The office is clean, the hygienists and dentists are kind and do quality work (though I have only had cleanings here) but the front desk staff is deceptive with costs. I called 24 hours prior to reschedule and was informed of their $50 cancellation fee which I told them I could not afford, so I would rearrange things and figure it out. I had previously purchased their plan so I assumed my cleaning was covered by this. When I arrived they asked if I would like to renew, I declined and they sent me back. When I went to leave I was informed that plan had lapsed a few weeks prior and I would now owe $150 out of pocket-or I could purchase their $270 plan and it would be covered. They tried to claim they had told me it was not covered but that was not the case. By simply asking if I’d like to renew I had assumed this cleaning was covered and the next would not be. So maybe it’s the ol’ never assume situation but I felt this was deceptive, especially as I had just informed them the day before of not having the extra money at this time. There are enough quality dentists in the area that I’d rather give my business to one who is also upfront and forthcoming about costs.

Nicholle (sp?) is a great hygienist! She is so thorough cleaning my teeth -- they look amazing when she's done. Also, she remembers what equipment and procedures I prefer (eg, water gun). Also, easy to talk to or not, depending on my mood. The dentist also is very collegial -- he shows me what's going on with my teeth and includes me in the decision. I have recommended this practice to several others.

Dr. Jennings has been my fabulous dentist for decades. Now that he is cutting back on his hours for well-deserved rest, he was not there for my last two cleanings. Dr. Hadad checked my teeth after Nicole gently made them clean and sparkly. Everyone at the practice: office staff, hygienists, and doctors alike, are wonderful and I'd recommend any of them. It's the only doctor's office I call where a real person answers the phone!

My hygienist Nicole was extremely professional and personal. As an indication of her integrity, she wouldn't take my $20 to insure she would tell the doctor I didn't have any issues for him to pursue! Ha ha. Dr. Jennings was most professional and personal as well. Along with his assistant, Ronnie, we managed to get through the appointment with some light humor and one less tooth. This is my first appointment with your office and I am well pleased.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jennings for around 40 years. He is an incredible dentist and I couldn't be more pleased with him. My 3 children, their children and wife are also his patients. He is the best! However my most recent visit to the Stoneridge office has left me upset and angry. As I was checking out I was asked if I wanted the annual plan again and I answered affirmatively. The assistant had circled the new plan rate which I questioned. She advised that my previous plan had expired the week before my appointment and I therefore was considered a new subscriber and must pay the higher rate rather than the renewal rate. I advised her that I always renewed when I came in for my appointments. When I questioned her, the other person at the front desk advised me that your office isn't responsible for tracking the expiration date of the annual plan and that it is my responsibility to be sure to renew prior to the annual expiration date. I was flabbergasted at her attitude and response. I told them the renewal at the higher rate was unacceptable and to contact someone in authority, which they did. The office manager was contacted and approved my renewal as well as my wife's renewal at the appropriate rates (I think). However this interaction has me now wondering about whether my appointment that day was covered under my old plan, which expired a week prior to my appointment, or the new plan I just paid for. Clearly, it should have been covered under my old plan. I should receive 2 cleanings per annual plan. I'm now unsure if that has been the case. Appointments are set by your office and should be scheduled so that these types of interactions don't occur again. Your staff needs training in customer interaction skills. This interaction was the first negative experience with any of Dr. Jennings front desk assistants. I trust it will also be the last.

The dentist and cleaning staff were A++ as always.However, your incompetent desk woman, Georgie at your SCS location called me the next day stating my insurance was ineligible, though she had checked it the prior day stating I was all set. She then proceeds to instruct me to call my insurance company and get it figured out. I stated clearly my insurance was valid and that was her job to do. She then states it wasnt and says well that's ok we will just mail you the bill. I informed her I am not a bedicl biller and for her to her job which she indicated she would not. And though thr previous day, she said there was no need for the new insurance card, amazing the next day I got called my delta statin she had inputted the wrong info and that it had been invalid for months, so she obviously never checked anything. I contacted her boss, Janelle in Shelby and had little to say. So I requested shE Cancel any further appoinmnets as I would never youse their services again. She said Ok I hung up. .

Dr. Jennings and staff are fantastic. If you are afraid of going to the dentist, Stoneridge in St. Clair Shores is the right place. I like the the time that Dr. Jennings spends not just doing the typical “Dr. Thing” In the room and out the room as fast as possible. He take la the time to get to know you, review the good and the not so good, but also provides a long term plan. I needed to find a new dentist a few years ago, and I am glad I found Stoneridge.

