This was my first time having an experience with this location, and I'm blown away by their service. I'm the type to not like change, and I've been using the same daily contacts for 2+ years. Then when I went there for my first follow up at this awesome location, it turned out my vision had gotten a bit better. But that did require my prescription to change and they didn't have the brand of the contacts I used. They gave me samples of another brand for me to try out, but then they surprised me by going above and beyond and having ordered the brand I wore before in my new prescription. This was definitely a great experience, and I'm sure to continue visiting this location.

My husband and I continue to visit Today’s Vision on a yearly basis. Dr. Mostello is very thorough during the exam. She explains and answers any questions we have. The staff is also very friendly during/after our visit. I would definitely recommend visiting Today’s Vision with your eye care needs.

I have been going to Dr. Mostello for several years to have eye exams and to get a prescription for contacts. She provides great service and contacts for my needs. She also helped me in the past with what seems like a major eye issue at the time after I got jalapeno juice in my eye and scratched it. I really appreciate the service Dr. Mostello provides and her staff and kind and courteous to me.

I recently visited Today's Vision on Pasadena Blvd. I needed to replace a hard contact that had gotten lost over a weekend. I was able to place my order and they loaned me a temporary hard contact. It is not fitted to my eye but does allow me to see well enough to get around and get things done. That is why I have been a customer of Todays Vision for at least 25 years. Always professional...Thanks for your help.

I had been to an eye Dr with a M.D. after his name . He hardly explained anything to me about some eye problems I was having . They said an eye exam would be $60.00 I said well I’m not seeing him for that . I have eye insurance so it’s free for me . He spent about 2 minutes checking my eyes andhanded me a prescription. I thought that waspart of his exam for me . I got hustled. I waspissed . Then I went and saw Dr Kristen . I’m so damn empressed ! She spent a lot of time with me , explaining everything about my eyes , educating me . She was awesome. Not only that her crew are outstanding! I was treated so well . I got hustled by a Dr , who didn’t give a crap about my welfare . I haven’t worked since March , so $ 60.00 for nothing hit me hard . Then I get treated like a queen . Awesome service and care .

I love coming here! Dr. Mostello is amazing! She actually conversares with you and makes sure you understand everything going on and makes sure you get exactly what you need. As a child my mom brought me to this office and now as a 23 year old and pregnant, I know I will continue to come back and bring my kid here too! I will always recommend her.

All staff and doctors are very friendly and professssional. My 8 year old daughter always feels very comfortable and looks forward to coming here every year for her exam and glasses. I also appreciate that they send you several appointment reminders before your appointment, and we LOVE the large variety of glasses to choose from! :)

Very friendly staff at the desk, intermittent nurse was very knowledgeable, and Dr. Mostello carefully listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. She gives a great explanation of how to continue your treatment and genuinely cares about your well being.

Excellent service by both doctors and staff. My daughter was turned away from another Eye Doctor because she was 5 years old, didnt let us know ahead of time until we showed up to her appt. I called Todays Vision and was given an appt for the next day without any hesitation. They were very patient with my daughter and I was allowed to go into the room with her. I highly recommend this place to everybody!

This is definitely my new primary optometrist location. It is very clean and orderly. The staff are quite helpful, and I feel that I am getting the best pricing options for my bracket. This one Dr can do the work of 10 ! Absolutely loved her and you will too. Well done!

I have been seeing Dr.Mostello since I was a little girl, she has always been amazing! so nice and understanding! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone, besides the outstanding service they give, they also have a great selection of frames, all the way from high end name brand down to really nice,sturdy more affordable ones. I wear contacts as well, she got me to try Acuvue Vita for the first time liket 3 years ago, and they are still the most comfortable contact I have ever worn in the last 10 years when I branched out to using contacts in 9th grade in high school. Again amazing doctor and great team of girls working up front!Recommend 10000000% :)

Dr. Listen Mostello is only eye doctor I will go to. She is the best. She takes the time to listen to you. And really listen. Not like other doctors who already know what is wrong with you before you walk in the door. I just wish other doctors would learn from her.

Love this office! I been coming to this office for about 10yrs already!! I moved and went to the one by baybrook mall and switch right back to the one on Pasadena Blvd! The girls in front are always helpful and explain themselves about insurance questions and copays! And doctor Mostello is very good at her job! Very detailed, I always have a lot of questions sometime the same ones and she has the patience to explain everything and makes sure I leave happy and able to see! Also gives me other opportunities for long term eye vision!!!! Y’all are the best

Used a groupon code to attend this appointment. My glasses had broke and I needed an eye exam asap. I knew that there was a chance that I would have to schedule it, but when I got there the receptionist told me that there was an opening exactly for the time I needed. She helped me through the process, and afterwards explained to me how the groupon codes work. I wish that there was more selection of glasses to choose from, but she helped me picked the perfect pair. I am excited to receive them!

