It was supposed to be just a cleaning. Then, I noticed a sensitive tooth. which needed to be filled, and this was rolled into my cleaning appointment. Before I ever got there, I broke a front tooth. All 3 issues were addressed in the original appointment. Cleaning and fillings completed, and options for broken tooth were provided. Professional and efficient service every time. Spotless facility and really nice people that do a great job!

Plaza Dental has the best staff!! From the time you walk in to the door, and go back to get your teeth cleaned, see Dr. Spalding, get an xray. I hate the dentist but they all make me feel very calm. Tiffany Munie is my hygentist and she treats me like a baby!!(like I am!!) But never the less, I am always happy tp leave!!

I have been to this practice for some time. I was one that was never really excited for the dentist, but from day one the staff have always made me feel welcome. Staff are also very gentle and make any procedure a breeze. I can't say enough good things about them.

It is nice to always get a friendly greeting from everyone I encounter during a visit to Plaza dental. During my last checkup, Jenni was the hygienist and did a terrific (and painless) job taking xrays, examining and polishing my teeth. I felt very comfortable during my visit. The doctor was easy going and professional taking time to ensure i understood my dental health.

I always have the best experience here. The receptionist always knows and greets you. I always get taken back early or on time. The facilities are updated and welcoming. The hygienist is friendly and explains everything. I never feel pressured to buy anything or proceed with an unnecessary service. My insurance changed, and I was unaware, the receptionist took care of updating everything and made the phone call for me during my appointment when I checked out, everything was settled. I’ve never been to any other office that takes the initiative to do that for their guest.

There was never any pain during the whole appointment. Before receiving the shots a numbing agent was put on the gum. No pain. After the shots my tooth was prepped for crown. No pain. The temporary crown was put in place. No pain. After the numbness was gone there was still no pain. That’s how a dental appointment should be.

I chipped a tooth Sunday morning while eating. I called the dentist office Monday morning and was able to come in that same day. They looked at my tooth and gave me their recommendation on what needed to be done. Three days later I am to go back and have work begun for a crown on that tooth. I am well pleased with the prompt care I am receiving.

Great place to have teeth cleaned, also pain free fillings too. We've been patients for almost 30 years!

I am not sure what I am supposed to write here. I answered the questions below. One thing I did not talk about below is the way I am generally treated once I sit in the chair. Everybody, including Dr. Reinarman, makes me feel that I am their favorite patient.

Megan is the best hygienist one could ask for! She is personable and great at what she does. Since the hygienists are the ones you spend most of your time with, I am thankful to be able to have her. Dr. Spalding is also great. He has helped change the way I view dentists. No longer do I dread going to the dentist as he has helped me have a pain free experience when filling a cavity, and now I am comfortable sharing how my teeth truly feel because I know if there's an issue, he will handle it in a way that will alleviate my pain and discomfort without causing more in the process.

I know it's weird, but I like going to the dentist. Maybe it's because the staff are so nice and friendly. The dental chair are comfy, so much so, I struggle to stay awake in them. I want to thank Karen for helping me out with discount info. The new dental insurance we have doesn't include plaza dental and I don't want to change. Always a great experience! Connie was friendly and nice. She told me everything she was doing as she was doing it and made sure I understood and asked if I had any questions. My daughter was seen at the same time by a different assistant and Connie asked if I had any questions regarding my daughter. I did so my daughter's assistant came in and made sure she understood my question and made sure to come back with the answer to my question regarding my daughter. Communication is awesome, everyone is friendly and my entire family's teeth are healthy and clean. Thank you to everyone!

Everyone at Plaza always show me the best in care and concern. Know I was there for an aching tooth, Karen made sure I saw Dr Reinarman as soon as I arrived. Even though I couldn’t talk him into pulling the damn tooth, he prescribed the antibiotics I needed and the staff helped me make an appointment with an Oral Surgeon.

Megan is the best. I thankfully got scheduled with her one visit ago and I won't schedule anyone else for a future visit as long as she is employed. She's personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly doesn't make me feel bad about my dental hygiene, only helps me find way to improve it in a positive manner. I'm convinced if I didn't have Megan the past 2 visits, I would be a patient of a different dental practice (see below for why).