I've been seeing Dr. Michael Jennings for more than four decades so change is difficult. I usually plan my cleanings when Nichol, the fabulous hygienist is there along with Dr. Mike. This time I couldn't arrange that so met the equally fabulous Kayla for my cleaning. And then I met Dr. Hadad who listened carefully to my questions and answered them with care. I told him it's good to know that someone's in the batter's circle in case Dr. Mike is away. Nice office. Great staff. Hi Dr. Mike! I missed you!

The care of the hygienists and dentists is very good. However the insurance knowledge of some people is not the best. I had a hygienist tell me that my x-rays were going to be free, and somehow I still had to pay a lot for a routine cleaning with x-rays.

My dental hygienist was excellent! She was considerate of my preference for water in a cup (vs that suction thingy) and was prepared for me with a cup of water ready to go. She does an outstanding job cleaning my teeth, especially the bottom ones which tend to accumulate more plaque. The dentist is always friendly and professional. And the staff keeps the appointments humming so I never have long to wait.

I had a Groupon but the office had a great atmosphere and the staff was very kind. I had originally scheduled my appointment for the Shelby office but the day of my appointment they called to offer me a cancellation appointment at the SCS office, closer to my house. So thoughtful! Both the hygienist and the doctor were very nice and went above & beyond most other dentist offices. I will definitely come back!

I have been very pleased with the work so far that Dr. Jennings has done for me. He was very helpful with assisting me for the best route to take to keep my teeth & gums healthy at my age. I also have very very sensitive teeth (a major concern for me, cold air & cold water are not my friends) and I believe that he tries to make me as comfortable as he can under the circumstances.

I had a great first experience at Stoneridge. Upon arriving I was greeted promptly by the friendly receptionist. The office was very clean and a comfortable atmosphere. I made an 11:00 appointment and was told I would fill out some paperwork and would go back at 11:15 and it would take about an hour. They brought me back exactly when they said they would so I wasn’t waiting around for a long time. The hygienist Michelle was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and make sure I knew exactly what she was doing during the cleaning. She answered all of my questions about teeth whitening and her personal suggestions for what she would do. The doctor was also very friendly and took the time to answer questions and not make me feel like I was being rushed out of the office. I told them upfront that it had been a while since I had been to the dentist and at no point did they shame me or make me feel bad about not getting regular cleanings. I would (and already have) absolutely recommend stoneridge dental to anybody who Is looking for a dentist to give you a very positive and comfortable experience.

I am a brand new patient, my first appointment was over the weekend. Everyone was SO friendly, they ended having a cancellation so after my cleaning I was able to stay to get a filling done! The dentist was personable,kind, and very gentle they took great care to make it right so I could go to my regular dentist who was on vacation. Dentistry can be anxiety producing to the average patient. Especially when more serious procedures are on the schedule. The "bedside" manner of a sympathetic Dentist can alleviate the unnecessary nervousness. Dr. Bielkie is a kind sympathetic man, who treats my trepidation about pain issues seriously, and patiently. He also has the skill to make procedures pain free, as much as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Bielkie to anybody who feels the human element in dentistry, is very important. If Dr. Bielkie moved to Grand Rapids, I would drive 3 hours to obtain his services. The trust factor in a dentist is HUGE!!!!! I trust Dr. Bielkie.

When I was there, everybody was very helpful, and wildly accommodating for me. Very polite and professional, and the staff there never looks at me without smiling and explaining what’s happening during my appointment. Kayla the hygienist gave me several suggestions that helped solve a flossing issue I’ve had for quite awhile. Dr. Jennings always tells it like it is and provides multiple solutions. Both are friendly and welcoming. My dental health is excellent thanks to them. The online appointment and reminder system is also a plus.

I'd like to praise the Georgie, Michelle, Allison, and Dr. Jennings that worked so well as a team and were all incredibly efficient while relaxed and personable. I love having the bill estimated and paid before leaving as it is one less thing for me to remember to look out for in the mail and take care of in the future. I continue to make the hour plus drive to work with Dr. Jennings but I'm quickly attaching to the staff and office flow at Stonebridge! Keep up the great work! With the long drive, the coffee and water may see like a small touch but it is greatly appreciated.

Our family has had Dr. Michael Jennings as our dentist for almost eighteen years now. My youngest had an appointment last week and was looking forward to it for over a month...he actually asked me repeatedly when the appointment was scheduled. Dr. Jennings takes care of everything from simple annual check-ups and fillings to hard-to-fit bite guards and Invisalign regimens. We have been completely satisfied with everything and look forward to many more years of top-notch dental treatment.

The BEST Dental Clinic. The front desk staff, dental Assistants, Hygenists and the Dentist themselves are all AMAZING! There is nothing that they can not do. I came in as an emergency patient with a broken bridge near the end of the day, fearing nothing could be done, within the next hour, a temporary bridge was made.
