair and was happy to answer my questions as well. She was very attentive.

Marie is just a great dental hygienist. My mouth always feels so clean after she does her magic. I also met Dr. Andrew for the first time this visit. Much like his dad, he is very thorough and you are kept well informed on the condition of your teeth when he is finished his exam.

I would appreciate if the Dr. stood in front of me so I wouldn't have to have my head at an odd position that hurt my neck. Also, I didn't feel the Dr. did a thorough check in with me. It felt like he was rushing to get on to the next pt. Consequently, the price seemed high for the information that was passed between us. I do trust the Dr's skills and integrity and that is why I will continue to return.

The staff is so warm and friendly that dental appointments are an enjoyable experience instead of something to dread or fear. The move to texting appointment reminders may be welcomed by most patients but I prefer the personal touch and will miss hearing Libby's voice. Dr. Joel Wagoner is awesome!

I've been a patient at this practice since I moved here nine years ago and every experience has been excellent. I've always felt a good bit of anxiety around dental visits, but every time I leave Dr. Wagoner's office I think "what was I so worried about?" The dentists and hygienists are friendly, kind, and compassionate. Both Dr. Wagoners have a genuine interest in getting to know their patients as people. And I've never waited longer than a minute or two to be seen. Will always recommend to friends and family!

It is a delightful experience even though it is "the dentist"!! The staff is welcoming, my hygienist is personable and thorough but gentle, and both dentists are kind, thoughtful, patient and answer any questions I have.... I feel important to them and never feel rushed.

On my 5/13/14 visit, Dr. J Wagoner observed a tiny cavity developing on tooth #9, and performed a composite one surface repair without any anesthetic. Total time seemed to be less than 5 minutes. Charge was $201, which seemed pricey to me. I am not sure if this was the correct price. I've always been more than pleased (doesn't even suffice) at your offices. I'm so happy with the service I receive that I live in Apex and drive about 45 minutes to still come to Wagoner DDS. I refer everyone I come into contact with looking for a dentist to both Joel and Andrew. I only wish my company hadn't changed our dental carrier from Guardian to Delta, but that isn't your fault. Thanks for ALL of the great service I've received since Dr. Wagoner was with Joe Laton!!

My only comment is that at the end of the visit, the charges were $1050 and I had been quoted $295. It is possible that the nature of the work changed during my appointment, but it would have been nice to know that for planning purposes.
