And I had no significant complaints about either of them! I'm just happy that my wife, Trudy, is a long-term patient of Dr. Raptou's and was able to help me get my foot in the door last year!

He is very dedicated to his work, and it shows in everything he -- and his staff -- do while taking care of their patients. Totally impressed with results from Dr. Raptou and his assistant Carma performing flawlessly for new crowns and other teeth adjustments that aligned, brightened and brought back a great looking smile that I haven't had for years. All aspects from front desk administrative and counseling, dental options, to latest techniques that didn't hurt in the least considering the amount of dental work required to properly fix my teeth. Impressed how well the entire staff worked together making me feel comfortable considering COVID-19 and how much better my teeth look. Excellent dental work and friendly professional environment from front desk courteous clear explanation from Alayne, Heather did deep cleaning thorough job without any anesthesia, full X-rays, pictures, and dental assessment with Dr. Nick Raptou and confirmation with Dr. Isaac making me feel comfortable and properly taken care of going forward.

I cannot give Dr. Raptou enough praise for my last visit. I'm approaching 50 years old I have still have 4 baby teeth. One of them cracked and Dr. Raptou moved mountains to save it so it could be capped with a crown. The alternative would have been to pull it and start the implant process. Since I have been going to Dr. Raptou for almost 20 years he knew how much I wanted to be able to avoid that if at all possible. He has taken amazing care of my entire family. We are lucky to have such a talented, caring dentist in our area!

Like the title states, it was a terrific experience. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Elaine, and then quickly invited back to the hygienist, Heather. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and informing me on some dental issues I had. Then Dr. Isaac Raptou (son) carefully checked over my teeth and thoroughly advised me on what to do going forward with my dental health. Even Dr. Nick Raptou (father) checked in on me and helped share some advice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a new dentist!

Thanks!! My appointment for a cleaning and checkup on Monday was routine, except that the new instrument used to detect oral cancer showed a lesion that Dr. Raptou said needed to be checked out. He gave me a referral to see Dr. Ashleigh Briody and I went today. I have benign migratory glossitis and need no further action. Yay! I very much appreciate the careful exam that Michelle did (she was also very competent in the cleaning), the calm manner of both Michelle and Dr. Raptou, the thorough manual exam by Dr. Raptou and his referral to Dr. Briody. I was told I would love her and I did!! Great call on sending me to her, as I got an appointment in three days... and she was on time and very professional. I also met Dr. Allen, who took pictures and gave me a pamphlet about the condition. I am very glad to have a dentist who keeps up on the latest techniques and who was proactive in regards to the issue that presented itself. Kay Marshall

Dr. Raptou and his staff have always been top notch service providers. Dr. Raptou always takes the time to listen and evaluate any and all concerns I have ever had and goes above and beyond to make things better for me. His staff is second to none from being greeted by name as soon as you walk in the door to the excellent care they provide throughout the visit. They have always been able to find a time to get me in to do any adjustments to my temporary dentures needed in a quick manner, almost always same day.

I've never had a bad time here. The office is very 'homey' feeling and the staff are really nice. My appointments almost start exactly on time too. The teeth cleaning is usually painless and quick. The cookies at the end is always one of the weirdest best parts.

I am beyond impressed with this place. I have always been unsatified or discouraged once we settle on a dentist after we relocate. I tell myself," I rarely have to be there, I can deal with them hassling me to spend more money on services that I know aren't necessary, electric toothbrushes or even adult braces..." Never again. This amazing team is the total package. Alayne is a pleasure to work with for scheduling, Tara is so efficient and sweet. I never feel like my kids are a bother (I have 3 young boys). Dr. Raptou is excellent. Never get the feeling that he's trying push anything unnecessary on me, but he is very clear about what is needed. We've now had the best dentist and there's no having to settle again.

My appointment did not turn out as intended. What was to be a normal cleaning turned into a root canal and new crown. As usual, Dr. Raptou, Tara and Gail went above and beyond with me. They constantly reassured me and explained what was happening to keep my high anxiety in control. Because of time constraints on my part, they did everything at the same visit which I'm sure put their schedule behind for the rest of the day. I am grateful for the care they always show for my wellbeing.

I recently had an emergency, breaking off half of my front tooth while traveling on business. I used the paging system at the office and Dr Rapptou called me back within 10 minutes! Dr Rapptou and his assistant Gayle agreed to meet me as soon as I got off the plane. They both met me on a Friday evening and fixed my tooth within an hour. I highly recommend this office, their customer service is outstanding!

Dr. Raptou has been my dentist for 25 years and I have always received excellent dental care. I schedule my cleaning appointments during my lunch hour and love the fact that my appointment time is MY appointment time. I never have to wait and am never late returning back to work. I really appreciate that the staff is considerate of my time and gives me the excellent dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Raptou to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

A new Dental Hygenist cleaned my teeth this time (didn't know her name), I'm guessing she was new to cleaning teeth as well. Although she seem nice, it was different- 1) she didn't rinse/suction my cleaning during the cleaning. 2)I use Nitrous and she was advised to put me on oxygen before taking me off, she didn't, I had to remind her. If Dr. Raptou hired her she has potential and will end up being an excellent dental hygienist. This practice has always made me feel like part of their family. Have a Happy New Year!

My dental needs are unique to say the least. Dr Raptou and his staff have always been more than attentive and receptive to taking care of me, my recent visit was not an acception. My latest visit was due to a broken tooth.. As always, Dr. Raptou and his staff were very accomidating and professional and they had me back to normal within a couple of hours.. Another job well done, I would recommend his team to anyone and I have!

We like our hygienists and patients to be familiar as well! We have had such stability in our employees that you are accustomed to always seeing the same people. Every few years things change a little, that's what we have just gone through.

Unfortunately, after 6 years of not raising any fees and 30 years of free nitrous (laughing gas) we are charging a nominal fee to offset the increases that we are seeing.

The visit went very well, and I was impressed with how friendly the staff was. Every staff member that I came in contact with knew who I was and I enjoyed our conversations. The best part is, they are also amazingly effective at getting their job done. It's refeshing to be at Dr. Raptou's office, and the amazing care I received encouraged me to do good work for the rest of the day. Staff, whatever you are doing, keep it up, you are all excellent.

Our family feels very fortunate to have Dr. Raptou for our dentist. We feel that not only do we have the best dentist but he also is a friend of the family. We have gone to Dr. Raptou since our children were small and they never had any fears of going to the dentist because he doesn't give them any reason to be apprehensive since he has never hurt them. As adults our children and their spouses gladly continue to go to him as their family dentist. Dr. Raptou goes out of his way to accommodate his patients and their needs and is always there for them. Nick Raptou has been our family dentist for 20 plus years and his work is unsurpassed !! We know what quality work we are receiving and have a high comfort level. The previous dental care that we thought was very good, does not compare !! We were not aware of the difference in dental care until we switched dentists. We were shocked when shown compared results of our own before and after work. We wish we had known sooner, but are very thankful we found this practice in time to correct things for us and our growing children. Now that they are adults who, on their own continue with the practice, they have also referred friends who were in need of top quality dental work. The staff is top notch also and seem like family. They are consistent throughout the years in technical dental work and interpersonal skills. We enjoy our visits to the dentist!!!

I have been a patient of this practice since 1992 and I have to say that Dr. Raptou and his very sweet and competent team have taken the fear of dental work away for me! I continue to have excellent dental health and actually look forward to my visits to get caught up with Julie and Dr. Raptou. I have and will continue to refer patients to this practice and fully intend to remain a patient. The folks in this office take good care of the whole person, as well as their teeth!
