Dr. Michael Kerin’s belief is that great results begin by listening to the patient. The initial consultation is a conversation to find out what each patient wants to accomplish. Once each patient's goals are established, then the correct treatments can be determined and expectations can be met. Educating the patient with regards to treatment options, expected outcome and possible side-effects is part of the relationship that Dr. Michael Kerin establishes so that goals can be met without surprises or misunderstanding. Dr. Michael Kerin offers many services, both non-invasive and minimally invasive, to enhance your natural beauty, help maintain a youthful appearance, and boost your confidence. These services include Botox and fillers, SmartLipo, cellulite treatment, CoolSculpting, tattoo and permanent makeup removal, microneedling, PicoSure skin revitalization, weight loss with hCG, and varicose vein treatments. These treatments are in addition to those offered by our licensed aestheticians. Dr. Michael Kerin is a board certified surgeon serving Westchester County and the North Bronx region for over 15 years. After completing medical school at the New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Kerin completed his surgical training at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Manhattan. He then began private practice in Westchester County, and moved his office to Tuckahoe. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. When not taking care of patients, Dr. Michael Kerin enjoys coaching youth basketball and spending time with his children.

My first visit was an exceptional experience. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and I was ushered right into a room. Dr Kerin explained everything to me and there was only a tiny pinch when administering the injectable treatment. On the way out I was warmly greeted again. Two staff members thanked me and said goodbye. It has been three days and I like the result.

Dr. Kerin is very professional yet extremely personable. I’m a new patient but I feel like I’ve known him forever. I wasn’t rushed out. He’s not pushy. Amazing! From start to finish, front staff to Dr.Kerin are all absolutely amazing! The procedure went so smooth and I couldn’t have asked for better results or a better experience! I’m truly blessed to have found this place after having a horrible experience from a previous procedure that was done at a different facility. Dr. Kerin was able to resolve my issues and address any concerns I had. Karen at the front was especially so understanding and caring, she truly helped me put to rest any anxiety I had while awaiting my procedure date to come near. I am beyond grateful to be a patient of Dr. Kerin. I travel from all the way from northern NJ to his office because there is no comparison. None. Every procedure, or consultation - whether complicated , simple , or somewhere in between is met with professionalism and sincerity . Dr. Kerin’s staff are all so welcoming and knowledgeable. For an apprehensive client like myself , I can honestly say that I have never felt nervous , or uncomfortable with voicing my concerns ( even if they were completely bogus ) , or asking questions . I have had a variety of treatments and procedures …all pain -free and I have had incredible results every single time . I refer anyone and everyone to Dr. Kerin without hesitation. I had my first consultation with Dr. Kerin he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had alot of questions and he answered all of them. I did not feel rushed during the consultation and I felt like he educated me on the things I need to do to achieve the best outcome. My plan is to do liposuction but I am not at my target weight yet. My goal is to loose some more weight then get the procedure as recommended by the doctor.

I absolutely loved my experience. The staff was all very welcoming when I arrived. when I called for a brief consultation, they were very informational. The office is clean and feels like a medical office. I will definitely be going back for all my sessions! The tech prepared me for the session and made sure I was ready for laser. She made sure I was comfortable and experienced virtually no pain.

Lovely front desk service from the time I booked the appt to the time a arrived for my appt. They took me into the room right on time and the PicoSure laser machine was already set up and ready. Dr Kerin came in to talk through any concerns and took his time and then I was surprised when he was the one that did the actual procedure! I’m used to the doctor doing the consult and then leaving the actual treatment to a nurse but I was pleasantly surprised. Wonderful experience that fave me confidence Dr. Kerin knows what he’s doing and is thorough. I will definitely be back.

Kerin is an amazing spa and everyone is so helpful and lovely. My only issue (and this may just be the nature of laser work) is that I need to purchase a second package of 6 laser treatments because the hair growth in my particular area has not slowed down much. I'm a little disappointed in this but, again, it may just be the way laser works and not a reflection of this spa. If, after another 6 sessions, I don't see improvement I may have a different story to tell.

