The appointment setups are always easy and don’t have to wait for an available time forever. Wait times in the office are minimal. The staff is professional and polite. Dr Jackson is very attentive. I never feel rushed. He always answers my questions and accommodates my needs

Dr. Jackson and his entire staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Jackson has an outgoing personality, and is very easy to talk to. He answered all my question's, gave me and my wife a very thorough eye exam, and even cracked a joke or two. We highly recommend The Eye Contact, and Dr. Jackson for all your eye needs.

Dr. Jackson was wonderful to my son and made the examination interesting for him. My son is 5 now and is excited to have his annual check ups thanks to Dr. Jackson’s patience and professionalism. The staff made the booking process quick and easy. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Jackson prescribed my very first pair of glasses 27 years ago as a preteen. He still remembered me and my family after all these years. I was educated on the results of all my scans, pictures, and tests. He took the time to inform me how I can improve and maintain my eye health. The office was clean and inviting. Office staff were warm and kind. There are so many options but I choose to drive over 30 minutes to be seen by Dr. Jackson.

Dr. Jackson is very approachable and always willing to both listen to and discuss concerns. The office staff is also quite good, however during my initial visit in 2022 one of the staff tried to convince me that the frames I was selecting were not ideal. I was not asking for her opinion, rather she bluntly offered it. I was relieved that that person was not in the office during my latest visit.

I had a condition I thought was pink eye and needed treatment before returning to work in two days. They were able to get me in same day and Dr. Jackson was very thorough in his examination and explanation of my condition which was thankfully not pink eye. I love his approach and deminer. I left with proper medication that has worked as prescribed and well informed about my eyes and treatments.

Been seeing Dr Jackson for awhile now and everytime we've seen him there's always a problem with the ladies in the front desk.They don't take the time to contact my insurance to check coverages and I'm always overcharge. They also don't return calls like they say. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back to order my son's contacts. We love Dr Jackson but it's frustrating when you have the ladies upfront arguing with you about insurance coverage. Every yr it's been an ongoing thing.

They were able to fit me in the same day at the last minute as a new patient. I was having an issue with my eye & Dr. Jackson did a great job at communicating. He made the exam much more bearable as I have a very difficult time keeping my eyes open & haven’t had my eyes looked at in 6 years. Office looks great too!

Dr Jackson is amazing. been seeing him for 20 years now. However, I find his staff to not be friendly at times and seem to act like they are put our, because they have to help a customer. I called one day to pick up my contacts and the phone line was busy for about 30 minutes. When I walked in the door. The phone was off the hook and sitting on the desk with the desk person who only had one customer in the office. That is just an example. I still recommend Dr. Jackson. You just have to deal with the front desk.

I highly recommend Dr Jackson as your eye doctor. The office environment is excellent. It is easy to get an appointment. He accepts many insurances. You feel safe from the perspective of them handling the pandemic. Your eye examination is thorough. Dr Jackson takes the time to discuss your issues with you and explains any questions you have. I seldom felt in my medical visits that the doctor is not rushing, but not with Dr Jackson. He is extremely attentive and accommodating. I have had his prescriptions for my glasses many times and always was satisfied with my glasses.

It was a pleasant experience. The Dr is friendly, good with conversation and upbeat. The office attendants where attentive, friendly. I gave a 4 star rating because durring my consult/eye wear purchase they forgot to meassure my eyes and i had to come back the next day to get the meassurements in order to put the eyewear on order. No problem, personally, because timing was good. But, if it wherent for that i would give them a 5 star rating.

The Dr is great as always. But the contact fit experience was horrible. The lady seemed too busy with her other duties to actually help. Claire had to do everything herself and the lady would walk over and ask how’s it going, then just walk away to go do other tasks. I guess closing stuff since it was close to 5pm? This happened about 3 times over 10 minutes. So we basically paid $50 (or however much it was) for nothing. And we only got 1 sample type of contacts so how is she even supposed to know they fit good etc? Want a follow up appointment, but why? There is no feedback at all. I’ve been to other places around town for this same contact lens fitting experience... TSO, place in the mall, etc - and they were ALL way better than our visit. I’m still not even sure why my total bill was so high, but it doesn’t matter, all I know is I paid a chunk of money for my daughter to sit in a chair and put on contacts herself... for the first time. I’m honestly not sure if we’ll be back. Or if we do, it’ll just be to see the Dr for a basic check and nothing else.

