Dr Ashley was wonderful with my young daughter. She has anxiety and normally doesn't do well with doctors but Ashley made her feel so comfortable, the appointment went so well she is actually excited to go back. Thanks again

Visiting Alberta from BC and had a need to see an optometrist. Called Dr. Asuchak's office and they fitted me in that day. A great office with helpful staff and again, a huge thank you to Dr. Asuchak.

Took my 4 year old for his first eye test, they did amazing with him. He loved it and wasn't scared like I thought he would have been. Explained everything in human terms as well.

Always a great experience whether it's for an eye exam or getting glasses adjusted. Dr. Day is excellent with myself and with my handicapped son. I would recommend him to anyone.

Needed a pair of contacts before my appointment, they provided me with a pair with no notice and then have me an even better trial pair after my appointment. Staff was great, doctor was excellent. Will be back

This was our first appointment at your clinic. My Mother (age 91) has difficulty walking so we changed to your location. She really liked the location and Dr Flak. Dr Flak came upstairs so Mom would not have to go down. My appointmnet was done effectively and very professionally.

I appreciated the courtesy and efficiency. One disappointment was after the first "station" there was a gap in communication. When I asked about the next step I was told the doctor would be giving me the next step by phone... which I assumed was the end of the session so I left for home only to find a message saying the appointment was not completed. I then had to rebook for today's session. I apologize for my part in the confusion. "Too soon old, and too late smart!"

Once again, service was impeccable. It was almost like I was being waited for - even though I was early for my appointment. The staff are all excellent, very knowledgeable and eager to assist. Dr. Day is very easy to deal with and makes an effort to keep me informed on all aspects of the examination and the following recommendations. The only suggestion I could make would be to change your Caller ID to the company name instead of 999-999-9999. I, like many others, have a tendency to ignore incoming calls that do not readily identify themselves. That's it -- once again thanks for a great experience. Glenn Atchison

Absolutely amazing in every way! The staff were friendly, quick and efficient. Dr. Day is personable and fantastic with kids. Individually told me how each were doing after each exam. It was so nice. The kids loved picking a prize out of the treasure box as well. If you have kids, definitely recommend going there, such a good eye dr. for kids. Even if you don't, still highly recommend him.

I am and was so impressed with the very gracious way Dr. Asuchak and his staff relate to me and also to their clients. From the youngest (maybe 3years old?) to this 80 year old lady. Wonderful conversation while being tested was so amazing to me. Another very incredible situation was that when I went to the gentleman who is responsible for my lenses he listened and very carefully explained any options that might interest me. When I explained that I really appreciate my present frames he said that was just fine. They would grind the lenses down to fit my frames. He also told me when they would be ready and the time it would take to insert them into my frames. Also when I asked about new nose pieces for my present ones they did it right away. They deserve the utmost appreciation which I give wholeheartedly.

My husband and I have been customers and patients of Optical Studio since 2003 and we have always appreciated the service and great care. Recently, there was a little issue with a reserved pair of eyeglass frames, but it was resolved in a very professional way. I am extremely pleased with the denouement. I definitely would give the group a 5-star rating.

I would like to have time to think about ordering glasses/lenses once the price is known rather than having to make the decision on the spur of the moment. I feel the cost is a big issue and allowing time to think it over would be a big help.

My experience was very good - short wait time, excellent service with my eye exams and staff very good at answering my questions. I did not find quite the selection as another optical place and no one asked if I needed any help in choosing frames. That was the only negative for me.

The exam process itself was good, but the front desk was terrible. First they booked the wrong day and time, forcing me to reschedule and they did not give me correct information on the phone to the questions I asked. I wanted my eyes checked for glasses and contacts, the ladies at the front desk said that wouldn't be a problem. But after eye exam the optometrist said that if I would have wanted my contact perscription I would have had to bring my contacts in, but I was not told this by the front desk. So now I am going somehwere else for my contact appointment, plus the prices of contacts was double in price compared to other places. Good eye doctors, the worst front desk staff. When paying for my appointment, the other two staff members who weren't helping me where openly talking about me. It was nice comments on the length of my hair, but still super inappropriate and unprofessional to talk about me, not to me, in that close of range and setting.
