The front desk is cordial and makes you feel welcome when you enter the practice. My dental hygienist was nice, personable and had gentile touch as she cleaning my teeth. Dr Gioffre is a fantastic dentist who spends as much time as you need to ask her questions. I would highly recommend Dr Gioffre’s practice

I like the fact that Strawbridge Dental is a small, family dentist office, not so corporate. Dr. Gioffre is always pleasant and has a great bedside manner, and Megan C., my hygienist was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my appointment was on time. The administrative team is always very helpful and friendly, too. I highly recommend the outstanding quality and standard of service at Strawbridge Dental.

Dr Mollie Gioffre and her staff are amazing. I was away and tripped and broke my upper denture in several pieces. I called to make an appointment and Terry made an appoinment for me as soon as I could fly home. When i arrived in the office DR Gioffre immediately suggested that they call the lab to put my teeth back together if possible so I would have teeth for Thanksgiving which was a week away Everyhing was handled with no drama and thebroken pieces of my upper plate were sent to the lab that day and I had them back and in my mouth in 3 business days in time for Thanksgiving That was an emergency visit and their care and concern in taking care of their patients is always the same at every visit from day one of your consultation Thankyu Ginny

I can't imagine a better dental practice and I am 70 years old so I've been to many others over the years. Dr. Giffre and her staff are the epitome of CARING medical professionals. If I have a concern, she works me into her schedule every time. Terry at the front desk is also great; she always demonstrates compassion. It is a completely positive place and I highly recommend it.

I really hate writing reviews. The fear of being judged grammatically is real for this former educator but then we all now have the luxury of blaming autocorrect so, here goes. I have been to many, many, many dentists in my 70 years of living and can say, without any hesitation, that Dr. Gioffre is my absolute favorite. Despite the agony of full mouth X-rays and all that jaw stretching required to actually see what’s going on, Dr. Gioffre and her crew are beyond patient, compassionate and are passionate about dentistry being practiced the way it should be. If you are looking for medical excellence coupled with compassionate care, this is the office for you.

I had my fourth routine appointment at Strawbridge Dental, and, again it was such a positive experience. The scheduling process and reminders are great. The front desk is kind and warm. The hygienists are always professional and capable and gentle and just great at their jobs. And Dr. Mollie such a welcoming and wonderful dentist. She is excellent. I am very glad to be a patient there. :)

I have been going to Dr Mollie since she arrived and I’ve never had a bad experience. In fact, yesterday I came in for a cleaning by the dental hygienist, and Dr Mollie still picked her head around the corner even though she didn’t need to see me just to say hello, her staff is very kind and courteous and I would highly recommend her to anybody.

The customer service from the time I arrived to the moment I left was excellent. Dr. Gioffre went out of her way to fit me in and take care of re-cementing my crown when her schedule was very tight. Her team did a great job getting me and out. I had never met Louanne (dental hygienist from Vietnam) before, and she was very gentle and lovely. Thank you Strawbridge Dental team.

From my initial call to make an appointment my experience was excellent. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful first experience. Strawbridge Dental did the most thorough x-ray exam I've ever had and showed me areas they would focus on during the cleaning. I went in because I thought I lost a filling. When the doctor looked at me, her initial assessment was I might need a crown, which, as you all know, cost a lot of money.. when she began to dig deeper, she realize that all that was needed was a new filling which is significantly lower in cost. Not only did they see me for an emergency appointment within 12 hours of my initial complaint they had the integrity to only utilize the services that I needed vice trying to make a quick buck.. I have been going here for my dental work for over 20 years, and would recommend this practice to anybody. Thank you Mollie for your expertise and care.

Dr. Gioffre is the best at what she does! I was in for a cleaning and when she came in to review, she really took the time and asked detailed questions that was specific to my teeth and then documented so this can be followed up with the next cleaning. She is much more thorough than Dentists I have had in the past.

I had a great experience the last appointment, Oct 13, 2021. I have a few very sensitive areas and although I always have the hygienist use orakix it doesn't always numb enough for thos areas. This time I went in for a routine cleaning with Megan. She was amazing and had me feeling at ease. I've also experienced trauma from military dentistry, which I've explained in detail to Mollie's crew. IDK is Megan was aware of this or not, but I didn't even have to tell her. She was so gentle and caring. I really appreciated that.

