I feel like my kids are well taken care of, and I feel listened to when I voice any concerns that I have about my children’s health. Hello, My daughter Augustine was sick and I got an appointment the new day, even though I was a new patient. The whole team is super nice and I am really satisfied about the experience! I will definitely recommend Harvest pediatricians to any new parents or family.

The front office staff is kind and welcoming in person. They are helpful over the phone and can usually get me in for a last minute appt. Support staff is equally as kind and engaging. Dr and NPs listen to concerns and provide peace of mind with concerns. Walking in it feels nice to be recognized/remembered (even if that’s not the case), to be greeted warmly as opposed to an inconvenience is why we love this office. I do wish there was an app or email function to send pictures/videos of concerns or questions though, especially if it’s possibly something that may not require an office visit.

On call dr was very kind, viewed image we sent him. Rxd antibiotics to be conservative and the doctor we saw the next AM did not see that he had done this, in his notes. She was not going to Rx antibiotics and treat kid's thumb as spider bite, but suggested it was poooosible the antibiotic given to her night before had been the cause of reduced redness/inflammation. I know it's good to be safe, but as I told doc.s, this child has had antibiotics several times - and it seems like it could have been avoided (& we'd have alerted doctors if thumb got worse w/ only Benadryl- sought further care)

Excellent doctors but front staff is stand off ish. We arrived early as requested and 2 patients that appointments after us were called in first. We asked why we were seen out of order abs staff was rude and unhelpful, and unapologetic.

It depends. I would tell friends to make sure which doctor you get… Dr Carillo is phenomenal and we always bend backwards to make sure we get him. We think he is the best. We recently met dr stacy H and she was also wonderful and kind. We will now be happy to see her also.

We interviewed Dr. Carrillo when I was regnant and was deciding on a pediatrician for our upcoming twins. I found Harvest Pediatrics to be quick to respond, clear in their communication, friendly and understanding. They truly listened to all my concerns even before my kids were born. Dr. Carrillo was at the north of my twins and watched them closely for the two weeks they were in the NICU. We have been with Harvest Pediatrics ever since!! We love all the doctors there and my girls have been seeing Dr. Stacey for a while now. They feel so comfortable there that my daughter said that if there was an emergency in the family, she would want to call the doctor because she felt so comfortable there. I can’t say enough good things about Harvest and all the staff there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The providers at Harvest pediatrics are very welcoming, friendly, caring, and concise. Both my children have been going to Harvest since birth and they both love each provider they get to meet. I appreciate the amount of time they put into my children and the amount of information/data they provide us. There isn't a question/concern that is off-limits and that they can't answer.

We love our NP! My daughter is 16 and over the years Staci has done a great job of really engaging her and not just me as the mom. I feel confidant that in a few short years when she is on her own she will be able to be navigate the healthcare system because Staci has taught her this skill.

We've never had a bad experience at the office. The nurses, techs, office staff, and doctors have always treated my son with respect and respected his autonomy and his neurodivergence while doing an awesome job of explaining procedures to him and why they need to be done, easing his fears and anxiety. I know the office isn't specifically aimed at neurodivergent kids but I would one hundred percent feel comfortable telling other parents of ND kiddos to go to y'all.

We had our baby earlier than expected and before we could even have an introductory call with Dr. Carrillo. But he was so excited to meet us at the hospital and we were absolutely delighted by his enthusiasm and compassion. I feel like my baby is in the best hands possible with the Harvest practice and count my lucky stars that we found them!

I myself work in a medical environment and this behavior would never be tolerated. We love Stacey, she is absolutely amazing but your staff at this most recent visit was not something I would ever recommend and in fact is something quite embarrassing, a staff member should never roll their eyes at a patient. Your front staff is the First face patients see as they enter, all patients should be treated regardless with upmost respect as we are paying to be treated in your facility. We are going give more try hoping to see a turn around at our next visit.

We interviewed many different pediatricians before our daughters were born. What I loved about Dr. Carrillo's office is that he has such joy for the profession, and yet listens to your concerns at the same time. Our twins were born 9 years ago and Dr. Carrillo helped them through their two week stint in the NICU and then afterward, for many years as they grew older. Now that my daughters are 9, they feel more comfortable with a female doctor. Dr. Stacey and the other female Dr. are always funny, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. And Dr. Carrillo still makes a point of coming in and saying hello afterward. This is a great place to take your children and I would highly recommend it.

Such a wonderful group ! All the doctors are extremely caring and actually engage with you as a parent and your child individually. I’ve never had a better experience with any other doctors office. This team goes above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier and more appreciative for the loving attention and care my three kids get!

Harvest Pediatrics has the best customer service and care that I have seen in a doctor's office in a long time. Staci Hemmerlin is amazing. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and relatable--not only with me, but my 15 year old daughter as well.

At Harvest Pediatrics, I feel like the providers and support staff really know our son and go out of their way to be supportive of him. They have never hesitated to fit us in our give us the referrals we've needed. And when your child isn't feeling well or needs extra support, this is HUGE peace of mind. I just wish there was a practice with this much kindness for adults!

Susan Mickens is absolutely amazing! She takes time, ask questions and truly cares about her patients. My sons likes to ask lots of questions and she listens and explains the answers so that he feels comfortable. The front office staff and nurses are very helpful and pleasant.

I'm so thankful for Harvest Pediatrics! After spending almost five years with the other pediatric practice in Napa, our family has finally found a doctors office that is warm, fun, and inviting. Everyone is stellar. From the front desk staff, Amber who makes everything fun and happy, to Dr. Blanusa and Susan the NP. You are thoughtful and insightful and I love that your office is clean and fun. Kuddos all around! My only regret is staying with the other practice as long as we did. A friend of mine referred me to your office and said, "Lindsey, just switch, you will never look back." Boy was she right!

Dr. Carrillo is the BEST! My kids love him, he always takes time to listen to any concerns and interacts with the kids, asks them about school, holidays etc. The staff is always friendly & helpful as well. We wouldn't take our kids anywhere else!
