Everyone was so nice and made the experience professionally fun, if you can fathom such a thing from a trip to the optometrist! Would highly recommend the good people of OptiWorld.

Office was clean. However, door blinds are broken, needs to be replaced. I had to wait 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. The exam only took 10 to 15 minutes. Seemed a little rushed. I ordered glasses from there. Will not in the future. Frames were very expensive.

I've never walked away from an eye appointment anxious, frustrated, and worried about the quality of my care until this one, and I've been through a lot of eye doctors because I move a lot. By the end, I didn't trust this place and will not be moving forward with them in the future. Let's start with the good: friendly staff that really try to help you, and they were understanding of all the traffic that caused me to be late. And that's about where my compliments end. A big complaint I have is with communication. I struggled to get my questions answered, and I had to repeat myself in different words a few times before I was understood. He tended to rush ahead, assuming what I meant, instead of listening to what I was saying the first time. My biggest complaint by far, however, was that by the end of the visit, I didn't feel like I could trust the physician with my eyes. This started when he was doing the eye pressure test, in which a burst of air is blown into the eyes. He did this for one eye, but when the machine struggled to line itself up for the second eye, he just skipped it entirely. Also, other places I've gotten my eyes checked at would either dilate my eyes or do an Optomap Retinal Exam. This process was missing entirely from this exam. Lastly, when looking at color contacts, the physician told me that 1) The brands they had there in-store were the only brands that made color eye contacts (and yes, he said this explicitly), and 2) that only one of those brands sold dailies for color contacts. Two minutes on Google proved both of these statements false, and so either this physician is very uninformed, or lying to me to get me to buy contacts from them, and I'm not okay with either option. Good eye doctors are out there, but this isn't it.

I intentionally searched for a new black owned establishment and felt let down. The front desk customer services is about a 4 (four). They were short and made me feel as though I was bothering them just for being there. I will not go back or recommend a friend to this establishment. The wait was entirely too long. The person that fitted my glasses, did eventually come around, and he was quite friendly in the end. Also, if you decide to purchase the more expensive frames, you will not be able to use the amount your insurance gives you towards your frames. They said this was a decision made by the doctor because many times the insurance will not send him the full amount?. I felt discriminated against and they were black. I also called and asked for my prescription, they informed me I had to come in to get it. My other doctors simply emailed it to me. It's Covid-19 out there seem as if they would change that policy.

I've been seeing Dr. Odom over 4 year's and I'm still a patient of his because he's a great, professional, friendly person and so is his employees. I have no complaints thus far. I plan to stay with his dentistry. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I have been going to this Eye doctor for several years. He is very good at what he does. I could not find a doctor who could get my vision right until I started coming to Optiworld because they have all the right kind of equipment. And now I have been going there ever since.What a difference it makes when you can see. Thanks to Optiworld.

The Doctor.was good, he was very nice and I liked him, but after I my exam, I was seen by a young lady name Allyson she was so knowledgeable patient, and understand. She help me choose the right glasses for shape of my face. She made me feel as if I had my daughter there with me. And I left feeling good about myself as will as my purchase.

I was not pleased with the staff. I was asked for a payment as soon as I arrived I had not even filled out my paperwork yet. I was told to follow a link because they were paperless Half way through it, the staff member told me there was no need to fill out a portion. It would have been nice to know before I got half way through it. After I saw the Dr, it was time to place the order for my contact lenses and I had to pay again. Why couldn’t they collect the total payment all at once. Also I am not satisfied with the fitting fee that I am charged yearly. I had to ask for an explanation of what I am being charged for in front of all of the waiting customers. I have been a customer for over 10 years and they have officially lost me.

Called for same day appointment and was seen mid afternoon for eye infection. Social distancing was maintained and sanitation was top priority. Very satisfied with service!