Great service! The front desk staff is very welcoming and willing to help. The girls that do the facials are awesome! They are knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable. The Dr. is very honest. He will give you his professional opinion in what looks aesthetic and natural even if that means not getting the service that you went in to get that day. I got a hydrafacial and a little bit of Botox and I absolutely loved the results and the service. Definitely going back! I highly recommend!

I have never once felt pressured to buy extra treatments, he always does the minimum and does what is needed. He is gentle and explains everything ( I am a big baby ) I think I had the absolute worst tattoo ever and it was a cover up on top of that and they really helped me out getting rid of it. The office staff is amazing and very friendly and warm. Karen , Office Manager of the Practice is extremely professional and always gets me in right away and works with my crazy schedule. I am so thankful I found this practice and highly , 100% recommend.

When I arrived promptly for my noon appt. the waiting room smelled like spicy food, like taco, which made me sick to my stomach. Apparently someone had just microwaved this food and the odor wafted into the waiting room. The waiting room is small with only 3 available seats (due to the Covid, many seats had been roped off). I was not seen by the facialist until 12:25 as the first 20 minutes were spent doing paperwork and then another 5 minutes waiting to be called. When I got situated in the treatment room, I tried to confirm with the young woman that my Groupon says “Facial with Aromatherapy.” She said the service would be a facial only, with no aromatherapy (without giving any explanation and without looking at my Groupon which I had left with a receptionist in the waiting area.) The final disappointment was that the facial lasted only about 30-33 minutes, not 50-60 minutes that all other facials that I have had lasted. When I asked the young woman why the facial was only 30 or so minutes long, she said some facials don’t have to last more than 30 minutes. So, if anyone wants to purchase this Groupon, know in advance that no aromatherapy was provided and the actual facial lasted only about a half hour.

If you’re considering Botox or any sort of cosmetic procedure, Kerin MedSpa is fantastic! Dr. Kerin is the BEST, takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions and does not push unnecessary procedures. He’s actually very conservative in his approach to achieve a natural (non-plastic) look. I come all the way from CT to see him and it’s so worth the 45 minute drive. Karen and the office staff are all wonderful and accommodating as well. RUN, don’t walk to Kerin MedSpa!

I just completed my 6th laser hair removal treatment. I purchased a hair removal package for underarm, full Brazilian and full legs. The technicians, while pleasant and personable, were not consistent in their treatment approach. I wonder if I used Diana, who had a more thorough approach, all along whether I would have better results. I was told 2 treatment packages would get the results but based on the progress thus far I feel I may need 4 packages. Because of the disappointing results I lacked confidence in purchasing a new package and am still looking for a solution. I do recommend them as customer service and follow up were excellent!

I was losing hope with my face, from the older acne scars, large pores, aging and sun damaged now appearing. I knew right away after meeting and talking to Dr. MICHEAL Kerin that I was in caring, knowable hands. I purchased the Package of 4 Pico Laser treatments. I received the 5th one for free. My skin looked amazing, finally. Now I am continuing with the micro needling and of course Botox and filler now. I look healthy and I feel a lot more confident. It’s one of the best investments I’ve made for myself. I’m very thankful for Dr. Kerin, and Karen his office manager. I highly recommend to anyone who has issues with aging or acne damage. This is the first time I’ve ever seen results on my skin. It’s too bad we’re on lock down.

If you have ever had tattoo removal you know it can be painful and Kerin MedSpa takes that into consideration and offers multiple pain relief options that really help. Simply the best my skin has ever looked in my 50 years. Pico Genesis and Microneeding, Botox and why not I added a filler too. I love this office for the most part. Karen is truly a pleasure to talk to and she is so accommodating. The office is so clean and all the staff is friendly and welcoming. The prices are decent. Only reason I’m disappointed is because I bought several packages and just started to see good results my last visit. I feel like I wasn’t treated properly to achieve results. The way the procedure was done last visit was nothing like all the ones before. Going even back to when Jackie was doing my laser. I feel disappointed.

