I summed my feeling up to Dr. Ghane at my last appointment; I don't like going to Dr.'s but actually enjoy getting my dental checkups! Dr. Ghane is fantastic, she knows what she is doing, is gentle, explains everything and is always a pleasure to chat with her. I've had a few emergency's over the years and she has never failed to take care of me as soon as possible. Honestly, she is a great dentist, her staff is great also. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

It was my first visit. Becky, the hygienist was very professional and did an excellent job. I have a tooth that is going to require major work. Dr Ghane spent time with me discussing options and then recommended that I visit an oral surgeon she has worked with to get a further evaluation. When visiting the doctor for a check up, she claimed that I need a new crown since the old that I had for over 10 years needs to be replaced. I went ahead with he doctor's recommendation and had anew crown put in early April this year (2019). Few days ago (August), about 4 months later, the crown fell out, luckily I did not swallow it. I went to the Dentist to have it put back in and the Dentist tried to put the blame on me for the crown's failure. An obvious attempt to extract money for a job poorly done. If there was an issue with the crown or the post, then this is something that should have been addressed by the doctor before putting it in. The customer cannot be held responsible for shoddy work by the Dentist or the lab they contracted to do the crown. The old crown was in my mouth for over 10 years without a problem, how can a new crown fall off in 4 months only. Furthermore, when we refused to pay since we strongly felt this is a correction work to a job was poorly done in the first place, an extremely rude and obnoxious receptionist was raising her voice at me and my husband and making threats. We walked out in disbelief that this sort of this can happen in what is supposed to be a professional clinic. We have never been to such unprofessional dental practice., and we will never go back there again. We intend to leave bad reviews on all social media sites to let people know what kind of practice being run at this place.

Somehow last evening, I chipped my tooth. I have been a patient of Dr. Ghane, for many years. So I called her office, early, the following morning and was promised that I would be fit in after 11am, but might have to wait a while. I arrived at 11 am and was taken almost immediately. The Dr Ghane explained what she was going to do, did it, I paid the balance of what I owed over what my dental insurance covered and I was out of there. She is efficient, personable, and always provides excellant quality care.

Dr. Ghane is an excellent and very caring dentist. She came in to see me on an emergency basis on a Saturday on a recent holiday weekend. She also was extremely timely in making follow-up referrals to an endodontist and oral surgeon and in providing overall care management and oversight of my treatment. The staff at Aqua are extremely friendly and good at what they do. There is almost no wait time for my appointments. Dr. Ghane takes the time to explain everything, and if there is something unusual found she will write a referral for a consultation without trying to push anything unnecessary. As always the staff was great and especially the young blood assistant. Forgive me I cannot remember her name. However, my one disappointment was my dentist who spent under 2 minutes with me checking my teeth. I have always enjoyed her interest and found this somewhat hurtful as she seemed too busy to talk. I hope next time it will be more personal and fun as I remember when I first met her. Nevertheless, the young assistant was fantastic and I look forward to visiting her again

Although I was very impressed with Dr Ghane, and I am quite loyal to Dr Honnar and her staff, I was not terribly impressed with the clinic. I am surprised to see such an outdated clinic(dental equipment appears outdated). I usually tease that I still remember spit bowls, but this facility actually still uses them. May want to look at investing in some new equipment. Perhaps from Deluxe Smiles!

Dr. Ghane was an excellent choice by Dr. Vance, who I loved as my dentist, to take over his practice. She is very personable and keeps a thorough history of my exams, comments, concerns and follows up each appointment. She spends as much time I as need to make sure all my concerns are addressed. Dr. Ghane and her staff are very friendly and helpful. She spent a lot of time with me, explaining a recommended procedure and the staff helped me understand the what insurance will pay. I have neck issues and she accommodated them. They also have the option of using the spit sink in addition to that suction thing, which I like.

To be honest with you I don't get excited for dentist visits. But couple of years ago I had tooth trouble and I had to go see dentist. Since then I have switched 3 dentists to find a good dentist I trust. Finally I found one in Dr. Ghane. The things I like about her are - She spends lot of time with her patients understanding the problem and explaining the options. As she works on you she will explain what is going on and what's going to happen next. Very professional. Just recently I got my filling done, and I can tell you my experience was 10 times better than the previous dentists I had visited. Dr. Ghane made sure the filling aligned well with jaw/teeth settings. I must mention BJ, the assistant. She promptly offered me tissue after I rinsed. It was great to meet my new dentist and I look forward to many years of service to come. The only thing different for my last appointment was not going home with the usual goodie bag of new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss as Dr Vance always sent me home with. Actually this items became my replacement dental care products at my office.
