Everyone working here was extraordinarily cool, knowledgeable, & attentive.. The entire place was neat, clean organized.EVERYTHING WAS THE WAY THE EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE including the parking. But it is very small so they have a very small selection of frames.

Dr. Hammer is extremely thorough. She takes her time to answer all the questions and concerns. The staff is awesome with adjusting or repairing your glasses and all in one adjustment.

I have already started to recommend Volunteer Eyecare to my friends and family. I had the best experience I have ever had when getting exams or purchasing glasses. Staff were very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. They didn't push any sales or ideas onto me, like I have dealt with in the past. They are working with me to make decisions that will be both beneficial for my sight and cost effective. They have a very friendly demeanor and great personalities individually, as well. I honestly can't wait to go back already, and I am excited to have such a hard working team helping me to see the world with a better view.

I’ve only been here for one appt so far but my experience was great! The doctor was very kind and took the time to listen to me. The ladies who checked me in were so nice and accommodating! They also let me take time and helped me pick out my glasses, which is what I was hoping for. I have already recommended to others!

Everyone there is friendly and professional, Dr Emily is an AMAZING optometrist, explains exactly what's she's doing and why. Always walk out with a prescription that's spot on for my vision. 10/10 experience, I'd highly recommend Volunteer Eye and Dr Emily!

This was my first visit to Volunteer Eyecare on Central. The wait was pretty short (less than 10min), the eye exam was quick and the doctor went over every thing she did prior to doing it. They had a good range of glasses but not so many that it overwhelms you. I opted to keep my current frames and just get the new lenses put into them. The customer service was wonderful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely make this my new eye care practice!
