My family and I have been using this practice for 30 years, and everyone is friendly and great at their job. They have always been available in emergency's and when we have our regular maintenance Rosanna has been great. I would recommend them to everyone I can.

I was anxious about coming in because it had been a while. Dr. Park made me feel very comfortable. He explained every thing he was going to do before he did it. He didn't lecture me, which was awesome. i have no worries about coming back in 6 months.

It was great to visit with Dr Spencer as well and he alerted me to a problem with my tooth. All in all a great visit with great people!

I have been going to Havertown Dental Associates for over 10 years and have been treated by Dr. Svenson and Dr. Park. There was a period in my life, about 20 years, where I didn't go to a dentist because the dentist I had when I was younger didn't believe in Novocain when doing fillings. Now I have no problems seeing Dr. Svenson or Dr. Park because they do high quality work with the minimum of discomfort.

I didn't care for the amount of time spent cleaning my teeth. Also the sink drain area was so disgusting I almost threw up. Spitting into other people's nasty mouth gunk is just not pleasant. I will be back in 6 months to get cleaned by my regular hygentist only . She is the best.

I like that there is always good background music playing on throughout the office. It is more relaxing and takes you mind off whatever procedure I'm there for. Also the personell are very friendly and accommodating to my schedule when I need to make appointments. From the second you walk in you realize you are in a friendly, yet professional atmosphere. The Administrative staff is top notch from the office manager to the front desk receptionist. Dr. Svenson is a great dentist! He is professional yet provides the personal care needed and is always very engaging. Every hygienist that has cleaned my teeth (Roseanna, Katie and Dallas) have been incredibly efficient and I would highly recommend their services!

Havertown Dental Associates is a scrupulously clean dental office with a lovely, caring staff! I worked with Dr. Park, who is personable and very knowledgeable, although perhaps not the most gentle dentist I've visited. In all fairness, I had a cavity in a very tough place:) I was experiencing extreme temperature sensitivity which now seems cured! The office accepts DentalSave and CareCredit, which made it much easier to afford the work I needed. Overall ,I'm very happy with the experience and have already referred several people to Dr. Park.

Dr. Svenson and his staff are beyond accommodating! They definitely exceeded our family's exceptions during an emergency over the weekend. Ironically, the same day that I received a FB friend request from the office, we were desperately in need of their services. My son had an infected tooth and his face had swelling that was intense. Late that evening, desperate for help, I sent a message through FB messenger and the office had Dr. Svenson on the phone helping and calling in medicine to get my son through the night. We were then one his first appointments that next morning and were in and out within 45 minutes with my son on his way home to recover. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you to Dr. Svenson and his team!

First, I'd like to say I'm 79 years old so over the years I've seen several Dentists. Dr. Parks was the best dentist I have ever had. He was so thorough and so gentle I had almost no pain during the examination, the procedure and my recovery.. . He treated me with kindness and respect and his manner was outstanding. I had a tooth extracted and he even called that evening tp check how I was.doing. Thank you Staff for excellent care.

Dr. Svenson is like a breath of fresh teeth. Unlike every other dentist I can recall seeing I don't get the impression that he's lying to me and trying to rip me off because of "personal" animosity. Also, unlike them, Svenson is pleasant rather than aggressively obnoxious, does excellent work, and actually takes time to answer questions and explain various options and procedures.

Havertown Dental is the best! I started seeing them over 20 years ago after a long lapse in dental care (due to fear from a horrible prior dentist) when I had an emergency. A friend recommended them. It has been a pleasure ever since. The dentists are fantastic and my visits are always pain free. The staff is helpful and I never have to wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. Highly Recommended!

I have been going to Havertown Dental since the office was first opened in Havertown. Must be at least 40 years ago! Faces have changed over the years, but the standard of care has always been exceptional. I am constantly impressed by the state of the art equipment. Thank you for letting us know. Once in a while our receptionist needs to be in the back helping the dentist, but we do try to keep these times to a minimum.

I am sorry that we were running late when you were in. An emergency had come in and it put the office behind. I agree, I think in the future, a phone call would be a good idea, I'll try to keep tabs on that!
