Really rude and unprofessional team .. they rescheduled my appointment 3 times and when I saw them the receptionist told me I need to buy more !! My coupon was for 20 units which I always take 20 unit s and its good for a year.. they said no to 20 units and we can cancel everything! How ever the Dr came in and he was refereed by one of my friend I mentioned her name and he did a perfect job But overall i will not go to them again cause of unprofessional team and try to charge you more !

Great attention to detail. The doctor saw me for an initial consultation and then when I had questions that came up afterward due to my reading things online, he dedicated another appointment to answer my questions and make sure I was happy with my decision. My surgery is scheduled for 6 May 2022, so I will post a more detailed review afterward. So far, I would recommend this practice to other.

The first time I went, I felt like Dr. Baraki really rushed through things. He was kind of aloof, told me I didn’t need anything done, and I felt like I was bothering him with my questions. It seemed like he was just trying to inject me and get me out of there. He also didn’t put any marker on my face to know where to inject, which I think was a bit strange. I went back with my mother, and it was a totally different experience. He was much more affable, and she loved him. He did try to dissuade her from getting stuff she totally needed. The results from my first visit were nice, but I did have one wonky eyebrow that went up in a cartoonish way. I went back to adjust it, and the doc was very nice, but again, I felt rushed. He kept telling me that he was concerned about doing the adjustment because he was worried that my brow would drop too far; it felt like he was trying to dissuade me, but my eyebrow looked crazy. I couldn’t leave it like that. I also wondered how a skilled surgeon would be so concerned about something so simple; I’ve had doctors do the adjustment in the past with no trepidation or complications. Also, the assistant had lost my “before” photos! That’s a pretty big deal. For the record, the doc fixed the wonky brow and it was fine. I got charged for the fix. Sure, sometimes it’s how your body absorbs the Botox, but sometimes, asymmetry is indeed how you were injected. When I’ve had past adjustments, the doctors did not charge me. I understand that every office is different, but I should have been told in advance. The doctor injected some Botox above my lip to address my gummy smile. 1 week later, my mouth is totally crooked, I say certain words incorrectly, even sipping out of a straw just looks/feels WEIRD, but I’m scared to go back to fix it because it’s intimidating; the redhead is nice, but everyone in that office is pretty aloof. I never REALLY felt welcome. If they only want to do surgical procedures, stop offering injectables.

I have been a patient of Dr. Baraki’s since 2014. I trust him implicitly around giving me the right guidance and ensuring I never “over do” things - he is not one to just do a procedure because you want one - he sits back and asks, “Why? I’m not sure you really need that. You look great already.” without being judgmental but to be kind so I don’t mangle my face doing something that ultimately won’t look balanced on my features. He’s not out to make a quick buck but to do things the right way and he has never been anything but kind and patient and meticulous when I’ve been in his office. I recommended a friend to him who had a full tummy tuck and she was ecstatic with her results. I know he is a surgeon I can trust.

I had laser hair removal on the lower part of my legs and As I agree there’s always a degree of side effects and some minor burns are expect, this treatment went beyond “normal” burns. I had welts all across my lower legs and around my knee area. I’ve been dealing with pain for 3 days and so uncomfortable to move around without rubbing my skin on my clothes. I’ve had six sessions already and because I didn’t see the results I expected, I came back for another 3 sessions. This is the first time the laser burned my skin pretty bad. Unfortunately, it was a new employee who may have not had enough experience or not enough training on the machine being used. She was very nice and courteous, but my treatment didn’t go well

Had kilo on thighs, done very unevenly. He tried to blame it on recent weight loss and “loose skin” there are obvious concave areas on the front of my thighs, the skin isn’t loose in those areas, too much fat was removed and it was done so haphazardly. I got no apology, no remedy, just blamed that my weight loss caused what now looks like a deformity. When I say run from this doctor, I mean it. Mistakes happen, most doctors would at least apologize and work with you. Not this doc. I was told *maybe* a year after surgery he *might* do more Lopo, I only wanted an apology I would never let him perform surgery on me again. I only choose this place because it was cheaper, you get what you pay for.

I do not recommend this office. They will definitely try to scam you out of your money. I went in for a consultation for upper blepharoplasty. The doctor told me that he could fix a botched surgery I previously had. I made an appointment for surgery. For some reason their credit card system was not working so they couldn't scan my card. Later on in the day I received a call stating that they charged the card I had on file. I thought that was odd because I didn't sign anything nor did I receive a receipt. Around the time of my surgery I was involved in a car accident and could not do the surgery. I was told the money would be refunded. The money was never refunded and everytime I called supposedly the person that handles the issue was unavailable. I filed a claim through my bank and they stated that I failed to follow the proper cancellation procedure and 70% will be deducted from the 4000 I paid. Mind you they were running a special on groupon for the same procedure for less than 2k but told me I was getting the same deal.

Dr. Baraki is a true artist, in the artistry on the medical side of the cosmetic profession. Highly skilled, Highly knowledgeable, very kind and personable. And honest! If you don’t require a procedure he will tell you. Yes, he does have good looks, but that’s what we wanna see in a skilled Plastic Surgeon! He is not the first cosmetic surgeon I’ve been to, but surely will be the only and last one. It’s comforting when a doctor can see your vision of improvements, with the very same vision. I have been to multiple plastic surgeons over the last 10 years in the DC areas for Botox and fillers, each of them had attributes I want in my doctor but Dr Baraki had all the attributes you want in a facial plastic surgeon. I have had laser treatments at probably five other offices over a ten year period and, by far, the results obtained at Lansdowne are the best. It takes me about an hour each way - and I hate driving in this area - but I put up with it because I'm so happy with how my skin looks after a treatment. I came in yesterday for my third treatment for laser hair removal. Let me just start this off by saying, I have very sensitive skin, and gets irritated easily, and when it comes to any pain I won’t do it. But coming in for the first time and having Sophia explain to me what and how the treatment works was really helpful and she actually insured and relaxed me. I'm always nervous on the way to my appointment but when Sophia sits me down, I feel nothing but relax and confident I will look my best at the end. Thank you!

