Very friendly environment. My entire family goes to the office and we love it. We tell all our friends/family how wonderful you all are. The staff is so accomodating and works with my our schedule. Fantastic service and people. I drive over an hour to see Dr. Kirn when there are probably a half-dozen Eye Doctors within 30 minutes of me. I've been a patient for years and will continue to be one as long as I need eye care.

I finally found an optometrist I Do Not mind going to. Dr White is so good at what she does n is Very Patient , Friendly, n Doesn't rush she takes her time with me n Christine tech Does Not rush either. Although I can talk her ear off at times but she too is patient (Sorry Chriistine) but they ALL know what their doing. The Staff is very nice also. I have been very pleased since we switched to Kirn Family Eye Care many years ago. My insurance coverage changed so we had to change eye care providers. KFEC treats me, my husband, and our son so we often make group appointments, and they are handled with such efficiency. And they always work to figure out how to best use my benefits to ensure the maximum coverage options to save us money, which is very much appreciated. And the staff is so friendly from the check-in/check-out staff to the assistants to the eye doctors themselves. Definitely recommend to others when asked for suggestions for eye care!

I always feel like I get the best eye care at Kirn Family Eye Care. From the moment I walk in until the moment I walk out, it is a wonderful experience! The staff there are warm and welcoming, always saying hello as soon as I walk in. They get you checked in very fast. Dr. White takes her time to listen to whatever my issue is and never, ever rushes me. She works hard to find the best prescription for my eyes and always keeps me up to date on the health of my eyes. And, when it's time to pick out new frames for my eyeglasses, I know I'll always get great help and an honest opinion on what looks best for my face shape! I truly appreciate that!

I couldn't have been more pleased with my visit at Kirn Family Eye Care. Dr. Kirn was so easy to talk to and express my concerns to. The care that I received here was 100% better than the care that I was receiving from my previous eye doctor. He recommended new contacts to me that he had trials of right there in his office. I ordered them a few days later and will have them here today. All within a week!. Excellent visit all the way around and would recommend him and Kirn Family Eye Care.

The staff are kind and professional to me. I was a little concerned with 2 staff members who were having a conversation at the reception desk about how they are experiencing job dissatisfaction due to lack of communication. I hope that management makes their work place better by addressing any of the staff members’ concerns. All staff deserve to have a work environment that provides effective communication and support.

This was my first visit with Kirn Family Eye. I had interaction with 4 staff members, all were pleasant, courteous, and professional. My eye exam was done by Dr Daniel Kirn. He didn't rush, he gave me information so I could decide if I wanted to replace both computer glasses and my regular glasses. He didn't try to get me to buy more. Also, the staff knew my insurance and explained everything.

After searching for a new eye doctor who took my insurance, a co-worker recommended Kirn Family Eye Care. Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant on arrival. They were on time so I did not have a long wait before I was called back for my appointment. Dr. Kirn asked a few questions and discussed each part of the eye exam, and then provided me with what my old prescription was to what my new one is, to show the difference in clarity. Overall a great experience.

I had the pleasure of Being treated by Dr. Daniel Kirn today. This was my first visit to the practice. I was very impressed how thoroughly Dr. Kirn explained everything to me. I have always gotten yearly eye exams but he went above and beyond to explain the changes in my aging eyes. He also recommended a multivitamin to support my vision. In all the years I’ve seen an eye doctor this simple step to support my eyes was never shared. I highly recommend Dr Kirn! The staff was very courteous and being able to do all the paperwork online made check-in a breeze. I didn’t have time to select new glasses but look forward to returning to choose frames from their large selection of eyeglasses. Thanks for the great eye care!

I switched to this practice about 3 years ago and I'm SO glad I did! Everyone is very friendly and helpful, you can get appointments quickly, they're very thorough in the exam and they really listen to what you have to say. I had issues with dry eyes for years and I felt like no one was really listening to what was wrong and I wasn't getting relief until I saw Dr. White. I've had great treatment and feel better. Now my whole family goes and they're AMAZING with my 2 year old son! Their eye glass and sun glass selection is great and they recycle old glasses and used contacts!

We've been very happy since changing over to Kirn for our family eye care needs. They are all wonderful with our nine-year-old and making sure we're taking care of his eye care. My husband and I have both been very happy with the treatment and patient care we've received. I very much appreciate that on some occasions we've tried new contact lens options and I've had the opportunity to try them before committing and the doctors have listened to how I felt about the product rather than pushing me to one product or another. Front office staff are very friendly and engaging; we're not just being processed and checked in and out, but there is actual conversation which is very nice. LIKE FAMILY - Always enjoy my annual check-in with Dr. Kirn. Very thorough and inclusive with eye exams. Always spends time catching up on both our families and learning more about what our families have been up to in the year behind us. Not quick in/out, but when you only go in once a year, it is a very nice visit. AND - when my 10 YO wanted red 'werewolf' contacts for Halloween, I reached out to them first! They were awesome. Got him in quickly. Taught him how to put them in, and ordered them in time for Halloween. They weren't cheap, but . . . they will last for several Halloweens and costume parties to come. Drs. Kirn and White and their awesome staff are THE BEST!

The science of the eye is quite facinating, and Dr. Kirn is not only an incredible doctor, but he is a kind man. Dr. White was wonderful. After that, everything fell apart.2 weeks prior to visit, my husband and I stopped at office and presented our insurance cards. On arrival of exam day, staff requested it again. When picking out glasses, I was told my husband didn't order bifocals previously , which he did. Giving me a $360. dollar estimate on new glasses, I chose to get my prescription. On checkout, I was told to pay for my exam. Paid for it, went home, and my husband was outraged. We returned to office, my husband had insurance co. explain to staff our benefits, then my money was returned for exam. I took the prescription home, then found out it was for another woman. Yikes, returned to office and received MY prescription. Needless to say, we probably won't be returning....

Only one thing, not being greeted by the person behind the desk who was on the phone. which i understand you can't really talk, but a "I'll be with you soon" or something like that would have been nice. not being acknowledged at all until more people came in and stood around the counter and someone else had to come over just wasn't what we are used to from this practice. it's always been an almost immediate friendly greeting before. Other than that both Dr.White and Dr.Kirn were their usual caring, taking time to chat, selves that we've come to appreciate and contributes to our return each year.

It has been 4 weeks since my appointment and my updated lens are still not available. Since is way too long to wait for new lens. Everything else was great and it should have a high rating, but the service for new lens is NO STARS.

I was seated immediately but after the 1st person took me into a room and did a few tests, I waited 20 minutes in the 2nd room before I saw Dr. White. Also, please call me when my glasses are ready as I received an email from your office, drove to your office, and was told the email was something to do with a new system and the glasses were not ready. Another email should have come stating that this email was a mistake. I will no longer respond to emails from your office and have asked to "unsubscribe" to any emails.

Our doctors strive to provide an extremely thorough eye examination and to be good stewards of our patient's time. We are constantly monitoring patient flow to ensure minimal wait times. Occasionally, we will have an urgent situation or a patient will have an unexpected result. We appreciate your understanding during these times which allows us to provide excellent care to all of our patients. Also, we sincerely apologize again for the errant email. The day our new email system was activated, a few emails were sent without our knowledge. We were unaware of the problem until you arrived. Since that time, the software company has corrected the error. As per your request, your email has been deleted. This system is designed to make our practice more accessible to our busy patients. We are constantly trying to be proactive and innovative. We also understand this technology is not for everyone and will be happy to speak to you on the phone in the future.
