Optical Expressions provides quick friendly service. They stand behind what they sell. I have had glasses where the prescription was not quite right (due to my retinopathy), they replaced the lenses. I have had frames that broke (a couple of years after I bought them), they repaire or replaced the broken parts. Optical Expressions has outstanding people and business practices.

Reception staff was welcoming and handled an insurance question well. The woman performing the initial testing was competent and persisted in getting an accurate reading on one machine when I had difficulty finding the “target.” The doctor was amazing, taking time to make sure I had the correct prescription strength, showing me the scans of my eyes’ interiors, and answering all my questions. The optician took time to find just the right frames that not only worked best for fit and appearance, but also were within my budget. She also worked with me to make sure my new lenses had the necessary coatings but were still economical. I love this place and will return annually for exams and new glasses.

My eye exam was scheduled at 1 pm, when I arrived I was greeted with a genuine Welcome in. I waited perhaps one minute before the Doctor came out personally to took me back for my exam. The equipment is state of the art, resulting in a very informative health care exam of my eyes. I've been coming here for the past eight years and Berry knowledge of eyeware, not to mention his memory of all of my prior purchases is exceptional. I have recommended Optical Expression to numerous people for all of these reasons. They provide Trust Customer service.

I’ve been to Optical Expressions twice in the past two weeks. I saw two separate doctors, they were kind, caring and professional. I’ve been a patient at optical since the 1980’s. I had an amazing experience at Optical Expressions. From the second I walked in, the front desk staff warmly welcomed me. I didn’t have to wait at all. I was immediately taken back to begin my eye exam. The exam didn’t last more than 20 minutes. And after, I found a beautiful pair of Oliver People’s sunglasses that I had been looking for! Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. I am very glad that I chose Optical Expressions for my eye care needs.

One of the few optical centers left that has a customer centered strategy. There was no waiting or typical nonsense you might see at mall chains. I received an eye exam and located a pair of glasses in under an hour with a high level of service and attention. I highly recommend!

The staff in the front may need customer service review. I recall the last staff that was employed few years ago were approachable, helpful, and made you feel welcomed. I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Robinson. She listened attentively to my struggles finding a good prescription for contacts that did not strain my eyes after a few hours. This was the first time in years I left the office feeling confident about my eye exam, as most exams when asked if one or two is more clear they always seem so close to the same I worried that I gave the wrong answers and messed up my own prescription. With one or two exceptions, there was no hesitation on my end about which one was more clear, and not surprising that the lenses she put me in do not cause me any strain.

This has always been one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to taking care of my vision needs. This location, specifically, has the friendliest people, great customer service, selection, and there is a lot of parking available and lunch options to boot.

I went to see Sophie Robinson and she was fantastic! Very helpful and explained everything she was doing. Kayla was great too as well as the man who helped me figure out how to put my contacts in. They were kind and patient as well as very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend :)

We have been patients at Optical Expressions for over 20 plus years and wouldn't consider a change. The loss of Dr Shapiro was terrible but the practice has kept right on. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and we consider them family. Dr Wilken is fantastic and has continued the excellent tradition of Optical Expressions.
