We are new in town so we wanted to try to get acquainted with what is close to us. My son loved the doctor but the front office staff from the minute we opened the door acted paranoid because my children didn’t have a mask on. It made us feel uncomfortable. Not the greatest glasses selection but it was ok. We decided not to purchase from them due to the awkwardness.

Visiting this practice is always a pleasure. Both Dustin and Kinsey are professional, caring, and detailed. From the front desk staff, to the pre-work techs, to the folks that help fit glasses, this practice is by far the best in Johnson County! My wife and I recommend Highpoint to anyone and everyone we meet. As the title of this review says, visiting Kinsey and Dustin is the "Highpoint" of my day...….see what I did there?

High point is a beautifully decorated, maintained and obviously cared for office. All staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was given multiple contact samples to try out three different brands while I made my decision. This has been great! My previous Drs would ask how the one pair felt at the office and that was all. I'm very happy with my first visit! I will be making them my regular optometrist.

She takes the time to completely explain her findings, making sure the patient understands all their treatment options. You leave feeling and knowing she truly cares about her patients eye health. I completely trust my eye care to Dr. Kinsey Honeyman.

I have been going to this practice for years. I am always greeted warmly and treated like a friend. Recently had an eye concern and the doctor got on the phone when I stated what my symptoms were. She also told me to call with any concerns before my appointment happened. I even got a call from her personal phone which she then said to call with any problems. They set up an appointment to have me come in and check the problem. The doctor checked out my eyes every which way and explained everything she was doing and why. Turns out it isn't a problem with my eyes after all. She still had me keep on "eye" on it and let her know any concerns in the future. Both doctors are warm and personable as well as knowledgeable in their field. Definitely a great family oriented practice.

My wife and I were treated promptly in a very friendly environment. Dustin and his assistants seemed very competent, explaining all the steps of the examination was we went along. He has secured our undying loyalty! Neither of us need glasses at this point (other than over the counter reading glasses -- we're in our 70's) but you can be sure that we will be returning to this clinic annually, or whenever we think we have a problem with our vision.

This is a wonderful place. Everyone is so friendly. The doctors are thorough & knowledgeable. I love their warranty on their glasses. We have definitely used it, as we have a kiddo that is hard on his glasses. The doctors are also fantastic with kids. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Highpoint Family Vision is by far the best Optometry center I have gone to in the last ten years. They are professional, friendly, and the best to work with. My current prescription is absolutely perfect and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Both doctors have made my daughter's experience a pleasure. She received multiple eye injuries which were very dangerous for her vision. They went above and beyond to treat her injured eye and to walk us through the steps needed to assure proper recovery. I would recommend their practice to any family out there. Upon calling and telling them of my eye problem I was given an appointment within a days time. Receptionist was courteous in answering my questions. The day of my visit went very smoothly and the doctor explained what she found and discussed the treatment. My eye is already responding to treatment and I couldn't be happier.
