I've been going to see Dr Chiang for a couple of years now, she's excellent at what she does and always does a thorough job and is very explanatory with any questions I have and recommendations she has.

First time visit. Overall, a very through appointment / exam. X-Ray Tech was very polite and nice. Though had to redo about four of the X-Rays. Very impressed with Dr. Chiang. A very good cleaning, took her time, and I can tell she wants to do a complete cleaning job. Did not feel rushed at all. She explained in detail on options for replacing a removed tooth. Three referrals for oral surgery to choose from which is better than just one. Have set up an appointment in January to take care of a cavity. Overall, a very good visit.

Not much to say about Dr. Chiang except that she is well organized, informative, directed and a pleasure to have as a primary dentist. Methodical and dependable, I feel comfortable knowing I can count on her expertise to complete the necessary dental work without delay or complications. Not much to say, but I did. I highly recommend her.

After several years having the same dentist, due to changes in insurance in 2016, I had to find a new dentist. No one was able to provide the care, comfort & confidence that Dr.Chiang & her staff give. Now due to another insurance change, I’m able to return!!

I want to start off by saying that the services here with Dr. Kristi Chiang are the best I have received in my dental journey. From the way she goes over in detail with the way she takes care of dental needs. I am pleased to have her as my dental doctor and I will for sure recommend family and friends. The staff is super courteous and Johanna is excellent! I have called and asked questions and she is always willing to provide me with quick answers. In regards to the treatment, I had a crown done, some cavities filled, and my wisdom tooth pulled out and honestly it was all smooth. To top it off, the office is clean, and everyone there is very professional. I’ve got to say that Dr has a soft touch for sure. Overall an amazing experience, I cannot wait for my six month cleaning! Ten out of ten for sure!

Dr. Chiang is very thorough and meticulous. I have great confidence in her and her staff. Everyone is personable and friendly. I recently had to change dentists as my former dentist retired. After a bad experience with another dentist, I'm very happy to have been referred to Dr. Chiang. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but it's nice to leave knowing you've been well taken care of. I'm happy to recommend her to anyone.

After a less than positive experience with a new dentist, we were recently referred to Dr. Chang. What a difference! We were pleasantly surprised by her professionalism as well as the competence and courtesy of her staff. Dr Chang was very thorough in her examination and meticulous in her analysis. She made sound recommendations for minor corrective work. Her prices are very reasonable. We are very pleased to have her as our new dentist.

Kristi Chiang, and Dr. Souw before her, and their staffs have always treated me with respect, great care, helpfulness and gentleness-- and even friendship. Unlike other dentists who seemed to view my mouth as an insurance cash cow, they have never done unnecessary work. They adapted their procedures to my specific medical situations. They have helped me make payments on big-money procedures. They have always been patient with me.They have taken me early when I arrived ahead of time, and seen me on holidays when I was in pain. They have earned my loyalty over 40+ years, even when I lived north of LA, I would drive the distance just to be treated by them. They are simply the best.

Gentle Smiles Dentistry is by far the best dental office I've been to! Dr. Chiang is gentle and very professional. During my first visit, she was honest about the work I needed (which was a lot - I hadn't been to a dentist in years due to my fear of dentists!) but was so caring and sweet throughout my treatment that my visits went by very quickly. She was very thorough and took her time and I never felt like she was in a rush to see the next patient, which to me shows how much she truly cares. The office was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and nice. I have never looked forward to a dental visit, but am looking forward to my next visit in 6 months. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!

Dr. Kristi Chiang is an amazing Dentist. Her office is very well kept. The front desk is helpful friendly (hard to find at a dental office) and organized. The equipment they used seems to be very modern. Most dental offices either assume you know what is being performed on you, or try to hide it from the patients. Either way the communication here is great. The dental hygiene staff and dental assistant staff are very friendly as well!
