I was really worried because I had loved my previous eye doctor and then moving here I wasn’t sure I would like it as much. But I loved it! Dr. Lansink worked really hard to figure out the best way to help me and she took every step she could to figure out what was going on with my vision. She did so wonderful that she found issues I didn’t even know I had! I highly recommend going here!

All of the ladies at Urban Eyecare & Eyewear are so nice, and so helpful! My visits are always quick and easy. They are great at explaining each step of the process. When purchasing glasses, they give great advice and recommendations and even ordered in a specific color that I wanted so I could try them out!

Excellent in every way. Dr. Lansink is fantastic. She is friendly and professional. I never feel rushed. She always takes the time to understand what is going on in our lives, and remembers us when we come in. I feel fortunate to have found her. We do not live close to her location, but choose to drive the extra distance because she is that good. Not only is Dr. Lansick, but so is Celina, her assistant. She is extremely knowledge about our insurance options. And with three of us in glasses and contacts that is no small feat. Also, I really appreciate her help with frame selection and her willingness to give an opinion. You can't go wrong going to Urban Eyecare!

Dr. Lansink and her staff are amazing! My daughter had her first visit at almost 8 years old and was very nervous going in to the office. By the time we left my daughter couldn't wait for her new glasses to come in!! Everyone explained each step of the appointment in words my daughter would understand and also helped with explain what insurance covers and what we would be responsible for before we made any decisions! What a Great team!!

Personal Care - Urban Eyecare truly treats you with the personal care you would like all service providers to give. They set the bar at the top level service that makes you feel like you will get undivided attention and service. They explain everything about your care in terms that you can understand and explain all the options you have so you can decide on what is best for you in your budget. There is no pressure to buy glasses from them but you should check them out as they have a GREAT selection at reasonable pricing. They care more about your eye health than selling glasses and that to me is the highest level of service that I could ever ask for. Highly recommended!

Urban Eyecade is fantastic!! Such a great variety of frames and options. Dr.Lansink is wonderful to work with and it's quite obvious she takes great pride in what she does. The store/location itself is beautiful as well. I have been to many places over the years for eye care and eyewear. Dr. Lansink and her staff along with the care and products they provide far surpass any experience I've ever had! I can't wait to pick up my new glasses!

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Lansink takes the time to explain everything to my husband and myself, telling me I didn't need a new pair quite yet since nothing had changed much (others I've seen before would totally have pressured me), and explaining my husband's condition and scheduling a follow-up appt for him to keep 'an eye' on something that could potentially need further treatment. She is great at what she does, and we will be back!
