The entire staff is amazing! Everyone remembers you and they're all extremely kind people. You get thorough explanation and documentation of everything. They go out of their way to ensure that you're comfortable, acknowledged and satisfied. Customer service is top-notch and I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

This place is wonderful! Staff and providers were extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgable. It was my first eye exam, and I was walked through the process with ease. The recommendations were very holistic and comprehensive, and would highly recommend this place for your eye care.

Always receive so much personal attention covering all aspects of the appointment starting with walking through the front door, the thorough and personal examination, the fitting and selection of frames, if so desired, and finishing with a friendly goodbye as you head for the door to leave. A top notch experience.

I have been to larger, hospital-connected eye practices, but I get better medical and optical care here. Wonderful staff, knowledgeable provider, cheerful office space. Did I mention always on time? Never feel rushed? True story.

Dr. Zuzana Friberg is the friendliest and most precise optician I have ever had. After I moved away, I tried to find someone new and was just never happy with the service. She’s worth the trip from wine country.
