The eye exam was fantastic! I when it can to getting my eye wear fixed not so much. My lenses cracked twice in two months and I left their feeling like it was my fault and I should be lucky that they are getting fixed. But the problem seems to be in the tightening of the frame around the lense that is possibly causing the cracks. Not my fault.

So happy Mullins is back in Monterey! Dr. Wakefield is amazing. She is smart, cordial, friendly, professional and easy to talk to. She takes her time and explains everything very well, but doesn’t waste your time either. The office staff and techs are friendly, warm and accommodating. Wish the waiting are wasn’t so cramped, but that is the only negative.

The eye Dr worked with me more then I’d ever been looked over and explained that my diabetes was causing a few bleeds in my eyes.

Just recently I lost my glasses at the lake and they got me in, in the same week for an exam to get new glasses ordered. Highly recommend them!

They were professional and the office was clean and bright. They made me feel confident in the quality of care. I got to meet with Dr. Mullens himself. He has an eye model to help teach and explain which I liked. I hadn’t been since I was a kid and I’m impressed at how far the technology has come. I thought they were going to have to dilate my eyes but instead they had a machine that was easily able to take a color picture of the back of my eye. It was great.

This was my first visit and I found the staff and Dr. Steph en Mullins to be exceptional. I called in a pinch to get an exam before end-of-year for insurance purposes, I was told they didn’t have any appointments until after the New Year however they would take my number and call should they get a cancellation. Praise God, a couple hours later I received that call and am so glad I did. I adore the staff, service, and especially Dr. Stephen Mullins. He was so through and went into complete detail really taking time to answer all my concerns.

I could not be happier with my exam! I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years and this was the best exam I ever had. The Dr was patient and knowledgeable and very kind. I have finally found a Dr I will stick with!

Tonya is a wonderful worker there...she makes you feel very comfortable and explains every step! Amy is wonderful and helps you with your glasses fittings! Both Amy and Tonya have a wonderful disposition and make you smile from the entrance to the exit....
