I suddenly developed severe dryness and itching in my eyes. When OTC eyedrops provided no relief, I made an appointment with Dr. Goldschneider, my regular eye doctor. He diagnosed it as dry eye disease and prescribed for me the correct eyedrops for the condition.

Drs. Stein and Goldschneider's office and staff were friendly, helpful and quite professional. Safety protocols were in place and the staff could not have been more accommodating as I selected glasses. Dr. Goldschneider took the time to explain my test results and offer professional advice and literature on how to improve my overall health as it relates to eye health. The cost of my glasses was the best surprise. I saved hundreds of dollars compared to the big box optical stores.

I found Dr. Goldschneider 20 years ago. I couldn't find an eye specialist who could adequately measure my prescription. Dr. G nailed my diagnosis. I've been devoted to him ever since. We've literally grown old together! Dr. Goldschneider is always very professional, and very precise. From year to year, he recalls everything about me. You can tell from his serious demeanor that he is devoted to his discipline. And he has a dry, enjoyable sense of humor that seems to relax everyone around him

The only reason I did not give you a 10 was because most of my friends live as far or farther away from your office than I do. If I was looking for a new doctor, I'm not sure I'd want to be driving as far. During the quarantine time, I was due for contacts and I was nervous I was going to have to go without! I called and spoke with one of the amazing front desk staff and they were super accomodating! Once able to have an in-office visit I was greeted with my temperature being taken and a squirt of hand sanitizer! Even though I couldn't see them I knew the staff was smiling! They were pleasant and efficient, thoroughly and diligently working knowing I had to leave to be able to pick my children up from their hybrid 2 hour day of school. I would absolutley recommend!

I am very impressed with the safety precautions taken during covid. I used to have my infection control license in NJ & don't see anything they could've done better. I definitely feel safe going here. The front desk is always great & actually calls you back. There are offices I dread going to because the front desk is terrible, thats not the case here A+ !! At my last visit they were very busy but juggled everyone very well.

My overall experience was great but, before scheduling i had asked if i had a copay. They obviously knew what i was scheduled for and told me i had a $0 copay. Once my visit was over i was told of a payment that was never mentioned when i asked a week before scheduling which was inconvenient.

Very covid-friendly, temperature taken and sanitizer provided upon entry and waiting area spaced out! Entire office from waiting area to exam rooms VERY clean and organized. The staff are AMAZING, very friendly and super helpful during the glasses decision making process. I saw Dr. Goldschneider and he was super patient and professional. He explained everything well and went the extra mile when my eyes would not cooperate. Overall great environment and experience!

Dr. Stein is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. He takes his time to explain things before and after his assessments/eye examination. I observed him to have a lot of patience. I don’t feel rushed or pressured. I was so impressed with the examination he did on my eyes. After, I received my lenses, it was the best my vision has been in years, which I have concluded that I was being prescribed the wrong lenses by another Doctor for years. Dr. and staff where all very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Time at appointment exceeded 2.5 hours which was extremely to long for average exam and purchase of sunglasses. Everything seemed to be at average speed considering COVID but checking out and paying was not acceptable. Three different patients checked out next to me while my representative struggled with my simple bill and understand their compute before another employee stepped in to help. Then I was over charged, then needed to wait for a credit, then needed to request a copy of my script and copies of my receipt and credit? I did feel very safe in the office. All possible safety regulations were in place and practiced by staff and all patience for everyone’s safety.

I cant say enough about this office. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the doctors extremely knowledgeable and employ all the latest methods for examining your eyes.
