I was greeted immediately. All staff are always polite. friendly and professional. Office is always clean. Parking is easily accessible. Dr. Britton always takes the time to answer questions and explain tests or procedures and results. The electronic appointment reminders are very helpful especially when appointments are made months in advance.

My appointment was good like always. I just wish there was someone who would help you pick out glasses because usually by the end my eyes are dilated and I can’t see with my glasses off. It would be nice for a little feedback at that time.

I had an excellent experience with the office staff and the doctor. My only issue is with the length of time it takes to get my glasses in the office. There was an issue with the first pair, so they had to be replaced. However, the second pair were not expedited so I another 2 weeks of waiting for my much needed new glasses.

I have been using Dr. Manasco most of my life & Dr. Britnell for the past few years as well. Both are very through with the exams & spend the time needed to be sure I am getting the care needed. They always make sure that I have a clear understanding of of my needs. The office staff are very kind, caring & helpful as well! I respect them all well enough that I drove from Dothan Alabama for 11 years & am now driving from Birmingham Alabama for the past 5 years to continue using them. Great optometrists and staff!

I have always received great eye care at Manasco's Eye Clinic. I have been a customer since the age of 40 and I am now 73. Dr. Manasco and Dr. Britton are very supportive. I thank Dr. Britton for recommending me to have my cataracts removed and lens replaced. I am typing this without glasses because now I only need reading glasses for close work. I have had cataract surgery with lens implants in both eyes. Will I get a refund from Medicare? You pay 20% of the Medicare-Approved Amount for corrective lenses after each cataract surgery with an intraocular lens, and the Part B deductible applies. You pay any additional costs for upgraded frames. Medicare will only pay for contact lenses or eyeglasses from a supplier enrolled in Medicare, no matter if you or your supplier submits the claim.

I can honestly say that every person that works at the office is friendly and kind. They make conversation with you and make you feel comfortable during your appointment. Little things like waiting to dilate your eyes so that you can correctly choose your frames goes a long way or explaining ways to save money on contacts goes a long way with patients. Their smiling faces and amicable disposition really shows every time I am in to visit. Annual reminders to check your eyes via email are also wonderful in a time of such busy lives. A giant thank you to the entire team! This office is an amazing asset to this community.

A wonderful visit all around! Could not recommend more highly. My visit with the doctor was incredible and I've been hesitant to go back to the eye doctor for several years. He was professional, kind, explained everything and took all the time necessary to ensure accuracy and my comfort were above all. Also, having illnesses that change my eyes on various ways, he even took the time to understand. I was set on purchasing my glasses online, even with my complicated prescription, yet felt so much at home there that I picked out my frames there. I can't wait to get my glasses and schedule my son for his first eye appointment! The doctor asks his team are simply awesome!

I lived in Haleyville most of my life; but for the past 12 years have been residing in South Alabama & now central Alabama. However, I make the drive to Haleyville when I need an eye exam because I wouldn’t trust anyone anywhere with my eyes like I do Dr. Manasco & Dr. Britton. The office staff are always very friendly as well & very helpful with whatever the need may be.

At my appointment the entire staff was very kind and helpful. The lady that dialated my eyes also helped me pick out my new glasses. She was so helpful and sincere and actually cared that I like my choice. I have always used Dr.Manasco but Dr.Britain was very personable, friendly, and professional. All the staff were very polite, caring & compassionate people. From the time I entered the office until I left I was treated with upmost respect. I would recommend them to any & everyone. In fact, I work 288 miles away & drove back home for my vision exam because I don't trust anyone the way I do them.
