Every assistant in there is so polite and helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor that waited on me gave me such a thorough exam and explain so much that I needed explaining to me I appreciate it. This is the type of place you go to that really respects you and work the time of going thank you so much.

Honestly, I’m very disappointed because I was told from one of the workers there that I was going to be able to receive lenses with a Groupon deal that was going to be included. I come to find out that there was another $150 cost to the lenses that I was told was going to be covered by the initial person who was helping me. I went there today and come to find out that I was going to have to pay $150, that was very frustrating to hear that.

Service was fast, staff was nice! I wish they would have disclosed the pricing because I always forget that it’s extra for the contact fitting. They only tell you the copay for the eye exam then add the extra when you hand them your card to pay.

I found the staff in the front to be very helpful and polite. The doctor was great and have always had a good experience with them. Love this place! The office staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great time connecting with both the doctors and the staff. I had some really bad problems with my eye last year and Dr. Dong was fabulous! I can't say enough about Nicole she's so good. My whole family needs glasses, contacts or some combination of both. She explained and cautiously guided us thru the best use of our benefits. I also like that they employed a desk clerk who is going off to college in the same career field. They are just good people.

Hi, I came in April 13th for my schedule eye appointment with Dr. Li to get a massage for my eyes. He is the only certified optometrist that does this procedure. I went in, waited 45 minutes, and saw a different doctor. The doctor told me she could not perform the procedure and that the front desk should have told me Dr. Li was on vacation that day. She did give me some great advice though and took time to look at my eyes, but was not able to do the procedure I needed. This is my second bad experience with Today's Vision and I am considering switching to another location. Last time I came, I waited 40 minutes only for the front desk to tell me Dr. Li called in sick that day and they were unaware because they were only then checking the voicemail. This place needs to improve. If a manager would like more information, please call me at 832-298-0963

I arrived early and they were able to accommodate that. The staff is friendly and the Doctor is nice and willing to answer any questions. The place I used to go, you had to make appointments months in advance, was quick to get you in, but then you had to wait a long time before the Doc would start the exam, and he was not very informative and was in a hurry to leave. Much more pleasant at Today's Vision in Missouri City.

I had to change eye doctors because my insurance changed. Technician and optometrist were efficient, professional, and friendly. They have several tests that check your eyes. I had to get classes so I bought them there. I will go back next year for my annual checkup.

Unhappy...I've been a customer 10 years and something has changed at Today's Vision! Last week our home was hit by the Sienna tornado from Hurricane Harvey and we were eventually boat rescued during the mandatory evacuation. We received a nice Today's Vision Hurricane Harvey relief email and were looking forward to a compliment of "extended benefit" services as I had lost my original glasses in the storm and several family members need eye exams. Unfortunately our appointments were a total disaster. The front desk staff was incapable of resolving routine insurance benefits and the Optometrists were unfamiliar with email containing the additional patient service benefits. When I requested a copy of the Today's Vision email and offered to contact my insurance service provider to personally resolved the issue for our examinations and services, my request was sidelined and the Staff continued processing our family of 5 for appointments. Concerned about the out-of-pocket payment biIling, I escalated my request for a copy of their Hurricane Harvey assistance email through five different staff people but was consistently ignored for nearly and put off for over 40 minutes until I became suspicious of the "extended benefits" that were supposedly being offered. I'm a very typical and loyal customer...I don't operate on knee jerk reactions. This experience has strained our relationship with Today's Vision and I'm interested in finding another vision care service provider for my family of 5!

During my appointment there were a few glitches with the computer and completing my exam, it was kind of frustrating-Dr. was super nice which made it better but I thought they really need to get that repaired or newer software/computer system. After my appointment, I was called and told I was given incorrect information regarding my insurance and I would need to pay for my frames. I had already left and ordered additional frames so I could have back-up glasses based on those being covered. They offered "50% off the price". Earlier that week, I received an e-mail reminder to make an appointment before the end of the year but I could have waited based on what I was told that it wasn't time for my check up. Maybe entire technology systems needs some updates or an overhaul.

Great customer service from start to finish. Dr Dong is very thorough and informative. My only criticism would be to recommend more Oakley brand glasses. After exam i went to Lens Crafters to purchase my preferred Oakley frames (i.e. active wear type with rubber arms and nose piece). These are prefered by professionals in the field and who live an active lifestyle.

I was a little early for my appointment but was seen by the technician immediately (for eye pressure and curvature measurements). After the initial screening was done, the doctor saw me immediately also. Dr. Doang explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. The only reason I gave my visit a 4 star was because the office was scented and I am very sensitive to air freshner. Having a history of severe dry eyes, I felt the air freshner dried my eyes even more. After the visit, my throat was hurting. The doctors are good (I've been seen by 3 over the past few years) and the front staff is also efficient. They are pretty fast at getting your new pair of glasses back to you quickly. It's just the strength of the air freshner that I'm overly sensitive to.

The staff could do a better job with communicating. The initial greeting was very weak, there was no explanation of why there was a wait to be seated, nor why the entire appointment took close to two hours until I asked. I was also unclear about how an eye exam and contact lens exam are broken down into separate charges as is one of the machines for looking into your eyes. These things should be explained before you are put in an exam room. Lastly, the staff should explain what the initial examinations they are doing are for. I do feel that I received a thorough exam and that Dr. Dong is very competent.

As always my office visit with Dr. Tran was excellent. I appreciate Dr. Tran explaining my eye exam results and recommendations; she never rushes and you can tell she enjoys her profession. She is very pleasant and professional at the same time. I would of given a 5 star rating, but didn't because the chairs in the waiting room could of been cleaner. Otherwise, highly recommend Dr. Tran and her staff at the Hwy 6 location.

Staff is friendly and appointment was done very quickly to get me on with my day. They go give you a choice for the dilation test which is nice. The only gripe I have is that they still use the old "air puff" test for glaucoma screening. There are better methods/machines available to test for glaucoma. I'm frankly surprise they don't have the latest equipment for this, plus the new equipment is much more comfortable than being blasted in your eye with air.

I'll start off with a pro - they have a check-in where you can just type in your info instead of hand-filling out multiple forms. Unfortunately, that was the only part of this experience I enjoyed. This is my first visit to this office. The first issue is that I have some really old glasses. I wanted to get new ones and get contacts. I told both the front desk and the doctor that I wanted to get glasses, but no one seemed interested. They fitted me for contacts and when I went back up front they just told me what to pay. I wasn't about to ask a third time if I could get glasses there - I figured I'd go somewhere else. The other thing I came in for was contacts. I was perfectly happy with my bi-weekly Accuvue Oasys contacts and simply needed to my prescription updated. The doctor asked me how I liked my current contacts and I told her I did, but she wanted me to try a new contact that they had just gotten in which was a monthly. I tried them for a week, but really didn't think they were that great. They didn't seem to fit that well, and I am not really interested in getting a monthly contact. The doctor didn't listen to any my concerns, just told me that these were the best contacts for me and I could go buy my yearly supply up front. I felt like I was being pushed into something more expensive that I didn't even want. At the end, I think she could tell I was pissed because she told me she would LET me get the Accuvues again cause they were ok. The phrasing LET really set me off. I'm not going to pushed into a brand because she wants to try the latest and greatest by a doctor who has no interest in listening to my concerns. I won't be going back, I won't be purchasing my contacts there, and I'll be cancelling the appointments for the rest of my family.
