I was trying to get so relief from so tooth pain. I was getting referred around to different places until I meet Nicole. Everyone was very kind and caring to me and helped me to feel at ease even when there was some pain involved right after the tooth removed for dental implant because of infection. The clerical and all office staff were very informative and helpful with the insurance and payment procedures. They took extra time checking with insurance ahead to be sure as much as possible would be covered.

They get the job done and go over everything with you. I like specifically going over the X-ray. They give you as much information as possible and of course answer any questions you may have. With all that being said I hope I don't have to see them for a long time but that has nothing to do with the people.

We understand the timing of appointments is at times uncontrollable, but both times in your office, once for the pre consultation and the surgery itself the waiting time was too long. In waiting room 20 minutes then in the back room waiting to be seen by Dr for additional 45 minutes. The surgery day we came 15 minutes prior to appt which for someone w high anxiety was horrible. Appt was at 9, was called back at 9:25, once in the back everything happened quickly and efficiently. All staff is wonderful & very kind.

They didn't "have a chance" to copy my insurance card while I was there. She called me later to ask me to email them a copy of it. That doesn't sound secure, so I made a special trip to take it in and let them copy it. Got a bill soon after for $120, no mention of insurance. I pay over $50 a month for my dental insurance. I will have my regular dentist's office staff call them and explain it to them.

Everything went great in the office.A problem I had when I got home was the bleeding wouldn’t stop. It took about 14 or 15 hours to stop. The gauze would get soaked and I kept replacing it until approximately 4am. Since then I think everything is ok.

Follow-up X-ray was taken in a timely manner. Tech was both friendly and patient in positioning me for the scan. Doctor visited at length with me following the scan to explain the next step. Explained were the timing, the need for additional bone grafting, the necessary use of a longer post, anticipated outcome, and scheduling at my convenience.

My husband and I both had an extraction appointment with Dr. Davidson on December 6, 2022. While I have had no previous knowledge of extractions, since I’ve never even had a cavity, I do have knowledge of bedside manners and they were non-existent. He never even introduced himself, I didn’t even know his name until I paid the bill. My husband’s experience was like mine, except he looked in my husbands mouth and said he wouldn’t pull his tooth until he talked to Dr. Farmer. He spent a total of less then. 5 minutes with him and we were charged $92.00 for a consult!!

Dr Gagnon is very thorough in his explanation of the "next steps" in my implant procedure. He understood it is a learning experience for me so he showed me the 3D graphical representation on the computer of what is to be done and explained it well after the CT Scan. The nurses and assistants are very friendly and knowledgeable as well and thorough as well making the whole experience more comfortable. This is my first time doing this so all this is welcome. The front office staff are all very good. Whenever I call to get a question answered it is handled in an understanding and friendly way. I would recommend Dr Gagnon. He was referred to me by Dr Lance Anderson my dentist.

This was my second experience at OMS so I went in with complete confidence. I was not disappointed. The only pain I experienced was the shot to numb the area. I found the entire procedure relatively painless. I never filled my prescription for pain medicine as it was not needed after the procedures. I was nervous about having dental implants but after having it completed by Dr. Gagnon, I would recommend it to anyone.

I was very impressed with the way I was taken care of, Dr. Gagnon assistant knew I was nervous when I went in to have my tooth pulled and she did what I suppose most people would do and got my mind off it by having great conversation and she patted my shoulder through the whole procedure kept me really calm. Then Dr Gagnon came in and pulled my tooth so quick i was really surprised I didn't need the sedation after all. Thank you all so very, very much.

Interestingly, I will be using her technique of gently applying reassuring (maybe meant to be distracting) taps on the shoulder during the procedure. My appointment was handled very efficiently and professionally. I realized afterward that I hadn't prepared specific questions re my dental needs. Question 1, since I've had two implant posts fail, in the event the one Dr. Gagnon plans to do in June should fail, how is the financing handled? If I pay over $2,000 for the procedure, I would like reassurance that I would be reimbursed at least a portion of the cost. Question 2, the small bonelike protrusion at the gum line is a mystery to me. Dr Gagnon said he would scrape it after opening the gum. Will that require stitches? No explanation as to what or why this protrusion appeared.

Had a tooth removed. Local numbing shot was the least painful I have ever had at a dentists. Removal was quick and painless. Numbness wore off in two hours and no bleeding after the first hour post procedure.

Admittedly, I was very apprehensive about seeing an oral surgeon. White Coat Syndrome is real and I have it! Dr. Gagnon handled my situation of elevated blood pressure by delaying the initial extraction attempt and scheduling me for Extraction under GA.
