Honestly, I've been apprehensive about visiting a chiropractor, but everyone was professional and kind. Each step was fully explained and was done well. That is to say there was no pain beyond what I was already experiencing. They understood the pain I was feeling and were able to make time for me on the spot. Greatly appreciated.

I came to Ultra after seeing a ridiculous amount of doctors for the pain in my lower back. I’d gone through botched procedures, physical therapy, lifestyle changes, and more to try and find a diagnosis. I got an answer (a decreasing L5S1 disc) by my second appointment at Ultra and began getting adjustments weekly. The pain is still present as it’s only been 6 months, but I’m actually able to walk and stand for longer periods than I could before, and I’m not at an 8/10 pain scale at every moment anymore. Getting care at this clinic has given me my life back, and they’ve gained a lifelong supporter. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it.

I really appreciated the patient education aspect of my first appointment. I felt like my pain and concerns were being validated, and I also really appreciated that my movement and any limitations I had were being explained to me as well. I also really appreciate that Ultra contacts my insurance and confers with them what my expenses will look like.

Drs. Shaun and Derek run a thoughtful, efficient, and effective practice. The initial exam and follow ups have been thorough and informative. Adjustments are easy to schedule and relatively quick; though staff is always willing to answer any questions I have and make recommendations for how to optimize my strength and recovery.

Too many people in too small a space. I do not like the feeling of no privacy. Also since pandemic I am not comfortable so close to others. Also feels very rushed, a bit like a factory to me. I love your staff, this is what I feel but I am older and may just be old school.

I will always recommend and have recommended Dr. Derek Cardenas, Chiropractor who is the first chiropractor with a kind and highly advanced detailed level of diagnostics and exceptional communication. The last time I could compare with a chiropractor on this high level was not since our past working with chiropractors Dr. Klein who was the only chosen for "Broadway dancers" & Broadway Chiropractor's Dr. Nickolai many years ago in contractor 1099 group facilitated Workplace Wellness Expos in Manhattan and 501.c3 for low-income in Brooklyn events in 2010. There are thousands of chiropractors that are not at all with any energy of healing, not at all kind, and can be the opposite of our wellness industry I have worked in since 1990's but I have already recommended Dr. Cardenas to two large construction company teams, and friends of mine here in Seattle. I would not recommend Dr. Sean Reynolds until he takes training in Communication and Boundaries. No Drs would ever disrespect another DC and interfere, denounce, undermine or of course slander the clients of a different licensed DC and this is hopefully something this DC learns was "ego" and a need to get into training for Communications. But I will recommend Dr. Cardenas once he owns this practice. I will hope to recommend Sean Reynolds once he takes Collective Communication Consciousness and Ethics trainings.

Amazing, considerate, and professional staff. Everyone there is warm and considerate. Doctors are competent and effective. Adjustment, laser treatment, therapy, and massage are all available in one location. As a result of my injuries, I have been coming to this chiropractic office since 2020. My lower back strength is being maintained through regular adjustments and body massage. The cost of repeated visits has been reduced thanks to the package. Without the assistance of Dr. Shaun Ronald's staff, I could not be better.

I am ended in healing and alternative therapy areas to include kundalini partner yoga, clinical nutritional & I have worked with Broadway dancers chosen chiropractor in group facilitated workshops. I am greatly surprised with the depth of Dr Derek Cardenas. His diagnostic tests, his educational depth & his very nurturing gentle treatments I started after a vehicle accident was unique. Not since I worked with past NY chiropractor have I viewed a different approach, definitely on a higher consciousness & exceptional efforts to prepare details for 3rd party insurance claims after accidents matter. Exceeded all expectations. I was so impressed how quickly the office was able to schedule an appointment - I had a sharp pain in my neck and shoulders on a Friday morning, emailed Ultra Chiropractic, and they were able to schedule me for an appointment that same afternoon, with a follow-up appointment the following Monday. In comparison, my physician office could not schedule me for at least 2 weeks. The staff were very considerate, and worked very quickly to verify my insurance. Dr. Derek is so knowledgeable and I felt so relieved to be in such good hands. I am an active person who had injured myself in the course of my triathlon training, and it was nice to have the peace of mind that this office would help me recover and start training in a smarter way so I don't injure myself before the next race day. I was initially skeptical because I had never seen a chiropractor before, but I would highly recommend this office.

