My wife and I enjoy coming to your location. The reason we enjoy coming there is because of Dr. Seaward and Becky! We are happy to hear if Dr. Seaward’s upcoming retirement but we are sad at the same time, as we will miss him. We hope his replacement is equally as good. We could go some place less expensive than your office but we keep coming back because if Becky and Dr. Seaward! I hope Becky does not retire for many years!

I went in to replace one of my lenses that had been scratched and they told me I could just do one but before I do I should get my eyes checked again to make sure that nothing has changed in the prescription and so I got that done for free through insurance and they updated my prescription and replaced the single lens for less than 60 bucks.

I live 40min away and still come to this office. The front office staff ladies are the bomb! The Doc is honest and truly knowledgeable. Since going to him my eye health has not been better. 2 years, no eye infections and prescription hasn't changed!

I can see now for the first time since November . The script I had was wrong for me and The doctor corrected the script and I just got my new glasses and can see. I was gratefuI got in right away and was treated so well. I will be going back for my yearly exams and will recomend them to my friends!

Vogue vision is the only place to go! I have had nothing but great experiences especially at the Euclid location. I feel like my care is taken serious and the time is taken to answer any questions I have. They also dont try and pressure you into buying glasses from them.

This was by far the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Apart from the amazing music the service was exceptional and I left knowing what was wrong with my eyes!

I had such a great experience I made eye appointments for my children before I even left the office. Dr Seaward was very prompt and exceeded my expectations. The staff is all friendly and it was a great overall experience! Thank you Vogue!

I would like to see you get rid of the male counter help, he is not worth what you are paying him. He was unfriendly, wanted to argue with me, was not helpful and if it had not been for Becky stepping in and doing his job for him I would never come back after dealing with him. He took my glasses to check them when I got there and handed them back to me without cleaning the lenses first, Becky took them and cleaned them for me. When I asked to see frames that my insurance would pay for he sat at the counter on his butt and Becky got them, and helped me pick out a pair I liked. Someone called needing a trial pair of contacts while I was there and he was going to just tell them no, Becky told him to check and see if you had a pair, which you did and as I listened to him tell the caller you had ONE PAIR ONLY and he could pick them up, he was not very nice about it. He is not a people person and should not be working with the public. Becky is awesome and loves her job!