Finding the right dental team can be challenging. I was very impressed with Dr Gioffre’s team. From the front office who were friendly and professional. To the hygienist and dental assistants everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Gioffre took time to explain everything and gave me options. Not once did I feel hard pressed into getting the work I need done right now. She listened to my concerns and I felt heard. That’s a dental team I want to be on. I was nervous about going to the dentist due to previous experiences with other providers. I kept putting off making an appointment until I was having an issue. The dental hygienist, Megan, was AMAZING! I was very anxious, and she walked me through all the steps as well as provided positive support. Dr. Gioffre was friendly and encouraging. Both Megan and Dr. Gioffre provided positive support and helped me find solutions to better take care of my teeth; there was no shame or guilt! They both answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Looking back, I don't know what I was so anxious. I have zero hesitancy about my appointment in six months or about making an appointment if I have any issues. The dentist can be a scary or intimidating place, but Strawbridge Dental is not! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the hygienist to Dr. Gioffre. I will recommend this practice to all of my friends who are looking for a dentist.

This was my first time at Strawbridge dental and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful with my insurance. The hygienists were most capable and thorough. Best of all, Dr. Gioffre was amazing. She was kind, caring, compassionate and professional with her exam. She even picked up a subtle lucency in one of my teeth on x-ray and examined it thoroughly to rule out any possible indolent issues. My first visit was the other week when offices were just re-opening after the Corona Virus shutdown. With new protocols in place for the safety of their patients and the staff I felt comfortable and everyone was welcoming. The staff at the front desk helped me get checked in and I filled out my paperwork wihtout a hitch. The offices were very clean and they were taking measures to reduce the risk to the staff and patients. My hygenist was very knowledgable and the appointment went smoothly. Dr. Gioffre was very friendly and professional and took the time to get to know me and review my history. I was very happy with the professionalism and service especially in these stressful times. I will definitely continue as a patient with Strawbridge Dental.

We love Strawbridge Dental! The hygienist who cleaned my daughter’s teeth was both kind and patient. Although my older daughter is 6 and has been coming to the dentist for a while, they still had plenty of patience with her as she is still learning how to keep her mouth open, handle the water when it sprays in her mouth, the suction, etc. They encourage her and walk her through every step, they’re essentially teaching her how to be a good patient. Our dentist, Mollie Gioffre, is also kind, patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable! Although it was only my 2 year old’s first time and let’s face it, there’s not much cooperation coming from a toddler, they still saw her and went through the ropes with her teeth so that she, too, will be a good patient and not have a fear of the dentist. Honestly everyone in this office has been so kind and pleasant, I have nothing negative to say about Strawbridge Dental at all!

I am a handicapped male and went to ask about using the dentures I have. I have not been able to wear them due to a stroke I had previously to having the dentures made. I was given very professional treatment and offered options to make decisions to make use my present dentures. There is no high pressure sales pitch just suggestions and all questions are answered..For me, it was suggested I follow up with the oral surgeon to see if I am a candidate for implants since my gums will not keep these dentures in place.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and not in a fake way like you see in some offices. They seemed to genuinely care about my daughters (7 years old) dental health. Their office closes at 7PM on Tuesdays and the staff stayed 20 minutes past 7 and patiently took the time add sealants to my daughters molars as recommended by the dentist. They made her feel at home and it was a great experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone in Virginia Beach.

If I'd only known how fantastic this place was and how pleased I would be with their services, I would have gone a LONG time ago! Due to severe anxiety and "dentist phobia", I procrastinated almost 10 years until October 2017, when severe dental issues forced me to see someone. My mother-in-law is a regular patient, and referred me to Dr. Mollie Gioffe at Strawbridge Dental. I remember my teeth literally chattering, and being totally sick with fear and anxiety going there on my first visit (my phobia was so bad, that as a kid, the dentist had to give me nitrous oxide just to CLEAN my teeth!). It was then that I met Dr. Mollie Gioffre and her staff, who totally changed that fear for me. She is extremely patient, personable, gentle, PRECISE and clearly knowledgeable, for which I am very grateful since I'm still undergoing dental work in stages (my own fault!). Marisol (her hygienist), Deanna, and Madison (front office) are all equally as friendly, helpful, and pleasant, which I feel is just as important because the office staff is the "main gateway" to the doctor. I would also like to mention that the office is very clean, organized, and seems to be run in a very orderly fashion. After spending many hours in that dental chair, I was in total awe of how Dr. Gioffre and her staff worked so completely in sync with each other as a team. I love that they're always friendly, and seem to genuinely like and respect each other . . . . and for a dental or medical office, I think that's EXTREMELY important for a patient's comfort and security - I know it is for me!
