I hope five stars light up on your end. Mandy took x-rays and cleaned my teeth -- powerwash, scraping, cleaning, fluoride, plus an antibiotic treatment, and did a great job. Then Dr. Nabai came in for the annual check-in. Talking dogs with Mandy is always a nice way to spend the time. It's also a pleasure scheduling appointments with Noreen. What a team!

I had traveled to Europe, during my trip, one of my crowns popped loose. Luckily I did not lose the tooth and an early appt. upon arriving back home was available. Dr Nabai and her assistant, Cristina was took care of my issues and I have a temporary crown in place while we wait for a new crown. Thank you both for a speedy and thorough response.

As always I was received kindly by the office manager and admitted to the room for my check up. I was told by Dr Nabi that I need a root canal after reviewing my X-ray carefully . She spent time explaining while showing the area on the Xray. Her sincere attention and care to the patients is what I value greatly and I strongly recommend her.

Honestly, even the title 'DDS' scare me...always has. I have super soft teeth with lots of fillings, which graduate to crowns inevitably. Dr. Nabai, Noreen the incredibly bright, and personable Office Mgr. and all members of the team are professional, caring and perfectionists. Noreen takes care to make sure I know exactly what my financial obligation is, and we get work done during the new insurance start period so the maximum coverage is obtained by insurance.

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but I have to say that I enjoy going to Dr. Nabai's office. The staff is warm, friendly and always remembers me. The hygienists are true professionals and perfectionists, which is what you want when teeth are involved. Dr. Nabai came highly recommended to me and I am grateful that I made an appointment with her. The front office staff were prompt and courteous in accomocating my appointment request,due to an emergency dental issue. There was ample parking and the office is very well appointed, exceptionally clean and very peaceful. The technician who took my dental xrays was professional, careful and very pleasant. Dr Nabai, introduced herself and was very comforting, professional and interested in my wellbeing. I was nervous and fearful of dental procedures and she walked me through her procedure with a positive professional knowledge that was very helpful to me. I was concerned about my upcoming oral surgery, at another office, and Dr Nabai called the oral surgeon (who is also fabulous) and conferenced on a call with all 3 of us to discuss my questions and concerns. Well, as you can see I had a great visit with Dr. Nabai and recommend her without reservation. Don't put off taking care of your overall health with regular dental appointments; Dr. Nabai is wonderful.

I can say for me and my friends that see Dr. Nabai, it is a resounding yes. Noreen, the office administrator, remained with the practice, which was a grand win for all of the patients. Noreen spends my dental health account as if it is her own. She is super conscientious to keep me informed if there is a better financial decision. The other health professionals in the practice are wonderful and conscientious as well. I'm embarrassed that I'm not remembering names right this second. The work is done well, efficiently and gently. I feel appreciated as a patient and am treated as if I'm the priority of the moment. Think of everything you want your dental experience to entail; then go to Dr. Nabai - and there it will be - without you having asked. Definitely 5 star treatment and an all-around pleasant experience. Although very sad to see Dr. Murphy go after almost 17 years as my dentist in Del Mar, she has left her practice in the seemingly very-capable hands of a terrific dentist from Michigan by way of Northern California, Dr. Nabai (who knew I was allergic to Crest Pro-Health toothpaste?). Everyone at the office makes the daunting task of going to the dentist so much easier to handle. Dr. Murphy, Maria, Lynelle, and Romy (we miss you, Romy) have taken excellent care of my family for years, along with Noreen handling all of the business side. Best dentists in San Diego County.

What? A survey? So .... cold and impersonal. You are taking over a practice of someone very warm and personable who wouldn't dream of doing this. You can get feedback from us in different ways. Why not just ask? I think that online scheduling and electronic communication makes sense but this is a bit off-putting. But I will continue with this office because Noreen and Lynell (and Amber) - are amazing and have become like my family.
