Dr. Rhea is incredible - you get a very technical breakdown on your eyes health and your overall health that can be seen through your eyes. The office has several new high quality equipment to examine your eyes. the staff is friendly and always helpful, they also try to work with your insurance. I actually enjoy going to my eye exam. Although doctor appointments can be stressful, this is the one doctor visit I have that does not leave me stressed out. His staff is courteous and professional, and there is NEVER a long wait to see Dr. Rhea. He is very informative and answers all questions during the exam (if you have them), not just after you've had your eye exam. Glad I found them when I did (years ago). I'll keep going to him for my visual exams.

My girls and I have been going to see Dr. Rhea for almost 4 years now. The service and attention from both Dr. and Staff is just superior! Seen on time. Greeted and respected. They remember you. They are interested in YOU. Sometimes choosing the right pair of glasses can be tasking. My daughter had the style in mind, but trouble with the fit. The Optician saw where we were trying to go, pulled a pair and BAM Perfect Fit, My daughter was amazed. It was the right pair for her. No doubt we are repeat customers! As always Dr. Rhea is super informative when giving an eye exam - His digital magnification pictures (where your eye looks like a planet) give you a perspective unmatched. Dr. Rhea goes over every aspect of your health by what He identifies in your eye exam and even send the info to your doctor. I but my glasses there because of the warranty (which I had to use one year) and the excellent service. There is NOWHERE else I would take my eyes for an exam! I am a five year client.

I’ve never had contacts in my life but was referred to Dr. Reah by my friend. The office was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Dr Reah is young but seemed very smart and accurate in his assessment of my vision. He said my eyes would do better with glasses but let me have contacts to try for a month before making my decision what was right for me. I would recommend this office for anyone’s vision needs for sure.

I liked Dr. Rhea and appreciate him getting me in even though I was late. While the pre-exam by his assistant was rushed because of my lateness his exam was not. The exam seemed not as thorough as that of my last optometrist (retired now) but that maybe because his methods are more modern. He took the time and explained things about problems I had that I'd never heard. He is knowledgable and I appreciate the information that helps me to understand what is happening with my vision. The 4 star rating will be 5 stars if my new lenses are as good as I think they'll be. I will go back to him again.

Dr Rhea and his staff were professional and extremely friendly. In these Covid days, I was nervous to go. I was alone in the waiting room and only saw his staff during my visit. They had everything perfectly under control with sanitizing and masks. Dr Rhea was double masked, an N95 over a surgical mask. I felt extremely safe and was glad I went for my annual eye exam. I appreciate the extra care they took to make me feel safe and comfortable.

Was just in Dr. Rhea's office yesterday. As always, it was a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. Did the initial testing, then Dr. Rhea came in to do the exam. He was thorough, and took all the time needed to complete the exam, not rushing through. When it was determined that I needed new glasses, Dr. Rhea walked me out and started showing me new frames. My whole family (5) goes to Optimal Eye Care. I have also referred several friends there, who love them as well.

Its been years that I have searching for an eye doctor. The ones I have been to in the past just didn't take time to evaluate or answer/explain any of my exam or change in script. From the moment that I walked in to Dr. Rhea' s office I was impressed. Not only did I not feel rushed but I was actually asked by himself and his staff what was going on with my eyes and if I had any symptoms I was concerned about. He also took his time to get to know more about myself as well as explain the change in my script. I have found my office for my eye checkups from here on out.

Dr. Chris is very easygoing and relatable; he made the eye exam quick and painless. The staff, specifically Charity, helped me pick out frames that I never would have thought I’d look good in; it turned out I loved them. Her honest opinion on my frames were what led me to make a confident choice.

Dr. Rhea has always gone out of his way to provide the best of service and advice on vision care. I have heard him comment on several occasions that "if you have a problem and are not happy, come back in and we will make it right." His staff is always helpful and friendly, and there is a nice selection of eyewear to choose from.

Dr Rhea and his staff are the best in the business. I split my time between 3 cities on 2 continents but I make it a point to have all of my optomology needs met here. I love this office. Everyone is nice and friendly. The girls in their have great follow up as well. It’s clean, Dr. Rhea is very nice and it’s just a professional atmosphere. I also love that most all the women in that office have tattoos. I know that’s weird but it’s awesome that the Doctor lets an employee be themselves and welcomes that. Just love that. Overall great place! Never had any issues over the last 3 years of coming here.

Very nice the only complaint I have is that I didn’t get my contacts prescription. The doctor was already with the next patient and was told it would be emailed and never received it. I did call to ask about the email and was told they couldn’t email. Now I will have to go back to pick up the prescription.

Due to a change in my employers insurance my wife and I were required to change Eye doctors as our former Dr is not in the new plan. Needless to say we were very unhappy about this but in order to save cost forced to look elsewhere. I visited a half dozen sites online or so before deciding to try Dr. Rhea's office, which fully accepted our new insurance. Overall we were both well pleased with the service and attention for a first time visit and hopefully we will be able to remain patients here for some time to come.

Most complete eye exam I have ever had. They do computer imaging, compare past images to spot any changes. Dr (Chris) Rhea is friendly and patient, He answers any concerns You have and explains any issues in images - what to watch for & what is not a big deal. Five Star run shop; I have family members who now drive a distance to go here. Good place for any age client.Top-of-the-line!

The whole staff is wonderful. It is very nice to see the same people when you go and get new glasses. Upbeat and very friendly. It is hard to pick out new glasses that you will have for a couple of years. The girls made it easy for me. As for Dr. Rhea, he is a sweetheart. He gives you his attention and you do feel that you get your money's worth. I started with Dr. Rhea when he first opened his business. He treats his patients all the same. He explains things to you and you walk out knowing that you know what is going on with your eyes.

I have been in glasses since I was 5. Since moving to Texas I had yet to find an eye doctor that I liked until this visit. Everything was easy, and anything I had even the slightest question about was answered. They took the time to make me feel that I was valued and to make sure that I understood everything!
