It would help if the office opened earlier. The 9am open time really makes it impactful to get in. It puts me getting in the office at 10:30, which is 3-4 hours after my normal start. If it was once or twice a week earlier start, it would make it easier for me.

Everyone is professional and friendly at the same time. Ms Tonda cleaned my teeth very carefully and thoroughly and even told me she was working a little extra on a stain. All assistants and hygienists are knowledgable and always explain each procedure. Dr. Ramos has a calm and friendly approach and explains everything so that it is easy to understand. He gives tips to help keep teeth healthy and works to prevent expensive procedures.

All of the staff go above and beyond to make new patients feel right at home from the front desk coordinators to the hygienists and to Dr. Finger. My dental appointment was exceptional and the office decor with the upbeat music only added to making my visit a purely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Healthy Smiles to everyone looking for a positive and professional dental team.

I am always seen quickly after arriving. The staff greeting me are friendly and knowledgeable about my insurance information. The providers and gentle and friendly. The spaces are clean and the music creates a positive atmosphere. The charges are of fair value. I love my dentist, he explains everything to me prior to doing it and is very gentle. 10/10

The office was very crowded. 5people before me and I had to wait a very long time to check in. The technician was very good and and I didn’t have to wait long. However, the dentist was over an hour to see me and I was just about to walk out. I needed a filling but was so upset I left. If this happens again I will look for another dentist.

I absolutely love the work done by Dr Chang but I do not care for the front office staff. At times they are not the nicest or very helpful. It’s getting harder to get an appointment or reschedule in a timely manner but it seems they do not care. I have to call a few times before someone even answers the phone. I adored the older lady that used to work up front but she is no longer in this office. For the most part some of the hygienist are okay but why do so many people have to come in and out of the room or be inside my mouth. I would think only one other person besides the dentist needs to be in my mouth.

Dr Chang was very conscientious regarding a tooth that he suspected needed a root canal. He sent me to an excellent root canal specialist. Because of Dr Chang's diligence, I avoided an implant procedure that could have cost $6000. I'm so grateful for his ongoing attention to detail.

I was a bit annoyed with my Hygienist visit. The Hygienist I had the first time only worked on Fridays. So I had book this appointment on Friday. I don't know if she is not there anymore or was not there the day of my visit. I was not told. The dental assistant got me from the waiting room. In the chair, she said she was going to work on my teeth or I could wait for the Hygienist. Since I had no idea what was going on, I consented to her cleaning and flossing my teeth. Shortly thereafter, the dentist came in to do his inspection and talk with me about a bridge. Sitting in the chair for almost an hour, the other hygienist came in and spent less than 5 minutes with me. I was there for a Hygienist visit but I don't really feel like I got one.

My question is if you have my email address cellphone number mailing address why would wait until I arrive for my appointment on March 2,2021 when you should have reached out to me by via,email or call me in reference to a bill which had no details or description of the service just highlighted $209 and Ms.Abby.M handed me a bill for $239 I called her to ask if she would wave the late fees of $35 she replied yes, but didn't say anything about the late fees until after I brought it to her attention. I am very disappointed with the handling of this matter, I am thinking about choosing another dentist at this time

Sometimes it's the little things. I came in for my first appointment. The normal cleaning and exam. Hands down the best cleaning I've ever had. And I'm not young... Which isn't to say it was comfortable or painless, as it was neither. But in the end, what my tongue felt was amazing. Beautifully smooth teeth. It's the kind of thing that until you get something near perfection, you don't realize how mediocre things were before. If the attention to detail is as thorough from the rest of the practice as it was for something as basic as a teeth cleaning, then I look forward to a long relationship with this practice.

Dr. Chang was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain which procedures would work for my situation, the differences in the procedures, and his recommendation. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had. My young son also had his appointment concurrently, and he is usually not a fan of the dentist office. However, he was able to get his teeth cleaned, polished, x-rayed, and checked by Dr. Chang without any complaints (all the while, my son was feeling under the weather and the entire staff was so supportive and made sure my son was comfortable)! We won't be going anywhere but here from now on! Highly recommended.

I would not recommend Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry. This dental office takes patients' blood pressure even for procedures that do not affect blood pressure and requires patients to sign waivers if they refuse blood pressure checks. This dental office cares more about protecting themselves from liability than patient care. I have a friend who lives in another state, and she says that her dentist does not take patients' blood pressure which tells me that all dentists do not do this. I might be looking for a new dentist who is more accommodating.

I actually followed Dr Ramos to this location. It took a year because of the added distance (shame on me) but I wouldn’t let any one else touch my teeth. I was delighted with the entire experience. From the reception desk and all the way through the office I saw nothing but smiles and heard nothing but friendliness. Bianca did an excellent job with cleaning my teeth and as usual Dr Ramos was pleasant and professional.

I broke a tooth and they got me right in. They were cautious: they didn't say I needed to have a root canal and cap. Instead, they put in something for the root and gave me some fillings. If I get better, that's all I need. And that saves me money. If I get worse, then we go to the root canal. But I appreciated that they took a more conservative approach. I'll be back and will give them my business from now on.

Dr. Ramos is the professional, compassionate dentist for whom I have been searching for myself and my family. While checking in the receptionist asked for payment. I would have preferred to pay on the way out because I had questions about why I was paying more. The Receptionist responded because I have gum disease and continued to go on about my personal dental history. That should be a private conversation behind closed doors,.
