Where do I begin......my first initial reaction was that he was very rushy. I don't take it that Dr. Adeseye carves out the time to get to know his patients. He explains things in the manner of a 'mister know it all' which comes off as being condescending. As a new patient, I didn't feel comfortable explaining my daughter's history due to his arrogance. I very much wanted to know if she had differences or not in her eye health. Very disappointing, and will not be returning as an existing customer.

PERVASIVE INEPTITUDE & SQUANDERING CUSTOMER TIME — Osiris P.

There is a breakdown in communication in this business, coupled with a lackadaisical attitude regarding standard operating procedure of what the directions are for customers. It does not seem as if the team values customer's time. This comes from the top and trickles down the totem pole. The team members do not appear to be adequately trained. The service was disjointed with a pervasive feeling of ineptitude. The leader does not give the impression he cares anymore...lack of passion, he is just going through the motions. Furthermore, Sam is condescending and treats customers as if he has a superiority complex. This business is a SERVICE....CUSTOMER SERVICE....and the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Just because you have been mistreating customers 5 years (claimed without complaint) does not mean the time spent at your business TODAY shall remain complaint free. The customer will just go some where else for better SERVICE and you have a LOT of competition. Level up.

Loved Samuel, he explain my eyes better than anyone ever has. Intelligent and direct, laid back and comforting, he was great from beginning to end of the appointment. Heading out to get my frames, I was turned over to his receptionist and she had the worst disposition. Didnt seem as though she wanted to help, near the end she gets up from the small table and goes back to the main desk (not mentioning a word) then a few minutes later she calls out "I'm ready for you now" and when I asked how long till I pick up she sighs and says 5-7 business days. Just didnt seem like she wanted to be there, or help me in my frame buying segment

Dr. Adeseye is an amazing doctor. I have always been particular about my eye doctor, well because its my eyes. But Dr. Adeseye is always very gentle, but thorough and efficient. I love that he knows so much about your eyes and takes the time to explain everything, plus the whole staff is kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back in the future for my exams.

I was a walk-in so I didn't expect much...boy was I surprised!! I had actually visited several vision offices with my Aetna eyevision plan only to hear their computers were down and they didn't have the time to tell me about their services, or I was too late for an appointment and the services would be addressed on my appointment date (needless to say I didn't schedule one after that). So, when I found out not only did you take walk-ins, but your staff readily informed me about all your services and gave me all of the information regarding my insurance benefits. I couldn't believe how nice, professional and informative everyone was at your office. The technician doing my initial exam was very courteous and helped me to understand everything that was going on and why, the doctor was incredible with his exam, explaining everything and even assisting me with making a choice of bifocals for everyday or reading glasses. He was extremely understanding and patient with me and made sure I understood everything that was being said and done through the entire exam. I was so impressed!! Thank you all for an incredible visit!!

Always a great experience, they are very attentive with you and are always so friendly. My sister and I both come here and they always greet us with the smile.Very fast and getting you in and once you're in you really feel that they are taking their time with you to make sure you have full understanding. Great place. Just try to be here earlier so you're not late to your appointment, it's on Highway 6 and there is always traffic here.

I have been going to this location for years and typically I am in and out quickly with no problems. Usually I am greeted and explained the process of the visit along with the cost of the exam. Typically after the exam, I am checked out, my payment is process and I leave with a smile. This visit happened very differently. When I scheduled my appointment I alerted the staff of the changes in my vision plan. I also told her what I services I was coming in for and she quoted me a price for the service based on my updated insurance. I arrived at the office and was only greeted by the doctor and he asked if there was any updates to my personal information or insurance. He gave me the appropriate paper work and once completed I gave it back to the front office staff. I waited for almost 45 minutes before being seen by the doctor. After being seen by the doctor, I was given a price higher than quoted and was offered a completely different amount in regards to the cost of my contact lens exam. I explained to the front office assistant my concerns and they were disregarded. I left the office very disappointed with the level of customer service that I received during my visit. The doctor is great; however, his staff needs to be trained on proper etiquette and customer service. If not he needs to hire new staff members.

I was happy with the front staff, especially when I told them that I was not happy with how I was treated by the doctor. I felt that he did not take any time to get to know me and that he thought that I little understanding about my vision. He offered to give me information about cataract surgery but then didn't. I had to ask the front staff for that. this location is convenient for me but I am willing to go elsewhere to get the care that I deserve.

Everyone was so nice. They are, all very understanding to my needs. I haven't been to an eye doctor and a very long time, I was a little nervous they made me feel very comfortable. I even brought my son in for his first eye appointment he felt so much better because he was having trouble seeing far away. Over all my whole family will be coming here.
