Dr Forte and her staff are very friendly and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about my difficult prescription needs and always finds the appropriate contact lenses for me. I always get an accurate prescription and there is a nice selection of up-to-date styles of frames for glasses.

The staff is very friendly & helpful. Dr. Sieber is super nice & informative. I paid $173 less at this office for frames & lenses compared to my previous eye doctor's office last year. Last year insurance paid part of the frames, this year insurance paid nothing towards frames & I still paid $173 less. I'm impressed with this office & already scheduled next year's appointment.

I have always liked supporting the more Independent small businessman networks than the large. Love their service, employees and Drs at this practice, They don't push you to buy but are there for questions & concerns. I have never had any problems cancelling & rescheduling in a timely manner although I am an established patient. I also like limited choices or selections of eye wear rather than more which can make it overwhelming to make a decision. I've been going to Leading Edge well over 5 years now and will keep going to them as long as i can.

Everyone that I encountered at my first visit with Leading Edge Eyecare was very helpful and super nice. All of the ladies made me feel very welcome. The eye doctor did a wonderful job helping me understand everything that was going on with my eyes. The lady who took care of the glasses fitting was extremely helpful in getting the right frames for me. She gave me her honest opinion ( was professional and super nice about it) on each one and am very thankful that she didn’t let me walk out of there with a pair of glasses that looked horrendous on me!

Leading Edge is the only option for me. Not only do you go through the routine of the exam, but everything is explained. The scans are detailed for you that even a three year old will understand. Usually, elsewhere it's the exray/scan is done, see you next year. Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful.

This last visit, I wasn’t able to see Dr. Sieber but that’s only because I asked that in the event of a cancellation the staff would call me and the did. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Forte. Every single person in this office is phenomenal! They always go above and beyond to make sure they not only meet but exceed your expectations. Leading Edge Eyecare is an excellent place for your eye care needs. The Dr I am dealing with is very friendly yet maintains her professionalism at all times. If you are late, just call to apologize and make sure you can still be seen, but you don't want to be late ever for their good services. It has always been a pleasure for me to have my regular eye check-ups and medical eye exams (when needed for acute issues, it has been as easy to get an appointment scheduled quickly for them as for regular exams) here for the several years I've been going to them. I and my family have been treated kindly and respectfully, especially my elderly Mom who is hard of hearing. Dr. Forte was very personable to her, speaking loudly enough so that she could hear her. My Mom was very impressed with how friendly and down-to-earth the doctor was. The waiting area, exam rooms, and eyewear showcase area were, as usual, clean and comfortable. If only all healthcare establishments could make their patients feel at ease like this!

Dr. Sieber is so friendly and down to earth. the staff is welcoming and warm. The office itself is clean and comfortable. We never have to wait more than five minutes to be seen for our exam. I was having trouble with a contact lens and Dr. Forte found that it was extremely dirty and just needed to be cleaned thoroughly. Since it was my first time there she could have easily charged me for a contact lens visit which would have been more expensive but she just charged me for a consultation. I had been having pain in my left eye for three days and had no local eye doctor to see. I went to see Dr. Sieber on a recommendation from a friend at work. I called the office and the receptionist was very friendly and pleasant and booked me for that afternoon. I chose to have her email me the new patient paperwork so I could compete it before coming in. Dr. Sieber took time to ask me about my eye and health history and the reason for my visit and carefully listened to what I had been experiencing before completing a very thorough exam. She shared what she found and called in a prescription that I picked up on my way home. She stressed that I should let her know if my eye got worse or I had any questions. 24 hours later and my eye is much improved. I've already told 2 other people at work that she is an exceptional eye doctor and highly recommend her. I'm so pleased to have found a very competent eye care professional and one who is very personable as well! I seldom choose to recommend or rate services, but wanted to share my very positive experience with Dr. Sieber and Leading Edge Eyecare.

This was my first appointment. My previous eye doctor does not participate with my current medical insurance. Leading Edge was recommended to me by a friend. I am very pleased with Dr. Forte and the staff members I interacted with.

Parking is great. Staff is friendly and courteous. Doctor and assistants are very knowledgeable.

I am the mother of the patient. The appointment went surprisingly well my son did very well. There was excellent service every one of my questions were answered. My son was even reexamined just double check if prescription. The service was great and I will be coming back!