I am a former athlete and now coach who was in a LOT of pain from sciatica and iliopsoas muscle issues with extreme pain radiating into my gluteus maximus, minor etc. And down my left leg along the illiotibial band. It was bad enough that I was having trouble walking, forget about running. The team at Ultra Chiropractic have really helped me over the last five weeks. I did three times a week of adjustments, cold lazer therapy, streching and exercises they recommended etc. I'm about 90 to 95% back to normal now. I'm not a cynical person, but I am skeptical. I don't believe in ANYTHING related to health or athletics without being able to see the results of studies or tests. I've been my normal skeptical self all through this process and found it to be very helpful in my recovery. Prior to starting this I had been to my regular doctor and to an osteopath without positive results.

I'm Deaf and trans and often have trouble finding healthcare that meets my needs. The folks at Ultra were very responsive to my communication needs from reception to the office visits-since we lack interpreters they wrote back and forth with me and did not treat it as an inconvience. They also understood basic gesture and were respectful of my pronouns as well. I would say they are Deaf friendly!

I would not recommend as this company is a bit shady, I walked in and I was immediately informed that I was covered by insurance on the phone, so was proceeded to be asked if I wanted to book an appointment, i of course excepted as i was informed i was covered, then on the day of my appointment i filled out the paperwork, provided my details, all standard practice. Then I was called back and i was asked a bunch of questions about my health history and by the time half my examine was over i thought shit i better ask about my insurance and whats covered with the dr before the examine was finished. He then informed me that i in fact was not covered until i got a primary dr and a referral, all info i should have recieved before i even set up the appointment. I then was told I needed xrats and they costed $70 per region. I then said ok well then i only want the region in which i have pain, the dr then was like oh ok well the rest of the xrays are on us, like he was doing me this huge favor. We never talked treatment we never looked over the x-rays, he damn near shut down every question i had by saying we will go over everything on your next appointment. To me this is a marketing tactic to extort money out of the working man by first saying anything to get me into the door and then begin the examine and insure the pressure to pay then making the patient book and wait for the next examine to get any info then by making the patient pay the $220 for the 30min of time in which I received zero care zero alignment, 3 x-rays, 2 in which should have been free. This is medical fraud in my opinion, and no I would not recommend to anyone, unless they have thousands of dollars in which they fully plan to toss away on meaningless conversations and zero medical treatment.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service I have received so far and I've only been to the office twice! I love how much time the practitioners spend with you and how much emphasis they place on patient education. It makes a huge difference when you understand what their concerns are, how it potentially got like that, and how they plan on treating you. I have really enjoyed my experience so far and I have already recommended them to a few people.

I don't take my lack of back pain for granted. There was a time when it was getting in the way of several activities. Dr Reynolds achieved rapid success in virtually removing the constant discomfort. While it's also up to the patient to take care of their back, a great chiropractor can initiate the healing process, making sure it goes in the right direction. I highly recommend Ultra Chiropractic.

I am a returning patient from 11 years ago. I had old injuries accumulated thru the year due to a car accident, fell from the chair and moved heavy objects. My coming back to this office is a right decision. Doctors and staffs are always helpful and patient. They are clearly explained about my health and care. it's rare to find doctors that combines personal touch and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. They introduced me to the new technique to use Laser & Graston for treating my lower back and shoulder and put me at easy. Both treatment have brought my health to a different level. Not only I appreciated the new treatment options but greatly appreciated everyone in the clinic are diligently working to improve my health, it is a warm and wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommend!

I was having very painful low back pain. They fit me in right away.. (awesome). The examination was in depth and explained in detail. The adjustment after the examination was executed precisely and will care. My second visit was a sit down to discuss the x-rays of my spine health & condition. The discussion was almost vertebrae by vertebrae. It was amazing information to learn about my spine.. For a 62 year man my spine is in reasonable shape. I do need some work! The most amazing and potentially life saving information was something the Dr saw on the x-ray of my chest. I am not going to go into to detail but I do have an appointment with a specialist after my visit with Ultra ( they do not claim to be internal medicine doctors.. Just caring enough to suggest I get this issue looked at by a specialist). Well done Ultra Chiropractic. You are a life saver in more ways than one. BTW.. my lower back pain is resolving. I am sticking to your plan for my care.

5 stars! I had never been to a chiropractor before - but I have had a ring finger dislocation issue for several weeks and decided to give it a try. I must admit I had probably absorbed my mother's prejudice from decades ago that "all chiropractors are quacks". However, Dr. Derek was very professional as well as personable, and my "trigger finger" injury was much improved after my visit. The customer service from the receptionist was also the best. I would highly recommend Ultra Chiropractic.

