Very helpful and pleasant staff. There was small technical issue with one of the servers there that delayed my appointment, but the team was transparent about the problem and apologized for the inconvenience. The reality is things are going to happen and how the staff responds is far more important than the problem. Great service and great staff, I’ll be coming back!!

I was having pain and redness in my left eye. I called and spoke with Melissa who was very helpful. Melissa said they could see me as soon as I could get there even though the office was closed for lunch. Dr. H examined my eye very thoroughly. Put my concerns at ease and prescribed some eye drops which have resolved my issue. Extremely happy with the service Vision Wellness provided.

I’ve been a patient here for several years and I’m really happy with the treatment I receive. Dr. Lee is one of the best optometrists I’ve had the pleasure of seeing, and I’ve seen many over the last 30+ years. He’s very knowledgeable, patient and kind. The optical staff are always wonderful, very warm and friendly, always eager to help. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I was a first time patient at Vision Wellness last week. I had seen my previous eye Dr. for many years and just wasn't happy with their lack of attention to detail - their need to sell m everything in sight and the delays with receiving product. I will say Dr. Lee at Vision wellness was amazing. He was attentive. Listened to all my needs and concerns. Made some recommendations and assisted with some decisions/solutions. The office staff was also great! I'm happy to have found this place!

We love the location, the office is very clean including building restrooms. The office management is smooth and seamless. The staff and Dr. Lee provide excellent service answering any questions in regard to types of tests and results. We love the constant update of equipment to perform tests which shows the office is keeping up with technology for improving healthy eye care. I have been at this practice since Dr. Vogel and have seen that smooth transition. I will say for all the above reasons I would not go to the Avondale location primarily due to staff and volume of patients as more doctors are there at that location. Too busy and crowded for the space. The Buckeye location in Verrado is closer to us anyway. We wish to thank the entire staff from Dr. Lee and lab assistants to eyewear technicians and receptionists. Always professional, efficient, and pleasant low key atmosphere. Thank you again.

It was my first time, everyone was friendly and nice. The lady who scanned my eyes and did pretesting was so nice and funny she made me laugh. They have great technology these days, nothing like when I was younger. I was terrified of the air machine and they no longer have that. She showed me what they use and made me feel so comfortable. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was also nice and funny. The doctor listened to my concerns and wanted to solve any issues I had. I went back and told my family how great they are. My mother referred me there and now I will continue to only go there.

I was pleasantly surprised with my 5 star customer service experience today. I've been a lenscrafters customer for over ten years. I recently changed insurance which led me to Vision wellness. I never had any reason to change where I get glasses but so glad that changing insurance companies led me here.... Vision Wellness was much more personable, knowledgeable and fast. I was in and out within a hour as a first time contact lens customer. Kari- the assistant was very professional and super friendly. Dr.Adam Lee was friendly as well, informative, and professional. I definitely notice that they pay more attention to every customer and give a very warm welcome. I found my new eye doctor and will be very happy staying here from now on.

My husband visited your office months ago so recommended it to me. I called the on line number and made an appointment for yesterday, When I made the apt. I made it clear that he and I had two different cell numbers as well as two different email addresses. For some reason, notices about my appointment were sent to him and not me. I arrived a few minutes before my apt only to be told I DID NOT HAVE AN APT. I HAD TO SPELL MY NAME TWICE. No problem except the receptionist seemed to be on another planet. I called my husband and he read the text to Emma who then checked with the doctor to "ask" IF he could see me. Ahhhhhhhh. I HAVE an apt. After a wait , I was able to see the doctor. I later learned that simply calling the listed phone number in no way guarantees one has an apt. "We have two offices, so if the phone was answered in Avondale, they often don't get the information to us." IS THAT ANY WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS????? The first receptionist I spoke to, aka the out to lunch one, told me you did not take my insurance. Fortunately Emma stepped in and assured me you did. The doctor was fine but your front office staff needs LOTS of education. Read the online negative comments about same. I am not the only one who has had problems with the front office. I also discussed the situation with the doctor. No one wears name tags or bothers to introduce themselves.

All the workers are very nice, the location is great and the doc is a no nonsense kind of guy with a great sense of humor. You can get right in and out, or if you have questions he will sit there and listen to you and gladly answer them. Probably one of my best experiences in an eye doctors office. The only issue is that not everyone is able to purchase high end products and brand names such as Coach and your facility seems to only offer majority high end merchandise etc. And i didn't find the selection of frames within my affordability means even with insurance paying majority of the expense. I wish there were a wider variety of selection that accommodated my financial income level.

It's a very pretty and fairly quiet office with a very intimate feel that makes you feel very comfortable when you walk in. They process things very quickly but you don't feel rushed at the same time. They explain everything they're doing sometimes even before you ask and allow you to weigh your own options but they narrow them down the best ones to suit your needs which is really nice considering how varied eye care can be. Ultimately it's a perfect balance of efficiency and care which I appreciate very much. I had a full eye exam, dilation, glasses selection, and purchase all done in about an hour.

Really can’t say enough good things about the staff at this facility. I have been seeing optometrists for most of my life, and I find Dr Lee to be an excellent optometrist. He’s very thorough, knowledgeable and answers questions with patience. The opticians at both locations are really great and the desk staff and techs have all been wonderful. They have all gone above and beyond to make sure I have gotten exactly what I need. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for optometry services.

I have used the services of the Verado Office and Dr. Lee since moving to Verado 3-years ago. I have been very pleased with the the quality care I have received. Last year, Dr. Lee identified cataract issues and referred me to an outstanding specialist. I replaced both lenses and I now see better than I have in 40-years. I could not be more satisfied. I just went in for my annual checkup and was relieved to receive all good news.
