From the moment you walk in you are warmly welcomed and treated professionally by the entire staff. My medical technician, Caitlin performed my preliminary eye exam followed by a state-of-the-art eye exam and thorough review by Dr. Brad Masuga, O.D. Elaine, eyewear stylist was very patient in helping me find the perfect glasses just for me! Once my glasses arrived, Cara fitted them to perfection. I love my glasses and the entire practice. The new specialty lenses they recommended are like no other... they give me a full range of clear vision and are not thick and bulky. You see, my eyes are extremely important to me as I am an artist and a graphic designer and now I see so much better!!! Thank you InFocus.

This was the ultimate professional experience. Kara met us when we walked in. This office is small and everyone is so friendly. I felt like I was the only patient they had !! There was no waiting at all. The vision tests did not take long at all and they have glasses there too and Elaine is excellent to help you find the right glasses. I highly recommend it and you are on Main Street so parking is not an issue. Then stop and have lunch or dinner afterwards (with your dilated eyes!) !! Yummy.

I needed to be seen quickly. and was given a same day appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted. so kindly and brought to exam room immediately! I had an emergency with one of my eyes. The staff person that answered my call very quickly spoke with the doctor to obtain an appointment for me. I received a very thorough exam by Dr Brad Masuga who suggested I see a retinal specialist. Dr Masuga's staff called the specialist's office and obtained an immediate appointment for me. well, the decision to do away with Eyemed left us a bit surprised and disappointed. the cost of eyeware and lenses just are too high. There was no mention anywhere in the store until Kara advised us. Suffice to say I wont be getting my sunglasses done there. Sad as I always like to shop small, but will wind up going to an Lenscrafters or some other chain to save $$$.

It starts and ends with the very professional and courteous staff at the front desk and continues with the efficient and very pleasant Nurse who is well trained and very pleasant as she moves the patient through the pre-exam tests and measurements! Last, but not least the Doctor is very patient and forthcoming while answering my questions! During his Examination he clearly explains the current needs and sets the expectation for upcoming issues such as my glaucoma progress and corrective actions. It is very comforting to see the coordination of all involved and the relative knowledge of each patient facing person! Highly Recommend!

Overall I have been pleased with InFocus, however at my last appointed I was disappointed that I had to wait 20+ mins to see Brad. I also have a busy schedule but make sure I am prompt to my appointments. When I have to wait that long I feel as if the service provider has determined their time is more important than mine. I would hope this gets fixed going forward.

Dr. Ashley and her entire staff are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and up-to-date in their use of state-of-the-art testing and diagnostic equipment. They also have expert knowledge regarding corrective eyewear of all types from simple to complex multiple corrective eyewear to the myriad of available contact lens technologies. If there are multiple possible treatments, Dr. Ashley ensures she provides the information including costs so you know you've made the best possible value decision for your situation. When I evaluate someone or something, the key attributes I consider are exceptional service that is sustained over a long period of time. The key words are "exceptional" and "sustained", which I've found are quite rare when they are paired together. I rarely hand out high ratings like the 5 stars and 10 on a "very likely scale. However, Dr. Ashley and InFocus have earned them and also have earned my highest recommendation without any reservation or qualification. Well done.

I just moved here from out of state so I needed to find a new optometrist. Dr. Ashley and the folks at InFocus are great! I was a few minutes early for my appointment, but I was immediately taken back to the exam rooms and my appointment began. Dr. Ashley took the time to explain everything she was doing and why, and she made sure I understood her findings after each test before moving onto subsequent tests.
