My daughter and I have been coming to Vision Art Eye Care for ten years now! From the moment that you walk into the office, everyone is very kind and welcoming. Dr Mintchell is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and very thorough. She surrounds herself with excellent, talented staff members who truly enhance the entire visit. I always leave my visits not only with a comprehensive eye exam but also feeling like I just got to catch up with old friends for an afternoon. I highly recommend this practice for the entire family.

Dr. Mintchell and her staff are amazing. They are always friendly helpful and eager to answer all your questions. They will take the time to explain everything they do. They offer very detailed eye exams and discuss each procedure with you. My insurance carrier recently removed Dr. Mintchell from my network. I still made they appointment with Dr. Mintchell since I am more concerned about my eyes than who is the cheapest Doctor around. I recommend Dr. Mintchell and her staff to everyone.

First, the three front end ladies are fabulous. They are fun, thorough, patient and experts in their areas. All of the tests were explained and efficiently completed. Dr. Mintchell was prompt, attentive and a great listener. I had suspicions that my headaches were due to vision issues but also knew they could be from pretty much anything else. She heard me out without judgement, did a thorough investigation and was super patient with me going back and forth between 2 options 50 times so I could figure out what was most comfortable. She asked me about my family and their vision and shared some data and tips on the vision health of my kids. Dr. Mintchell is clearly passionate and invested in improving eye care in her community. Special shout out to Natalie, Marisol and Melanie for their patience and gentle honesty as I took forever to pick out frames.

Dr. Mintchell is wonderful! Not only does she take the time to listen to my concerns, but she genuinely is interested in making sure you’re comfortable. She doesn’t upsell expensive products that don’t work and I never question when she tells me about a product she loves. Her office staff is WONDERFUL, always friendly. Super clean. And FANTASTIC with kids. Highly recommend!

I absolutely recommend Vision Art for your eye care. Dr. Mintchell is very thorough in her eye exam and continues to stay up to date with the newest technology. One of my sons needed vision therapy (which we had been unfamiliar with) and Dr. Mintchell took plenty of time in explaining why he needed it, how it would help, etc...At the end of the therapy she showed us the results of eye tests he had done before therapy vs after therapy and the results were amazing! It is a great office!

My daughter has astigmatism and myopia from as a toddler. Dr Mintchell is the best eye doctor we have visited. She introduced us to ortho k and it worked amazingly for her. She is really skilled in her field and the way she tends to her patients are excellent! The staff is also very courteous and helpful.

My son is a longtime patient of Dr. Mintchell and so when it came time for me to get my readers upgraded to progressives, I did not consider any other provider. From the calm, clean, and professional front staff, to the COVID protocols being followed, I was immediately at ease. Dr. Mintchell enquired as to my now college son, and her personal interaction and our conversation were delightful and put me at ease immediately. Yet this in no way distracted her from what she was doing. I felt that my examination was being done efficiently and with excellent technologies used, I felt confident in my eye examination. Dr. Mintchell explained my vision diagnosis clearly. The staff was so helpful when it came time to choose the frame, offering suggestions and crunching the numbers before I needed to commit to buying. This allowed me to make an informed financial decision. The online appointment booking and online paperwork was a real bonus and in not having to 'waste' time filling our forms.

Also when I was asked about how often I change my contacts or how long it had been since my last appointment (it has been a long time) I wasn't shamed. They spoke to me with respect which was nice even though I wasn't smart about my eyes.

Dr. Mintchell and the staff are exceptional. I appreciate that the examination is meticulous and thorough. And excellent suggestions are made when it comes to contact lenses. The only suggestion I can make is for you to please change your lab that makes eyeglasses. As you are aware, my husband and I had a really terrible experience with two pairs of unusable glasses that cost hundreds of dollars - one pair just didn't work out and the other pair was incorrect even after three tries - all lab errors that I have to live with.

I was impressed that she referred me to a specialist just to verify her diagnosis. She was correct and followed up with me on the treatment. I really appreciate the way she cares and makes herself available.

This was my first visit and I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mintchell was adorable as can be. She was very sweet and approachable. She made me feel very comfortable. I will definately refer my friends and family. I can see why patients would keep coming back!

Dr. Mintchell is an excellent professional eye doctor. During my visit I enjoy speaking and discussing with her since she explains the problem scientifically and in clear way.