My first 2 laser sessions were not effective as the right machine was not used for my darker complexion. I think more attention to detail should be taken when performing laser surgery on the face because when I go home I typically identify places that were missed.

I have had 4 sessions of laser hair removal and have not seen any difference. Not even a minor change in amount of hair. Also, appointments are scarcely available to meet the needs of the laser hair removal required timeline. Appts are made months in advance regardless of status of your treatment procedures I would absolutely recommend the coolscupting procedure as i am extremely content with those results.

I have been going here for some time, but just met Diana-new with your company. She was on top of her game, asked me questions spoke to me about the new laser , we made small talk , I told her I had been sick-she then questioned if I had been on antibiotics because that affects the treatment and if I had been using any moisturizer with color in it because that also affects the treatments. I just was so happy how she took the time not to just get me in and out but took the time to explain!!! She was awesome and everyone is always so sweet there!!! Thank you for all you do !!!

Jackie has been wonderful to work with for my laser hair removal. I’m very satisfied with my results. The only issue I have with the office is it can be difficult to make appointments unless it’s way in advance. They’re very busy, which is good because they’re popular, but it can be challenging to get the exact date/time you want.

Great experience with my laser tattoo removal. Tianna is amazing! She did a wonderful job. I was super nervous and she made me feel at ease. She took her time to make sure she got every spot! Dr. Kerin was also great, he gave me the lido shots and made sure I was in no pain which is very important to me. This was my first laser hair removal appointment. My esthetician was very nice, polite and explained that they were experiencing problems with the machine and that brought me into the room to let me know what was going on, instead of having me wait in the waiting area. In mean time she explained the procedure and how the center handles body areas for laser. The machine started working and I was able to complete my session. The front desk person was friendly and I made my next appointment with out an issue.

Staff is great. My husband and I went to get laser hair removal and it was a breeze! The doctor came to see us about questions we had and was very informative and sweet especially since we had both of our kids there. Amazing place.

Great experience! Arrived to my appointment 5 minutes early and was taken in right away. The office is very pleasant. Dr Kerin and his staff were great. Im so happy I found an office to come back to that provides fantastic results.

The center is very welcoming and the staff is so friendly. It is all very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Each time I've been there I've been seen with minimal wait time and they have been able to accommodate last minute requests. I am usually in and out, which I appreciate since I go during my lunch break.

Everyone in the office is very nice and well made me feel comfortable. Doctor Kerin is a sweetheart. Very attentive and made me feel at ease answering all my concerns going into my procedure. Will use this Medspa again.

Kerin Medspa I found on groupon. The staff is excellent. All the ladies are so supportive and understanding. They make me feel extremely comfortable especially with sensitive subjects such as hair removal. I would definitely recommend their services. The ambiance is cool, professional, and personal.

As always my visit to Kerin MedSpa was most enjoyable and the results always up to expectations From the time I was greeted at the front desk by Karen to the very personable and skillful Dr. Kerin. You never feel rushed and they are always try to be accomadating. I would highly recommend Dr. Kerin. I have had fillers and Botox over the past number of years and have been pleased with the results.

Kerin Medspa is centrally located, the staff is very welcoming, and the services provided are excellent. Dr. Kerin is a very skilled, patient and attentive surgeon. I've been to other spas, but Kerin Medspa is by far my first choice. I can see no reason for going elsewhere.

Friendly staff, check, clean as can be, check, feel comfortable while I am there, check, real Dr. in the house, check. I have no complaints. Even at time when I couldn't get the exact appointment I wanted due to my crazy schedule, the staff followed through with putting me on a wait-list and calling me back.
