This practice was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad I tried it out. Every member of the staff that I have interacted with is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. They take their time listening to your concerns and answering questions. The technology used for testing seems advanced as well. Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend.

My only complaint is your limited selection of frames. May I suggest that you display them by frame shapes, as oval, rectangle, round, square, cat-eye, etc. Cater to all potential customers. Current styles only serve a few. But everything else is fine.

I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Ives answered my questions and explained some additional test he would like me to have. The staff was so friendly even at 7:00 am when my appt was scheduled. I was also impressed with Chris( I think that is her name) She was very helpful, kind and does a great job! I appreciate the fact there is little or no wait time to be seen as everyone’s time is valuable. I will definitely refer to friends as well as family.

Great selection of glasses in all price ranges! This time, I saw Dr. Cozza for the first time, and she was professional, approachable, and took her time explaining things to me. I cant wait to try my new prescription for glasses! I was also very happy that they now have a camera to take pictures of the back of the eye so I did not need to have my eyes dilated this time! As always, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

I was pleased by my first appointment and the extra help I received, in many ways. I dislike taking surveys, however, until I have an opportunity to experience the service and get to know the employees over a period of time. I particularly liked the professional and caring attitude of Dr. Ives, the educational explanations, and the lack of meaningless chitchat. So far, so very good. I'm waiting for my lenses to come in so I can try the new script to see how it works for me. Then I'll be more than happy to comment more thoroughly on the entire experience...and refer my husband to Ives Care....

I was very pleased with my appointment. I was not happy that my glasses were not not the correct prescription, when I tried them out the following day. I understand though that we all make mistakes. I do hope that when I pick them up that there will be a credit for me.
