The eye exam was especially thorough, the technician leading me through the instruments by thoroughly describing each process. The optometrist, Dr. Kimmelman, was also thorough and showed a special concern for possible vision issues that might affect me. The optician, Dana Lanzo, was also especially through, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time mnakemsure my eyyelass need was fulfilled.

I was there on Tuesday of this past week and saw Tracy...It was first for a possible STY and then Tracy also discovered some Residue on my eyelid.....So Treating it with Antibiotics and also a liquid the simply washes off any residue that was accumulating...It is getting better and Hope the redness will disappear in a few days....She handled the situation very well and so far I'm satisfied with the slow results....Thankyou Marl H....

I was very happy with the experience I had at Visual Eyes, Delray Marketplace. When I arrived for my eye exam I was taken promptly without having to wait. The technician was very pleasant and the equipment very up-to-date. My visit with the branch's optician went well and confirmed my prescription had changed. I was then able to choose a pair of regular eyeglasses and sunglasses from their large selection. All personnel were pleasant and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or visit again.

I loved the eye doctor and the staff, as well has how thorough the dtr was. The end cost however was quote a shock. I had many eye dtr appts over 40 years and purchased many new pair of glasses, as well has a couple prescription sunglasses. Never have I had to pay $1200 out of my picket. I have excellent insurance plus a VSP.

It’s been a while since my last eye exam. Trying this new clinic was quite the treat. The process from check in, the pre-check exams, to meeting the doctor was smooth and painless. Both the technician and the doctors were very helpful and polite. Answered all my questions. Selecting my frames was such a breeze. The tech listed to what I was looking for, scavenges their huge selection of frames for just those that meet my needs. I was done very quickly. I was quite pleased with the whole experience. My husband was too. He’s coming next.

Dr. Tracy and the entire team is professional , communicative and knowledgeable. They take their time with you in finding the right pair of lenses that fit the need. But also will sit with you and take the time to ensure that the frames you select fit the shape of your face and style you are looking for. I have gone to them multiple times for glasses, my better half goes them as well and we have never been happier. The entire team is wonderful. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.

Hello, Last year I bought glasses from Dana and she was fantastic, kind and very helpful. This year my husband needed new glasses and I told him to try Visual Eyes. We did and we were blessed enough to get Dana again. My husband was overwhelmed by the grace and kindness that Dana showed as he found new frames and lenses. Dana was very knowledgeable about everything we asked. She found my husband a pair that are very, very light so they don't hurt his nose skin. I wish everyone were like her everywhere I went. I went to visual eyes DelRay Marketplace for my annual eye exam. Dr. Kimmelman is very professional and friendly. I had purchased transitional lenses in my glasses last year. They did not seem to transition in the sun like they used to. I spoke with Dana and she was able to order new lenses for my glasses and replaced them free of charge. Great customer service. The entire store goes above and beyond to give excellent service!

I barely had an eye exam. The letters were still unclear when the exam ended, so the prescription they gave me was not accurate. They were too busy with some other thing that they charged me for, when I specifically asked only for the regular annual eye exam. Not only did they add drops and dye into my eyes, but it took the wind out of me and I didn’t realize what they charged me for until hours after I had left when I started to feel better. Also, the doctor shipped me off to a sales person who mumbled when she took my card on what she was charging, and she got mad at me when I didn’t want to look for glasses. Never coming back here.

We are new to the area and I saw the Visual Eyes storefront while at Delray marketplace and walked in to make appointments for my family. They were very accommodating to my date/times needed. On appointment day, they were on time and staff was friendly at every point of our visit from the exams with Christina and Dr. Kimmelman to working with Danny in choosing our new frames. They were not pushy and gave honest opinions. We walked out pleased with the entire experience.

I visited this location last year & had good experience. There on the pricey side but they provided a good product & service so you get what you pay for. My 2nd visit the exam felt rushed & didn’t get much information. I couldn’t get the anti-fog I wanted due to the insurance not wanting to pay for it even though the previous year I could. Automatically shot down the option for paying for it separately out of pocket. I got a notification they were ready on a day when they were closed so I couldn’t pick them Up, I don’t understand that part. First mistake was having my wife pick up my glasses since I was going to home late so I would make it there right at closing time & was trying to be considerate .I tried them on the prescription was totally wrong & way to strong, the prescription only changed slightly so they clearly weren’t even close to what it should be. Very disappointed in my experience & am questionable to returning in the future

This office is state of the art! I had testing done that I’ve not seen at other practices and I am grateful for the thorough review of my eye health and vision. Not only does the practice use quality equipment to diagnose and understand eye health, but that data is then reviewed by a top ophthalmologist, who does further manual eye testing and evaluation. He then easily explained the results of all findings and prescribed an actionable plan.

I moved from Columbus Ohio in search of a eye care & optometrist office. Visualeyes follow the covid-19 protocol guidelines. My appointment was with Tracy K, O.D. My lab technician was very nice & thorough during the routine exam. Shelby, assisted me with finding frames, she was very friendly and made my experience selecting a pair of frames , less stressful she was thoughtful wasn’t just trying to sell me any pair just to make a sell.., in which I appreciated . Although, it was my initial visit I would consider Visual eyes my new eye care provider here in Delray

The eye exam is done mainly with computers. The Doctor spends minimal time probably to verify what the computer has already produced. The people are pleasant but the eyeglasses are priced for only the wealthy to purchase.

I had cataract surgery & lense replacement to see without glasses 1 year ago at Sight Trust Eye Inst. Went to Millenium Laser Center to Tweek eyes. Had to have eye exam at Visual Eyes. Saw Dr Beck. He took his time with me & was extremely through. Helped me make my decision on which eye to change. Can’t thank him enough for his time & concerns. He even called me after my visit to make sure I was sure of my decision. Had my right eye tweeked by Millenium yesterday. Extremely happy with the results. Thank you Dr Beck for your time & insight.
