I arrived about ten minutes late, but I still only had to wait for ten minutes before being called. I went to one room to have my blood pressure checked and eye pressure taken, then I was sent to a second room where I called out the letters I saw. Once, I finish that test, I only had to wait for five minutes for the eye doctor to come in and she went over my results and set me up for an appointment for a six-month follow up. I was in an out in under one hour and I only had a ten dollar co-pay with my insurance. I was very happy with my experience.

I was looking for an Optometrist that not only accepted my insurance but also a lot closer than my prior one. I found PEA of Canton with a quick Google search and gave them a call. The office staff was very friendly and after making an appointment was prompted to use their website to fill out all my info prior to my appointment mainly to help speed up my initial visit. On my appointment I found the office staff just as welcoming as they were over the phone. Since my paperwork was filled out online I only needed to sign a simple waiver. Very easy. The waiting room as well as the exam rooms were very neat and clean. Wait time was very short and was seen within 5-10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The staff as well as Dr. Massey was very personable and proffesional throughout the visit. After the visit my charges were explained in detail in conjunction with what insurance covers as so there are no surprises. Overall 5 stars! I’m glad I found a new eye care provider in PEA of Canton.

I will no longer come to professionl eyecare associates. I am not sure how my doctor ended up switching from Martin to Phillips first off. Every since I seen Phillips I have been having problems with my eyes after he change my RX. Then I go back to him and he change it again within 6 months. I explained my problem with my eyes and that it was now affecting me at work and asked for one day off after I seen him again and he would not honor that one day, but tpld me of an eyedrop to get over the counter to help out with my problem. Here is the kicker how an eye doctor give a new RX for eyes, but say TRY eye drop first. Oh I signed a release to get my records, but the lady at the desk tell me she will have to ask the doctor for me to get my records. I am like what are you trying to hide. If I sign a release those records are about me why not give them to me.

I was extremely pleased with the service. I was able to be seen two hours ahead of my appointment; the employees and doctor were very kind and professional. The environment was very calming and well organized and the equipment appeared to be very modern. My only complaint is that they offer better shade for when they dilate your pupils; the ones provide kept rolling up off my face.

I love Professional Eyecare Associates. The moment you walk in the door you receive a warm greeting. Everyone is so attentive to you and you feel that they are genuinely concerned about you. It's always a great experience when I have an appointment with Professional Eyecare Associates, starting at check-in with the friendly faces. The young lady that took me back o prep for the actual exam was patient caring and made me feel at ease. Dr. Phillips came in and is always professional but he also gives you a caring look that makes you comfortable. He took time to explain the answers to the things that I was concerned about and asked how I felt about what he said and whether I had any questions. I went from there to actually pick out frames. Sharon has to be one of my favorite people in the WORLD! She makes everyone that walks in the door feel like family. I cant imagine going anywhere other than Professional Eyecare Associates . I've been wearing glasses since I was a child and have seen many opticians and optometrists but none have made my business seem as appreciated as these guys. Kudos to you!!

I was very disappointed. Everyone was extremely nice, but I had an appointment for 10:45, I got there at 10:30, checked in and waited until almost 11:45 before I was seen. When I made the appointment I told the girl I would be doing this on my lunch hour, after that, like I said the staff was very nice, went to a room, got an exam and then I waited in another room, then the doctor came in, was extremely nice and very apologetic. I got back to work at 12:45, I get docked for my time off and I was just a little upset when I had to wait that long and I do understand that you can get backed up.

I was disappointed that I moved my appointment time up to 3:00 p.m. from 4:15 p.m. after calling the day before and not being seen until 4:00 p.m. I was told that my slip was misplaced. With me being a long-time patient of Dr. Phillips', something like would not make me change doctors, but would not have been a good message if I would have been a first-time patient.

I have always taken my children to optical 2000. I really like the care that they have provided for me. I feel really good about their service. I spilled breach in my left eye and I called them and they told me to come right in and they took very good care of my eyes. My son is all grown up now and he still go here for eye care.

The staff was really professional .. the wait wasnt long at all . The docotor came right on in .. and was willing to talk about any problems .
