I have been here 2 times and both times all staff was very nice and welcoming. The one lady was a big help with me picking my out glasses. I was called about my glasses order was ready for pick up. My glasses only took 4 days to come in. She knew a lot about the selection of glasses they have to offer. I will definitely be back when the time comes and I recommend to others.

I am very pleased with the care, but I was seen on Thursday, September 5,am for cornea abrasion after ER visit, paid 30 dollar co-pay. Doctor stated he wanted to check me again next day. I am being billed for another co-pay when I feel that it should not be another co-pay. Thank you.

Dr Gipson was able to provide a specific treatment plan for my eye condition - blepharitis. He is the third doctor/practice that I have been to in the past four months. I have been frustrated from dealing with chronic eye infections and chalazions. Dr. Gipson was patient, listened carefully, did a thorough eye exam and wrote out directions on how to manage the blepharitis. The previous doctors were only treating it with surgery and steroid injections, no written answers or information about how to manage and prevent blepharitis. I feel hopeful that Dr. Gipson can help me.

I had an appointment at 1:30 pm. I arrived at 1:24 pm and signed in only because I saw the clipboard and had a seat. I made eye contact with a couple of the staff members but unfortunately, nothing was said to me at all until around 2:00 pm. A simple. "Hello, we will be right with you," I realize now, goes a long way. I just sat there for a half hour wondering what was going on and if anyone was going to say something to me. I think one of the staff members were "filling in" for the day but still, it would have been nice to at least have been acknowledged and maybe given a heads up that they may be behind today would have been stellar! Once they announced my name the staff were extremely friendly. The doctor was very friendly too and answered all of my questions. However, I think because they were behind he was a bit distracted too. At the end of my appt. he asked me to follow him. Put my chart on the front desk and walked away. I had to turn to him as he left to say thank you and he turned back and returned the thank you and quickly walked away. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly but I have to give a low rating simply because I wasn't greeted upon arriving or given any updates as I waited around 30 minutes past my appointment time.

While I’m a medical professional Dr Gibson was so thorough in explaining what was needed to the point he named muscles around my eyes that I have never heard of! Honestly. I’m impressed with his professionalism and caring attitude , wanting to the the best for me to achieve the best look. I left feeling so elated. Also the staff ,especially his assistant was extremely professional and sweet to offer running out to my car to prevent getting a ticket.... I had 3 hrs so that wasn’t necessary however just the fact she offered.... who does that ? Again. Above and beyond in service. And most importantly seemingly genuine service

Upon arrival, what a kimd soul working the front! She was upbeat and answered all my questions thoroughly and never hesitated... Next , Dr. Gibson explains everything to you- he has a gentle and calm demeanor and i trusted him from the moment we met-and because if this I booked my blepharoplasty thru his office as well! Lenka was awesome. She was transparent in informing me that the machine used for my procedure is not designed for pigmented skin and therefore it has a small chance of not working. She also reassured me that her clients who are people of color have had successfully results. I gave it a try and liked the results and I plan to continue my sessions.

Office staff was very professional. I believe that because I purchased thru a Groupon offer, I was given less Botox than 20 units OR it was mixed with water. I have had Botox twice in the past and had immediate results. After getting Botox at NeoVision, I’ve noticed no change at all. Hopefully customers that do pay full price get what they pay for.

Neovision always has the frames I like (Iyko-Inyake) and it is always hassle free scheduling. Dr Gipson is the board certified staff Ophthalmologist. It's comforting to have an actual medical doctor conducting your eye exams instead of the typical optician. Neovision has been my place to go for all my glasses and eye health needs. I've worn glasses all my life and understand how important healthy vision is......I don't fool around when it comes to my eyes.....nobody should.

Outstanding!!! Walked in off the street with a major eye problem, and was provided with an immediate appt. The office staff was kind, courteous, and genuinely caring. The doctor was thorough and explained the seriousness of my issue and helped me make a plan. Office staff got me an appt. with a surgeon for the next morning. I cannot say enough about the level of care I received at the Charleroi office. I will be forever grateful to the entire staff, and will recommend them to my family and friends!

Dr. Gipson is, by reputation, more honest and direct than most when it comes to treating adult patients. His lack of bedside manner should not deter a person from seeking his service, which is exceptional. A rare gem who will tell a person the truth and what they need to know is better than a C student who just wants your $$$. I respect this man - also his level of education, experience and expertise. I was delighted with his kind treatment of my child (I really didn't know if the brutal honesty with my husband was an 'attitude' at first!) If you want a true, talented professional (and no BS) - he is your champion.

I loved my experience at neovison. The front office staff was very friendly and smiled the whole time. The waiting area is clean and they show videos of other procedures and things to keep you preoccupied. The testing was quick and painless . The doc came in within 5-7 mins of me being in the room. The glasses were reasonable and the staff helps you pick the best fit for your face. They offer payment plans on glasses and you don't have to worry. I will recommend this doc to anyone and plan on bringing my son to this provider.
