Dr. Gagnon and the entire staff I had the pleasure of dealing with were great! I had heard horror stories regarding wisdom teeth extraction (I had a coronectomy on my bottom wisdom teeth) at an older age, but it was about as straight forward and non eventful as it could be. Right from the moment I met Dr. Gagnon during my consultation, I knew this is who I was choosing to perform this surgery. His confidence and knowledge put me at ease right away and lessened my anxiety for the procedure. The Mid Kansas OMS facilities are top notch and also exude professionalism and expertise in how clean and nice they are. I received a consultation from Mid Kansas OMS and one other oral surgery business, and although Mid Kansas OMS was quite a bit more expensive, I knew there was higher quality and value in their services all around even with the higher (justifiable) price. Dr. Gagnon and Mid Kansas OMS was the obvious choice for me! Considering my simple, quick, limited pain recovery, I know I made the right choice and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!

Took quite a while to get an appointment, even after insurance finally got off the stick and sent approved referral for out of network provider. But in office Dr. Gagnon took care of minor problem quickly and thankfully did not have to reschedule me for a new appointment for the procedure. I can't judge urgency of this problem, but not knowing what it was is a little scary, and I had to wait about a month for insurance to get their act together, and then another three weeks for an appointment after that.

Though the extraction was difficult, it was handled quite well and competently by the surgeon. He told me what to expect throughout, which was quite helpful and reassuring, and helped me to remain calm. He and his assistants worked well as a team.

I felt very good with the way things went getting my teeth extracted..my only complaint would be that as much as I woukd have like to go with lower denture you were about $2100 more than what my local dentist thought you would so I had to just go with regular dentures and hope for the best. Could maybe lived with between $!3,500 and &14,000 but $16000 was just to much

Being a patient here is a wonderful experience....even for a person who absolutely HATES going to the dentist!!!!...They seriously put you totally at east and are so thorough with what is going to happen next and constantly asking if you're alright! Dr. Tingey and his assistants, Jessica & Maddy were very pleasant and also are very professional. I just couldn't recommend Dr. Tingey anymore than I already do to my friends, as he is so gentle, professional and caring!!!! The staff was very friendly and caring. The doctor did a great job and in a very timely manner, letting me know what he was doing next, every step of the way. I had minimal pain afterwards, one prescribe ibuprofen was all I needed to manage the pain and I had minimal swelling that only lasted a day. I would recommend Dr. Davidson to any friend or family member needing a oral surgeon.

We understand the timing of appointments is at times uncontrollable, but both times in your office, once for the pre consultation and the surgery itself the waiting time was too long. In waiting room 20 minutes then in the back room waiting to be seen by Dr for additional 45 minutes. The surgery day we came 15 minutes prior to appt which for someone w high anxiety was horrible. Appt was at 9, was called back at 9:25, once in the back everything happened quickly and efficiently. All staff is wonderful & very kind.

They didn't "have a chance" to copy my insurance card while I was there. She called me later to ask me to email them a copy of it. That doesn't sound secure, so I made a special trip to take it in and let them copy it. Got a bill soon after for $120, no mention of insurance. I pay over $50 a month for my dental insurance. I will have my regular dentist's office staff call them and explain it to them.

My husband and I both had an extraction appointment with Dr. Davidson on December 6, 2022. While I have had no previous knowledge of extractions, since I’ve never even had a cavity, I do have knowledge of bedside manners and they were non-existent. He never even introduced himself, I didn’t even know his name until I paid the bill. My husband’s experience was like mine, except he looked in my husbands mouth and said he wouldn’t pull his tooth until he talked to Dr. Farmer. He spent a total of less then. 5 minutes with him and we were charged $92.00 for a consult!!

Dr Gagnon is very thorough in his explanation of the "next steps" in my implant procedure. He understood it is a learning experience for me so he showed me the 3D graphical representation on the computer of what is to be done and explained it well after the CT Scan. Interestingly, I will be using her technique of gently applying reassuring (maybe meant to be distracting) taps on the shoulder during the procedure. My appointment was handled very efficiently and professionally. I realized afterward that I hadn't prepared specific questions re my dental needs. Question 1, since I've had two implant posts fail, in the event the one Dr. Gagnon plans to do in June should fail, how is the financing handled? If I pay over $2,000 for the procedure, I would like reassurance that I would be reimbursed at least a portion of the cost. Question 2, the small bonelike protrusion at the gum line is a mystery to me. Dr Gagnon said he would scrape it after opening the gum. Will that require stitches? No explanation as to what or why this protrusion appeared.

Admittedly, I was very apprehensive about seeing an oral surgeon. White Coat Syndrome is real and I have it! Dr. Gagnon handled my situation of elevated blood pressure by delaying the initial extraction attempt and scheduling me for Extraction under GA. Everything went extremely well and the white knuckle route was avoided. Many thanks to Dr. Gagnon and his entire staff. Well trained and extremely professional. My office visit was absolutely amazing! I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Dr. Gagnon is a great doctor and I highly recommend going to this office. They got me in very fast after being in a lot of pain from my wisdom teeth, which I'm very grateful for!

This was the first time in this office but I had been in the Ridge Rd office but again I was treated with most respect. The office girls were so kind and professional. The one that took me back to the room where I would see doctor stayed with me and was so kind and concerned how I felt. And of course Dr Gagnon is awesome.
