Honestly, I’m very disappointed because I was told from one of the workers there that I was going to be able to receive lenses with a Groupon deal that was going to be included. I come to find out that there was another $150 cost to the lenses that I was told was going to be covered by the initial person who was helping me. I went there today and come to find out that I was going to have to pay $150, that was very frustrating to hear that.

I had some really bad problems with my eye last year and Dr. Dong was fabulous! I can't say enough about Nicole she's so good. My whole family needs glasses, contacts or some combination of both. She explained and cautiously guided us thru the best use of our benefits. I also like that they employed a desk clerk who is going off to college in the same career field. They are just good people.

Hi, I came in April 13th for my schedule eye appointment with Dr. Li to get a massage for my eyes. He is the only certified optometrist that does this procedure. I went in, waited 45 minutes, and saw a different doctor. The doctor told me she could not perform the procedure and that the front desk should have told me Dr. Li was on vacation that day. She did give me some great advice though and took time to look at my eyes, but was not able to do the procedure I needed. This is my second bad experience with Today's Vision and I am considering switching to another location. Last time I came, I waited 40 minutes only for the front desk to tell me Dr. Li called in sick that day and they were unaware because they were only then checking the voicemail. Unhappy...I've been a customer 10 years and something has changed at Today's Vision! Last week our home was hit by the Sienna tornado from Hurricane Harvey and we were eventually boat rescued during the mandatory evacuation. We received a nice Today's Vision Hurricane Harvey relief email and were looking forward to a compliment of "extended benefit" services as I had lost my original glasses in the storm and several family members need eye exams. Unfortunately our appointments were a total disaster. The front desk staff was incapable of resolving routine insurance benefits and the Optometrists were unfamiliar with email containing the additional patient service benefits. When I requested a copy of the Today's Vision email and offered to contact my insurance service provider to personally resolved the issue for our examinations and services, my request was sidelined and the Staff continued processing our family of 5 for appointments. Concerned about the out-of-pocket payment biIling, I escalated my request for a copy of their Hurricane Harvey assistance email through five different staff people but was consistently ignored for nearly and put off for over 40 minutes until I became suspicious of the "extended benefits" that were supposedly being offered. I'm a very typical and loyal customer...I don't operate on knee jerk reactions. This experience has strained our relationship with Today's Vision and I'm interested in finding another vision care service provider for my family of 5!

After my appointment, I was called and told I was given incorrect information regarding my insurance and I would need to pay for my frames. I had already left and ordered additional frames so I could have back-up glasses based on those being covered. They offered "50% off the price". Earlier that week, I received an e-mail reminder to make an appointment before the end of the year but I could have waited based on what I was told that it wasn't time for my check up. Maybe entire technology systems needs some updates or an overhaul.

Great customer service from start to finish. Dr Dong is very thorough and informative. My only criticism would be to recommend more Oakley brand glasses. After exam i went to Lens Crafters to purchase my preferred Oakley frames (i.e. active wear type with rubber arms and nose piece). These are prefered by professionals in the field and who live an active lifestyle.

I was a little early for my appointment but was seen by the technician immediately (for eye pressure and curvature measurements). After the initial screening was done, the doctor saw me immediately also. Dr. Doang explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. The only reason I gave my visit a 4 star was because the office was scented and I am very sensitive to air freshner. Having a history of severe dry eyes, I felt the air freshner dried my eyes even more. After the visit, my throat was hurting. The doctors are good (I've been seen by 3 over the past few years) and the front staff is also efficient. They are pretty fast at getting your new pair of glasses back to you quickly. It's just the strength of the air freshner that I'm overly sensitive to.

I enjoyed my visit on my appointment date so I went back in the day after my appointment to pay for my frames and lenses and I must say that the young lady who handled my transaction wasn't friendly at all. I dealt with her the day before during my exam and she was nice but she was extremely aloof the next day. At the end of the transaction she didn't tell me when my glasses should be back and she didn't say "Thank you", just rude.
