Dr. Sitters and his team gave me a self re-assuring excellent service proving to me that there are still some professionals you could trust in the dental field because I had a terrible experience from another dental clinic with no empathy for patients and that put so much fear in me I thought I would not survive a second attempt on the same tooth. Thank God Dr. Sitters with his experience knew what he was doing using his hightech/ modern dental equipment, and with his well trained dental assistants, I was in and out of surgery within minutes without any trauma and no bleeding after the first gauze was removed minutes after the surgery. I was also back to work the next day without pains or swollen face that usually accompany such surgery. Thank you Dr. Sitters for giving me back my health and freedom to use my mouth as needed once again.

Dr. Sitters and his staff are the definition of friendly, courteous, and caring. Both my husband and I have had to have oral surgery and it was "a walk in a park" as the saying goes. My husband's was particularly complicated as he had to have several teeth extracted due to radiation. In both our cases the surgery was completed with precision and minimal to no discomfort. Extraordinarily pleased with Dr. Sitters work on my tooth that had to be removed. It was a difficult extraction, but he made sure that i'd heal up properly and that has been accomplished. Everyone in the office from reception to the nurses in the O.R. were great and can't thank you all enough. The waiting room was a bit small for all the patients that were waiting to consult Dr. Sitters but it was very clean and magazines were neatly organized .The young lady at the reception desk as well as the entire staff specially the lady that took my xrays and all my info was very courteous and friendly .She made me feel at ease

Amazing staff all around. Everyone was nice and reassuring for each step before and after the surgery. Dr. Sitters makes sure the patient is comfortable and informed. I felt very safe if the hands of Dr. Sitters and staff, and for good reason. I was prepped well and after surgery I was well informed on how to go about recovering. Dr. Sitters followed up with a call the day after surgery, to check in and insisted we call with any questions. Very happy with my experience.

Dr. Sitters and his team at Spring Klein Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery are top notch! I would highly recommend anyone that needs a wisdom tooth extraction or other dental surgery to visit Dr. Sitters for a consultation and procedure. I had my consultation to remove 3 wisdom teeth (1 lower, 2 upper) scheduled for a Friday and was able to book the surgery for the following Tuesday since the office was closed Monday for a holiday. When I arrived for the surgery they prepped the room and got everything ready very quickly, walked me through a couple of preop procedures and then got underway. They gave me a topical anesthetic for the IV needle, painless and stuck the vein on the first try! After that they said they were about to start the IV anesthetic and they would begin, I said "OK" and closed my eyes to relax and before I knew it was waking up and finished! No drama, no fuss. They walked me and my escort through some postop care instructions and I was done! It's only been 1 day since the surgery, but I barely feel like I had a surgery yesterday! No abnormal pain or swelling, just a little sore jaw and gums where the surgery took place. Make sure to follow their instructions for care and cleaning and you will be golden! 2 thumbs up; more if I had them!

Was a bit confused about the appointment time as I had been told 3:30 PM. I arrived early to find that appointment was at 4:00 PM, 3:30 was stated as giving time to submit paperwork if not done online which I had. Not a big issue other than I left work earlier than needed to. All worked out fine but just might want to be a bit more clear on the appointment time for new patients.

I had been putting off having my wisdom teeth removed for several years. I finally made a consultation appointment and I'm glad I did. The next week I was scheduled for surgery. I was only slightly nervous but the staff was very helpful with my questions and concerns. It's the day after and I don't even feel like I just had my teeth removed.

1. I was not informed of a consulting fee. 2. I was referred and under the assumption that my tooth was being pulled. not told until almost finished with Dr. Sitters. 3. quoted a price for a panoramic x-ray which I agreed to because of the price. Charged the correct amount and then told I was going to have to pay the difference when I spoke to the lady about the prices for my second visit to have my tooth pulled. I just walked out after that. the girl quoting prices thought that "I'm sorry about that was going to be enough when telling me about having to pay the difference. Not good business to quote something and then tell someone they have to pay more after it is done. why should anyone believe any quote given, even if it is on paper. Integrity issues at this business

While meeting with Dr. Sitter I received a lot of detailed information about the status of my tooth, gums and bone structure. He explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand and then went through the treatment plan that he thought was best for me. He answered all of my questions. His staff then met with me to schedule my next appointment and thoroughly explained what I should expect.

Dr. Sitters and his staff are exceptionally professional while being personal at the same time. He is the first dentist I've been to that when he numbs an area in your mouth, my lips and tongue didn't "swell up" and stay numb for several hours! The numbness is only where he intends to work. I waited a little past my appointment to be taken back, but that was my fault because I was a few minutes behind. Pre-treatment, treatment and post treatment were all friendly, pleasant and very professional. The surgery is spotlessly clean and fully equipped for all types of treatment. The staff are all very welcoming and understanding and Dr Sitters was perfect in his explanation of the procedures and in the execution of the treatment. The highest mark by far goes to the post- treatment care, with Dr Sitters making a personal call later that day to check on my condition and progress. I would recommend Spring-Klein to anyone who requires a first class treatment in a first class surgery with first class people looking after you.

My overall experience with you all has been amazing! You treated me with respect upon entering the office. My surgery went amazing and even when I called in pain you had me come in and fixed everything. I appreciate you all very much!

The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions prior to surgery! I felt safe and at ease. Post surgery I got a person phone call from my dr to check up on me and give me advise on feeling better! Thank you!
