To be honest, the only reason I made an apt at this office was because of the on-line scheduling feature. It was convenient for me to be able to make an appointment while I was at work without being on the phone (I was making three appointments at once!) The on-line scheduling was super easy and I am so glad that I chose this office. Every single person that we interacted with once we got to the office was so nice and friendly, it was great. They made eye contact, greeted us all individually and were all so friendly. Dr. Dao was awesome and was the nicest person ever. From the eye test to choosing our glasses, the experience was so smooth. Even my husband, who never likes to go to the doctors, didn't mind this office! For three appointments, choosing glasses and getting everything done, we were in and out within an hour and a half. I will definitely be scheduling my two other kids. This office is 45 minutes from our home and we pass multiple eye offices along the way. I will make the drive every time to see Dr. Dao. Great service all around!

Everyone was very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Dao was easy going and thorough, he did a great job connecting with me to explain things in a way I understood. He was very understanding of my personal issues and I felt very reassured that I would be well taken care of. Horyezon was fantastic with helping me pick frames and breaking down the costs. I don't remember his name (I'm so sorry!!) But the young man who checked us in and did pre-testing was extremely patient with the glaucoma air puff testing and even gave me a neat new trick to help with it in the future.

This was the best eye exam I have had yet! The doctor was clearly EXTREMELY knowledgable, and within minutes knew exactly why my contacts weren't working. The associates were very helpful and accommodating. Very kind, and funny to boot. This location is about 40 minutes from my house, but the drive is well worth it just for the awesome customer service and knowledgable doctor.

The whole experience from exam to picking out glasses was excellent. I understand this store will be son renovated which is good; My only complaint would be cosmetic... the rugs were very dirty and need a big steam cleaning.

The office visit was great you fit me in the same day I called, the young girl who did the eye test was so very nice, the doctor was great, but it was when I went to order my glass's that there was a problem, the older lady who was waiting on me was very rude and nasty , and wasn't even nice explaining that she didn't take my insurance to order the glass's, that made no sense to me, that you would take my insurance for the exam but not the glass's, I should of been explained that first, then the older lady was so nasty and she didn't even try to help me bcasically I was told well we don't take your insurance so either you can pay 60 now out of pocket or you take your prescription else where, I was not happy and don't think I would refer a friend there to be treated the way I was, I did take my prescription else where and they ordered my glass's and there was no charge at all, why did that not happen at my visit with your company, either you take my i nsurance or you don't. I work with the public every day and I always try to help my customers, I will go above and beyond to help my customers and feel I should of been treated the same way, Thank you Tonya Serwanski 9046297285

Wait was a touch long for having an appointment, was late to lunch. They seemed understaffed? Only one MD on staff it seemed. No one greeted us, as first time guests we kinda just wandered up to desk and went from there Otherwise, visit was great and doc was friendly and informative.

I was told the vision in my left eye had changed more than that of the right eye. Also was told the left eye had many more floaters. Possible retina detachment was discussed. Records were requested from previous optometrist. To this date they have not been received. It has now been one week and no follow you. I have received the glasses the prescription is not right. At this time I just want my money refunded and to start over with new doctor.

I was a walk-in. When I inquired as to how long it would be I was told "about an hour, two people ahead of me". My niece was with me; I would have never intentionally tie up most of her Saturday waiting with me. I waited over 2 hours to be seen. You have me an awesome exam, but they need to be more realistic in their times as it put me so far behind and I had to cancel my other plans. I did not even fill my Rx there as I had no time. So you lost a sale on 2 pairs of glasses, as I got sunglasses too.

Although I was greeted when I arrived, I was left to figure out the sign-in process and wander around on my own. The 2 office ladies were engaged with other customers, but I think they coupd have spoken more than just "hello."
