I use the laser tattoo removal services and am 100% satisfied with it. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are kind and caring and do their best to help you anyway possible. I used another place for tattoo removal before coming here and found I like Island Medical better. Additionally, the staff keep the building in pristine condition, it's so clean, I had to compliment them in person because I was so impressed. Also, I've never had to wait to be seen, I get taken in right away. I have zero complaints and 100% recommend using their services.

Read the fine print hi bought a Groupon for facial. I had one previously and was very happy. When I came the next facial they would not except my coupon. I was told that they would give me a discount off the full price but I would still have to pay $100 on top of the almost $40 for the Groupon. Play beyond what I expected to pay so I left. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I felt bad for the woman who would’ve given me the facial and received a nice tip. I wish I had seen the fine print that excluded my use of a Groupon again.

The laser hair removal girl Ashley is amazing but the manager and other staff are terrible. Their hours online say 10am-5pm but then won’t let you book your appointment anytime past 415pm. Then will cancel the appointment because their day was slow and their boss won’t pay them to wait. How is this accommodating customers who work? I only came to this place because of Ashley and wanted to continue doing treatments but because they cancel and aren’t accommodating to people who work I will not be back.

Dr Wertheim was very responsive to all the concerns I had regarding my one droopy eyelid after Botox. He asked me to send a picture, which I did and then scheduled a follow up appointment. He listened that I didn’t think I was a good candidate, but explained that he would now know exactly how to treat me next time, if I decide to try it again. He tweeted one spot above the good eye. I have had fillers and a Fraxel laser treatment, as well, and I’ve been extremely happy with those results!!!

This was my third time getting laser genesis post treatment. Every time I got it I left with little redness and great results. This time the laser was hotter than ever and I told the technician this and she indicated it was ok. I now have a swollen eye and blisters water mini all over my face. I am so upset because was supposed to have plans this week. I am still recovering it’s been 3 days and results are getting a drop better but not great. :(

Dr. Wertheim and his whole staff specially Lisa have been very helpful and accurate with all their information about all the procedures they have to offer. They are very honest telling us what would be good to enhance our looks and never forced anything extra. I have been going to IML for many year and have recommended to lot of my friends. They all loved them! I know for sure of 9 of my good friends still see Dr. Wertheim from time to time. Even during the pandemic they were very careful with all the necessary procedures to keep everyone in a save place.

So far so good. I have had three tattoo removal appointments and am having excellent service at all my appointments. I am a little skeptical that the next three I just paid for will be "it". If 6 appointments doesn't take care of this its almost like a blackhole I keep throwing money into. But I am optimistic. I know there is a new clinician who will be servicing me next time due to maternity leave so I am trusting everything will go smoothly. Hoping for wonderful results.

Dr wertheim is extremely professional, very honest and never recommends too much at once. He is an artist and will say no if he believes the patient ais over doing it. He would rather wait and do a checkup to tweak than take money from you. The staff is responsive and polite. Iv been using him for 10years and have been avoiding a facelift. Dr wertheim has done a fabulous job and i highly recommend using him. I trust his judgement and his trained eye. He often runs specials, which are very generous. I say WHEN IN DOUBT CHECK HIM OUT!

Advanced Laser of Roslyn is awesome!! If I could give this office more than 5 stars I would. Dr Wertheim is a perfectionist. I have had several procedures done and every single one of them came out perfect. Everything was explained and there was never ever any pressure. The dr is very honest and caring. If he doesn't feel you need anything done or its too soon he will not do the procedure. They really really want you to be happy and look good thats the bottom line. I have been coming here for 5 years and I would never go anywhere else. Just had the Silhouette Instalift and am very very happy. Everyone is the office is super friendly and nice. I was recommended to Dr Wertheim by a friend. I've had many procedures over the years - and I decided to go for a consultation- I was curious to know what the doctor would recommend for me. The office is professionally staffed with a very welcoming and respectful tone--thorough history taken for the doctor to evaluate. Firstly a series of photos were taken by the technician. Then the doctor joined us - the tech remained in the examining room throughout the exam. I was so surprised at the care for my comfort- hadn't experienced that before. The tech gave a little squeeZe to my arm at each injection--to salve any discomfort. Expert medical professional attention. Sometimes what we think we need -- isn't what is the aging issue. That is where an expert review is so important. And by an MD. -- and not pushy.. Ps. No bruising and didn't break the bank. The office is in Roslyn Heights- and was easy to get to in an exclusive area on LI. I actually made the trip from Westchester - well worth the drive to be in good hands.

I am very happy with the results of my latest visit to Dr. W's office. He did a light botox on my forehead and outer eye area, and some filler around my cheek area. What I appreciate so much is his natural approach- very soft, but in just the right place to make a difference. Thank you so much, Dr. W- I count on you to keep me looking good. It just wasn't relaxing and I didn't love the facial mask. It ended up in my hair down the back of my neck, on my clothes. The technicians cell phone kept vibrating. I prefer facials that are more spa like. This was not that.
