Dr. Rogers was recommended to me by SEVERAL members of the Simi Valley community. I was very happy with my decision to book an appointment with him as my visit was great from start to finish. His office staff was very helpful and pleasant. He is very personable and the eye exam itself was thorough and he was very patient and took his time to get my prescription updated properly. The ONLY thing is I wish they had more of a selection of frames (more designers or maybe a catalog with more options to choose from). There were a lot of options and maybe plenty for most people to make a decision. I think It may just be that I'm picky and indecisive and ALWAYS have a hard time finding just the right pair!

I am 37 and have been seeing Dr. Rogers since I was 10. I highly recommend him. Dr. Rogers's practice is usually able to get me an appointment within just a few days from when I call, they are always running on time, and Dr. Rogers always takes his time to really listen to my concerns or questions. I never feel rushed during my appointment, nor am I pushed to buy items that I don't really need. I truly feel like everyone at the office is truly there is help me get what I need at the best price.

Dr Rogers is very professional and thorough. He takes time to listen to comments and questions and responds thoroughly. Dr. Rogers literally discovered, upon checking my eyes, that I had, as a result of having immunotherapy treatment for malignant melanoma, a serious eye problem where my lenses were sticking to my irises. Both eyes were affected, one stuck 90% which could lead to blindness. He referred me to Dr. Dougherty and after seeing an Ophthalmologist & Retinalogist, the issue was corrected and after it was safe to have cataract surgery, I can now see very well again (and drive again).

Great optometrist. Dr. Rogers is wonderful. He does a thorough exam and takes his time to explain everything. Some doctors rush to do their exam......not Dr. Rogers. I even have time to ask him questions. I also feel that he is very honest, if you don’t need glasses right now because your vision hasn’t changed much since last time, he’d say so, rather than pushing you to get another pair.

As always, they were friendly and efficient. I was able to get an appointment when I needed it and they even sent a reminder via text. I always appreciate how thorough Dr. Rogers is and his patience with my questions. A few months ago I had an allergic reaction in my eye and he was so helpful in explaining it. This time, when I went in to get a new contact prescription he suggested a new type of contact and it is great!

Excellent online appointment service, great pre-appointment confirmation, quick, efficient and friendly service. Due to astigmatisms, I have had great difficulty with the "1 better than 2" routine. Dr. Rogers took a great deal of time and had seemingly unlimited patience as we went through the process together. Ordering the glasses was easy. Looking forward to receiving them.

All the ladies in Dr. Rodger's office were awesome! While trying on glasses to see which frames I wanted, all of them took the time to honestly tell me how they looked and why they felt that way! Also Dr. Rodger's was honest in telling me, my exam that day showed that my eyes hadn't changed much from the last prescription he had given me two years prior! He is a very honest man and is genuinely interested in whats best for his clients! I'm so glad to see he is not about the almighty dollar, like most businesses in the world today! I felt bad that after all time and effort they put into making my visit a pleasant one, I didn't purchase the glasses! I have a hard time spending money on myself. I decided it wasn't necessary for me to have new glasses with my eyes not changing much! I trust Dr. Rodger's word and I plan to be loyal to him and his staff! I chose him to be our families one and only optometrist! Thank you, Dr. Rodger's and staff!

It's a great office. I like the fact that they are up to date with technology. Good costumer service. I would say the only thing that I would of like and hope they would get in the future would be more brand name glasses. I would love to see some Gucci, Prada, Dior, Fendi, Chanel. I recently had my eye exam and I had to take my own frame but if they would of had the brands I like I would of totally had bought them from there. Overall it's a good facility to have your eyes check.

Mrs. Rogers(I think a very nice lady who sits up front) was assisting me on Saturday was very apologetic stating that she over looked my 2nd insurance and she was going to correct it on Monday (their offices are closed on Monday).