This is the worst place I have ever been to. I took my 17 year old daughter here for a contact lens exam and the original doctor that saw her was so angry! She kept talking to my daughter with a bad attitude telling her she was irresponsible because she had her contacts for over a month. The doctor shared she had a son the same age and was lazy and irresponsible. When she spoke of him she seemed so angry. She even told my daughter, " I'm not trying to be a bitch but you need to take care of your eyes". This doctor seemed to be very disturbed. I made sure my daughter didn't see her again. I told the ladies at the front desk to schedule her with the Asian doctor instead.

I really like going to this location. They are never packed which is nice, and I never have to wait long. I saw Dr. Lee for the first time and was happy with him. He answered all my questions and was able to give me some insight as to why it took me so many visits to TRY and get a prescription for contacts. I still was unhappy with the contacts and never filled a prescription to get them. I hope to in the future get a prescription that will help me see clearly.

I love Dr.Mostello but the front desk has no idea what they are doing. they are NOT helpful to one another it makes us (the Patient)feel like there is a negative vibe between them. There was a new girl on the team and the DR had to come in and help because the other techs would assist the poor girl. Horrible way to work.

I have been taking my children to Dr.Mostello , its not close to my home its a 30 minute drive, I do have other choices closer to home , but she is a great doctor my children enjoy the visit . I have been taking them to opitical for 15 yrs and we started coming to Dr.Mostello, I believe for more than 5yrs ago .I wouldn't change Doctor . I enjoy the visits very professional staff. I recommend Dr.Mostello to everyone!

The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable but most of all I feel comfortable with Dr. Mostello. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her with my eyes. That says a lot because I don't trust doctors easily. I don't have to wait long periods of time to see her and appointments are easy to make.

Dr. Mostello is great with kids, very empathetic and helpful. She takes her time, and makes you feel that she genuinely cares about you as a patient. I mentioned I was undergoing chemo and she showed me how she looked up drug interactions to make sure I could manage side effects relating to my eyes. She never once treated me different, and she did her best to make me feel at ease. Very happy with this office and everyone who works there.

They are always super nice, I quite enjoy the attention to detail, as well as the fact that they will actually listen to you, chat with you, and take into account about how you feel about everything in the entire process. At first with how the place looked I was a little worried, but they never let the looks about the store two yeas ago hinder their work. Now with the store's face lift their ability to work beautifully matches how lovely the store now looks. I will likely continue to have them help me with my eye wear needs.

Every staff member that day went above and beyond! Everyone was pleasant, helped me understand my FSA information, and picked out glasses for me to try on while I was having my eyes examined. I was so satisfied with the service made me feel comfortable and notice that the Dr and staff was concerned about my situation, that had difficulties on getting the medicine they did evening to take care of me. Every thing was fantastic I liked it so much I told my mom and dad to go there.

When I finished my exam, I went out to select my frames. I could not see how I looked in them. I went home, got my daughter and returned. This is an hour's delay. She took my photo with her camera of each pair of frames so that I could see how I looked in them. It would be nice to have that option available in-store. I know other vision centers offer this service.

Visit was great. Upset I was no one understood my request for contacts. I know I need a bifocal. I didn't have a problems purchasing a bifocal along with the contacts understanding I needed a reader with it. I was upset no one understood my request or listen my needs.i can wear them outside of my work area or on the weekends for leisure And if I choose to use them at work I can use a reader. But after leaving and crying. I get called back and of course give both.

I went there for my first visit on Jan 6th and I have not been able to get my rx right. I can not even wear my last pair of contacts because they do not feel right. I don't know if I should go in again or not. If possible get my money back so I can go somewhere else, or contact my insurance. I have even gone back to wearing my old glasses at times. I have been going there for years and I do not want to go somewhere else but I don't know what to do, since I'm still having trouble. Like headaches, and I can not keep missing work to go to the appointments.

I've never had problems at Today's Vision. Dr. Mostello and her team are the best I've ever had in my life and I'm very pleased to have them assist me. They're very helpful, unlike the other vision centers I've been to in the past decade, such as Walmart, Sears, and at various malls. Equipment was not sanitized between patients and assistant did not adjust machines until I asked her to, they were too high and I was struggling to reach the spot for my forehead.
