My experience at El Centro Dental was amazing.. Feeling afraid was an understatement heading to facility, once on site the Dental team took care of me. #1 Dentist in the valley! I'll be returning for denture placement.

I had a splendid time at El Centro dental, I arrived early for my appointment, and right away they booked me in. As I sat they began calling immediately, and I sat to get a root canal, in no time the doctor and nurse operated on my teeth and they did an excellent job. I felt a sense of pressure relief in my teeth which I could only infer that means the doctor did an excellent job. I would most definitely recommend to a friend as everybody working there did an amazing job.

Staff was nice. I got seated pretty soon after I arrived. But then I waited for over an hour in the chair. When the dentist finally saw me it felt rushed, he only took about 5 minutes and left. It didn't feel personal or caring. I get nervous in dentist's offices so I really need a slower pace.

I walked in and was instantly greeted by the desk lady. And in what felt like minutes the clients flew by, followed by a short wait time I was welcomed by a nurse and she did the whole x-rays and maintained a steady funny conversation. Immediately afterwards 2 doctors came to my attention and gave me a brief summary of my teeth. The cleaning was excellent and the doctors and nurses really cared to do their jobs as efficiently as possible, and thoroughly explained everything until i got it. I had a smile my entire visit. I'm proud to say I'm with El Centro Dental.

As a person that dislikes going to the dentist for many reasons, I have to admit that I was very pleased with my visit. Staff are very kind and helpful. X-Ray Tech was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dental Assistant and Doctor made me laugh, so I wouldn't feel nervous. I'm glad I decided to give them another chance. Thank you.

Really bad service!! I left without being seen after waiting two and a half hours and watching how others got in soon after they got there, and I had an appointment!! But I’m sure you will bill my insurance like if I got seen.. so disappointed!!!

Very disappointed with this office. A year ago I went there and I was told that they would take care of me. They took exrays, and after seeing the exrays they told me that I needed a root canal, but it had to be approved by my insurance. It took them almost a year to have it approved. 5 days ago I received a call from these office and was told to go in for the root canal because it had been approved. 3 days ago on Friday I went to my appointment and waited one hour in the lobby and one hour in the dentist chair. When finely the doctor comes in and looks at the exrays and says that they can not do the work, that he is going to deferred me to a Endontics, that they could not do the root canal there. I was confused. Then why make me wait almost a year to get the approval from the insurance, and why was I called to go in, and why the 2 hours waiting. I'm still confuses, don't know what to think. I give them no Star. Zero, nada.

My appointment was at 10am May 21 ,2021 , i called said I might be late 10 or 15 min. i got there at 9:55 am . My appointment was set up by Jerry L Pettis Memorial Veteran clinic , I sign in at approximate at 9:55 am , I filled out paperwork turn it in and i waited. people were coming in for their appointment they got them first , finally i got tired of waiting and waiting they were so busy taking in some other patience . I walk out there was another lady waiting the same time as as I she was waiting to. when I walk out I saw my wife Mary I ask her what time is it ? she said 11:55am i sit in there almost 2 hours!! waiting, very unprofessional. i didn't get a call or text to see what happen until I get email on May 22,2021 thanking me for choosing them.

Good Morning, I was very pleased with the service I was provided with yesterday at my appointment as a new patient. I had to reschedule my visit after a lengthy wait time, although I understand that with the ultimate care given to patients, these unexpected things can happen. I was impressed with the level of attention given to me by office manager Susy. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Special shout out to George, he was checking up on me and offered me water during my wait time. Thank you EC Dental. I look forward to my future visits.

I was 5 minutes late but when I arrived no one greeted me then after about 5 minutes some asks if I had an appointment. They had me fill out the same forms I have filled out previously (update my information) which they could just ask if the information from my previous form was the same(which it was) and I could just have initialed the information then I waited for an hour and I left. Didn't see anyone

They made me wait 2 hours to tell me to reschedule my cleaning. There wasn't many people, yet they had to schedule an additional appointment. Appointments are there for a reason. Not everybody has a flexible schedule. Possibly, the staff wanted to leave early on the last day.