I had to get my prescription adjusted in my new glasses, and i brought them in 2 days after getting them. They brought me in to see Dr. Jackson almost immediately and he took the time to talk to me about the issue and correct the problem the best way for me physically and financially. Have been going to Dr Jackson since he was at the Sears location at the mall in the 90's. He is very through with his exams. You always feel so comfortable in his office like you have known him forever. He himself always goes above & beyond to make sure you don't have to pay anymore than you have to with your insurance coverage. For example this visit he needed to run an extra test on my eyes to get a better look at my retna to see what's causing a problem I'm having so he had the girls up front check my insurance coverage first. It would be less out of pocket for me if he didn't include in my yearly eye exam. So instead of doing it right now he advised me to come back next week and he can file as a medical exam and the insurance would cover more. He could have easily done it then but he went above to make sure I wasn't paying more than necessary. I just love Dr Jackson & you will too if you come see him!

They made me feel like they had all the time in the world for me, even though I know they were busy. When I couldn't find the frames I wanted for my new glasses they found them and ordered them for me. It was a terrific experience!

Dr. Jackson is fantastic! I have been going to him for years along with the rest of my immediate family. He always remembers me and asks about the well being of myself and my family. If you have any questions, he is always willing to answer them and/or explain things to you (without making you feel stupid). I highly recommend The Eye Contact, Inc. and as a matter of fact, I just brought my husband there yesterday for his yearly exam. They are great!

Upon entering the facility, it occurre to me and my family member how clean, comfortable and professional the establishment is! The ladies at the reception area welcomed us in and no time was wasted getting me in to see Dr.Jackson (one of my eyes was injured, I was in pain) DrJackson's calm, friendly demeanor and his thourough explanation of every step of the procedures was a relief (I'm a sissy about my eyes and was nervous at the time) After addressing and treating/correcting my immediate issues, Dr. Jackson's went on to examamine BOTH of my eyes. Checking interoccular pressures, examining retina, optic nerve-you name it, he checked it out! All the while being very conversational about his observations and sharing his knowledge with me in ways made easy to comprehend. Aftercare was explained (and demonstrated) in detail, so after leaving his care I knew what to expect in my recovery and exactly how to use the medicines prescribed. The level of care received was exceptional beyond what I have experienced prior (not my first rodeo) My thanks to Dr. William Jackson and his staff for making my visit so beneficial and memorable.

Dr. Jackson takes the time to get your prescription very precise. I am 63 and feel like I have "telescopic vision" with the correction prescription he worked out for me. He takes time to explain anything he finds in the examination. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Jackson is super! He has a very pleasant manner, will explain everything he is doing to your eyes, and is very thorough. You feel good when you leave. it's like hanging out with your best buddy;

Dr. Jackson has been my Optometrist since I was a young boy. Very professional and also treats you lile family at the same time. I will continue to use him until the day he retires. I won't see anyone else. He's that great.

Dr. Jackson is very polite, soft spoken and very knowledgeable. My family has gone to him since he began years ago at Sears and saw him open his own office. I highly recommend his services.

I enjoyed the visit. Dr Jackson is the best person in his field of practice that I have ever met in my life. What person to visit with. Wish there were more people like him. My glasses totaled 583.00 and my employer the Department of Interior would only pay for 500.00 of the total. I was left with 83.00 dollars to owe to your business. I could have gone anywhere else for glasses I was told. I was asked why I returned to Dr Jackson again for glasses. Other places would have only charged me 500.00 for all the extra options. I said I know that for sure. I liked the service I received but it's all business and no gvt discounts at all. I sure could use the discount. Will pay the 83.00 that the gvt will not pay and decide next time to return to Dr Jackson or go some where else to save 83.00 dollars. Time will tell.

I love Dr. Jackson. My one complaint is that I didn't receive my complimentary pair of contacts even though I purchased a years worth of contacts.
