After getting my temporary, I was told 3 weeks until I can get the permanent one. The temporary fell off 6 hours later. (It literally FELL off - I was not chewing anything!) Not the first time either - previous teeth done in your office, both temporary and permanent have come off. There is a dentist in Leesburg that does the permanent on the same day - may have to go back to him. And you are ALL too expensive!

When I leave her presence, I know that again my mouth, teeth, and gums are in as perfect condition as possible. I feel her working on me. Not a complaint but, when a patient leaves bleeding and biting on gauze, maybe an extra gauze for the road should be given to the patient. I left and felt the blood dripping down my face and could not pull over to find tissue in my purse. I went home and bled for 2 more hours biting on a cold face cloth.

Although I waited quite a while to see the Doctor, I was pleased with his demeanor and interaction with me. This gave me confidence in his ability. Also, he suggested a Waterpik and an employee came up to me, gave me a brochure and explained about the device. I appreciated all the interactions. Service was very friendly on the part of the entire staff. The Dr. is obviously very knowledgeable, and willing to communicate what was going on, even when things were a little rough (bent root on my extracted tooth). The X-rays made it obvious that the implant was structurally strong and well away from the nerve. The computer system upgrade delayed the procedure by about 1 hr - explained well by the staff - wait was comfortable.

I went there for a cleaning and exam. Dr Price did examine me and many x-rays were taken. Then I went to the front desk and the staff wanted to schedule the cleaning. I told them I was here for a cleaning, and they said that's not how it's done. Since I was a new patient, it was really an "introduction" and I would have to schedule a cleaning. I wasn't told that when I made the appointment. I don't see why they couldn't do a cleaning since I was already there. That means, I have to make 2 trips to get done what I've always had done in 1 trip at other dentists. The next available cleaning appointment was 4-5 months out. Since I was aggravated (and the Dr. said everything was good, with little tarter) I decided to make the appointment for next year. When I go then, I had better get both a cleaning and exam completed, or I won't return.

Did not know I would not have teeth included with my bridge for two teeth on my left side. Now I am very conscious when I smile as not to open my mouth very much which is a half a s smile. Even tho teeth may not have been that good, I would definitely keep them vs no teeth. I agreed to the $7k vs 4K because he kept saying if I do the 4K only and then later I may have to have teeth pulled and I would have to do a whole new bridge over to cover all??? Now no teeth on left and bridge stopped at my eye tooth.

This is the second time I have waited over 45 minutes to see Dr Price. I left both times, so I haven't seen a dentist in a while. I would never recommend this practice. I only go because it is covered by my hospitalization. I made the next appointment with Dr Patel. If he is as bad as Price, I will go somewhere else even if I have to pay.

I had an emergency and needed an appointment quickly. My now former dentist was closed on Fridays and the weekends so I could not get any help. A friend referred me to Sumter Landing Dental and they took me right away. Everyone was very kind and efficient. The team is the best I have ever seen and I have been going to the dentist twice a year nearly all of my life, almost 84 now. So glad to be their patient.

Very thorough and professional, however many of the "fixes" seemed unnecessary and of course costly. For example a recommendation for one or two crowns may be in order but 10-12 seems excessive. Especially for a patient with oral exams and cleaning every six months without such previous recommendations.