The quality of care I have received at Ultra Chiropractic has always been phenomenal. Whether I've been in to recuperate from an injury or car accident, or just getting "regular maintenance" to boost my immune system, they've taken care of me and worked with whatever my payment needs were at the time. While I acknowledge that I am rather particular about certain things, I have continued seeing them the past 10+ years while livingn from Mukilteo to South Seattle Seattle (and I hate commuting), and it was always worth it to see my family there and to get the help I needed.

My neck/shoulder has been hurting almost over a year now, and I always wanted to go see a chiropractor, but since I don't have health insurance, I kinda waited to see if my body could heal itself. However, it got worse so I decided to go to Ultra Chiropractic which is next to my place. I wanted to be very careful about my choice when I was searching for a chiropractic clinic. Since I have to pay out of pocket, I don't want to waste my money and not feel better. It turns out to be a very worthy experience. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Since I don't have health insurance, the doctor Jeremiah is very thoughtful about my situation and came out with a way for me to do my adjustments which is pretty affordable for me. And doctor Jeremiah and Shaun always show that they care about their patients a lot and do their best to help with my neck/shoulder issue. I also love Shane's greeting, always very energetic and friendly. Moreover, I have had two massage therapy experience there, my massage therapist, Ellen, is amazing! I always feel so much better after my massage, and she always tried to make sure that I feel as comfortable as possible. Love this place, so far I have been there for three weeks, and slowly feeling some changes about my neck and shoulder, I know that it will take some time for it to go back to normal. And I can't wait to feel healthy and good again.

Ultra Chiropractic is an amazing place! They really care about their patients and their staff is very friendly, professional and competent. I came to Ultra Chiropractic because I threw my back out and any body position either standing, seating or walking was just unbearable. I was scared to death as I thought I might never regain my full mobility. I called Ultra Chiropractic and Shane at the front desk was able to arrange an appointment for me right away. Thanks to Dr. Derek and his exceptional care, I was able to walk out of there pain free. The massage therapists are also on point! I saw Ellen and David and I have felt so much better. I highly recommend Ultra Chiropractic to anyone who has been suffering from any back or neck pain. Great place!

I am all about being sarcastic and silly, but after a certain point the doctor or whoever took me back to do x-rays and evaluation made me feel really insecure with like how bad my back was. The way he kept reacting to my limited range of motion and like how my curve looked like after each x-ray ended up really upsetting me and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I've had a lot of medical conditions and issues and have had doctors make me feel bad for sometimes things that I was just born with and before even continuing going to Ultra I need to know as a patient that I'm going to be taken care of not just physically, but also emotionally.

I made an appointment based on the posted hours online showing M-F 9-6pm and Saturday’s by appointment only. I saw that it would fit with my schedule and I would be able to come in on Tuesday and Thursday mornings which are my mornings off work. After doing the initial appointment to establish care I was informed that those are not hours for chiropractic care, only hours that the front desk is staffed. I feel that it was misleading and very frustrating. I won’t even be able to go back for a follow appointment to go over the exam findings because of their hours. This wound up to be a waste of time and money for me.

I have very little time to consider my health - make appointments - make it TO the appointments, and to take care of myself the way I should. For the past two years, I’ve chosen to visit Ultra chiropractic because it helps me through my major health concerns - chronic migraine, muscle/joint/nerve pain (mostly in my lower back), and an overall feeling that my body is broken at 27 years old. The Chiro doctors amazing - kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and they get the job done (fast, since I’m almost always in a hurry). I’ve also gotten some massage therapy which is highly recommended if you have similar health concerns. I can always depend on leaving the office feeling much better than when I came in, and I feel good about giving myself that bit of overall body treatment that is so necessary for literally everyone. It helps me daily, and with my long term health and well-being. Highly recommend!

Great chiropractic care. I think the receptionist needs more training in customer service skills, in terms of how she treats the patients that come in. She can be short at times and not forthcoming with certain questions and that is off putting to customers spending money at an establishment. Massage therapists are great and the chiropractic care has helped me a lot.

Ultra Chiropractic is my favorite find of 2017. I was recommended by a friend, had never tried chiropractic care, but desperately needed it. The staff is amazing, friendly, and accommodating, and the providers are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I try to make it in three times a week, as it's the only thing that helps ease my back pain and migraines. Sometimes I feel instant relief -- overall I just feel healthier. Highly recommend!