I was welcomed upon entering the office & didn’t even sit down as I was promptly taken to the clinicians room. The clinician took more time with me to correct a problem I was having. Dr. Baraki was very pleasant & knowledgeable in discussing with me the removal of a spot near my eye whereas a dermatologist said would be a problem area for a doctor to remove.

I only one comment, it would be with the advertisement through Groupon. Groupon states a price, but in meeting with the office, additional fees were mentioned, that were not listed on Groupon.

My experience here was not a good one because I feel the website should give more information than it does about its services. I bought a livingsocial deal for the exilis treatment. So I checked out the website to see if I could see any information about the policy for the treatment at this location. Maybe it was my navigation skills, but I didn't find anything. So I googled it and found that it can take 3 or 4 sessions for effectiveness. I was fine with that. Nevertheless, after driving an hour to this site, I find that it is 7 sessions and you must commit weekly for 7 weeks!! That little piece of information would've saved me gas, money and lots of time I lost in traffic. My family, summer vacays and employment wouldn't even allow me to commit to that every week. So now I'm trying my best to get a refund. Oh well. Please be detailed on your website.

I had a laser micro peel last week at the Lansdowne Aesthetic Center. It was painless! Dr. Baraki, has a very impressive medical and educational background, he is an outstanding doctor, caring, personable, dedicated and his job on the laser peel I had, says it all! I had a few days of downtime, which the doctor asked me before hand, my availability of time and preferences. The Aesthetic Center is immaculate in all aspects and has state of the art laser machines. I highly recommend Dr. Baraki for his skills, professionalism and vast knowledge on his specialized field. In summary, Dr. Baraki is an excellent and fantastic plastic surgeon! I am a returning patient since March 2016. I highly recommend the Lansdowne Aesthetic Center.

Im incredibly disappointed with the office. I had been in previously with a Living Social voucher and when a new one was listed online I purchased it since its said "up to 2" could be purchased. I also had a LS code, so the original price of $175 was discounted 15% to $148.75. The office said they would not be able to use the voucher but that they would honor the price of $148.75 if I cancelled my voucher, which I did. I went into the office yesterday for my appointment and they reneged on their agreement to match that price. I wasted an hour of my time coming to the office, waiting while people talked about it and ultimately left. I will share my experience with my friends. Disappointing it had to come to this over less than $30 but customer service is essential. My time is also valuable and this office created quite a hassle for me. Its dishonest to tell someone you will honor a price on the phone and not honor it in person.

The office and staff are very nice. I went for a tattoo removal based on other recommendations from a Facebook group I was in. I saw Dr.B the very first visit and never even had a follow up to see progress on how the removal was going, but the other lady I saw was great. I am not overall satisfied with the outcome of the removal. Over a 6 month course of treatment the tattoo has faded but it is clearly visible. I was told with in 6-8 treatments it should be gone. If I Perdue trying to get it completely removed I will be going elsewhere as this is not cheap. Im thinking this is a service they offer but not one of their specialties. I should have done some more research and I suggest you should as well!

Most informative and honest consultation I've ever had. Dr. Baraki is very thorough. I went in for a laser micro peel, and after evaluation, Dr. Baraki would not do it until my active acne was under control. He listed all of the reasons, and made suggestions. We also reviewed a few other procedures I was interested in. After discussing my face care regime, he suggested nixing my routine and just using a single gentle cleanser. Within 3 days, my face cleared. I have been fighting acne for 20 years. I will be revisiting this office in the fall to have the procedure to get rid of facial scars, and will probably have derma-silk done as well. The office is very clean, modern, and almost like you are walking into a spa. Location is very convenient with plenty of parking.

i got groupon for some botox however the dr. had a special going for dysport as well and so was happy to do the dysport rather than the botox. Dr. and staff were excellent and professional. office is in a nice medical center. the dr and staff were happy to answer some questions i had about some other services. these kind of injections are super super quick and the dr. got me in and out in no time.

I was on time to my appointment.However, I couldn't open my coupon as my service was bad in the office. I asked if I could use a computer to log in. The receptionist looked at me down. She was not supportive.She said that she was not able to do it. I asked to leave to find a better signal. When I was leaving I heard a comments behind my back. I am horrified at the large areas of bloody burned spots on my face. I think the doctor didn't instruct the technician correctly or clearly about increasing the level on the laser. The shape of the red bleeding is that of the laser tool, so it's not only because I have weak capillaries. I am keeping Aquaphor smothering my face as instructed and praying that it clears up completely without scarring or discoloration.

Before the the procedure, I told the doctor I was very pleased with the results from the last visit and I asked him to do the same for the same results. To my surprise, upon check out, I was told I got 56 units of botox which was 8 units more than last time which cost me $80 more than I expected to pay. Plus, I ended up with a bruise under my eye. Exactly where the doctor said injections should not be administered (explained at the last visit) but yet, it was made and then it bruised. After a month later, it's still healing. My first visit was a great experience....this one, not so much! Don't worry I won't be posting on Yelp or Google.
