I called after 5p on a Friday night and they were able to get me an appointment the following morning!!! I had an emergency and they were so sweet and accommodating. Everyone was very polite, professional and gracious. They performed a root canal on the spot. I didn’t even feel the injection in my gums. The entire process they checked to see how I was feeling and were very attentive. I left with my prescriptions and have had no pain whatsoever. I would definitely say that this doctor lives up to their name, Gentle Dentistry.

Such an amazing office overall. The staff were all nice and super gentle. But Dr. Yvonne Le was SO gentle, kind and mindful. I usually get pretty bad anxiety but this time around it vanished almost as soon as it appeared due to how comfortable and relaxed Dr. Le helped me feel. I walked away in such awe and amazement. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment and have told all my friends and family what a great place this is.

Dental assistant was lacking training on hygiene protocols. While she was taking my x-rays she placed all the items that she was utilizing on top of the computer keyboard. She also removed her mask to get it readjusted with the gloves she doing my cleaning. She did not change her gloves after! She kept adjusting her chair and kept reaching and touching everything. ALL WITH THE SAME GLOVES that she was doing my cleaning! That made feel very uncomfortable.

Every staff member I interacted with was kind, informative, and knowledgeable. Dr. Le was gentle, explained everything well, and asked several times during our session if I had any questions. it seemed like there has been some staff changes, I feel like my teeth didn't get cleaned thoroughly, the hygienist didn't use the hooks and pricks to scrape any tarter build up that may have been on my teeth

Every single visit is the same. AMAZING! Never thought I would say that about a dentist office appointment, however the personal treatment I receive is above and beyond any other dental office. I have a medical issue with my lips tearing and they ALWAYS make sure to be extra careful to not tear them and that is on top of the actual dental work that is done is impeccable. I would recommend Gentle Dentistry to anyone and everyone!

This was one of the easiest and quickest appoitmener I have had at the dentist. I am a big scaredy cat about any dental work I have to have done. I get anxiety so bad my stomach shakes in the chair. Dr.Lee did a great job and didnt kill me giving the numbing shot in my jaw.

I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office, for the first visit EVER in my life, until today. Every element of my visit from the receptionist/assistant that created me upon arrival to Dr. Le and then Evelina going over all my options, were all exceptional and professional. I just loved the new dentist that I saw. She was impressive, professional, and friendly. She pointed out areas of concern with my teeth; some I had never been advised about. My chief complaint and low rating are because I called and made an appointment explaining that I had a sore tooth. Apparently, this was not noted on the request, chart (or whatever the case may be! X-rays, exam, and cleaning was the only service provided. Upon speaking with Evelyn, I was advised the appt was only scheduled for exam and cleaning and that she did not book the appt but rather Marcela had. The part that angered me the most is that she said that an appt. must be made first to see what's required and then you must come back to have the actual appt since they have no way of what needs to be done. She indicated that the dentist had back-to-back appts and that only one dentist was working! Question is so why you would book so many appointments knowing there would only be one dentist. Was the other dentist asked if they would come in and help for a while?? So ultimately, I had to suffer the consequences due to an error made on your part! This isn't a problem that I should take ownership! Taken back because I find it hard to believe that a patient or potential patient would just be examined and sent on their way only to return again to have the actual work done. Seems like to me this is a sure way of losing money, old patients, and new ones as well! My saying I had taken off work to have my tooth fixed as it had been bothering me seemed to be ignored. I sure hope this type of treatment isn't a normal practice. THIS WAS AN INSULT TO MY INTELLIGENCE! Must reiterate that the dentist did an exceptional job, and the back staff treatment was great as well! For all the years I have received services from you I have never been treated with such disdain.

I absolutely love everything about Gentle Dentistry. All of my concerns were addressed and I have been taken care of with the most gentle care. Evelina is always so welcoming and she has went above and beyond explaining things to me from my next appointment to understanding different types of insurance information including everything I need to know about mine. Honestly was probably the best dentist I have ever been to. When I first called, the woman gave me an appointment and let me know she would call me if anything sooner opened up. She called me the very next morning and got me in. I was extremely thankful for it. The dentist and his assistant were very nice and consistently asked if I was okay answered any questions I had and explained everything. I’m a baby when it comes to going to the dentist, but I honestly can’t wait to go back and finish everything I need done here at Gentle Dentistry. Everything was smooth from start to finish. 5 stars all the way!

My experience with Gentle Dentistry has been excellent! They have always treated me with care and take the time to explain the treatment with patience. They truly care about my dental hygiene. Weird to say but I love coming to the dentist! The staff here is extremely kind and attentive. I love how I get greeted by my name and at the font and once I go to get my cleaning the dental assistants are so nice, the dental hygienist also takes the time to ask how I am and it’s Always a pleasure to have the dr come check on you as well. I really appreciate these guys. It is so hard to find a reliable dentist now a days. At this location I am able to see my dentist and Ortho in one. I appreciate the fact that they make time for any situations I encounter with my braces. Straight forward work. Amazing staff!

My visit was wonderful. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday and took the best care of me. Dr. Le is so gentle and wonderful. Even at my age, I'm still a little afraid to go to the dentist but he set my mind at ease and my experience was great! I have been going here for the last 3 years. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else .

I am always happy with how staff treats me...however this last visit the hygienist was a bit brisk, heavy handed and I felt pain at cleaning. A spacer was put in my mouth which made it more uncomfortable since I had a tooth that needed a root canal. Other than that everything else was great.

I love that Gentle Dentistry has Saturday appointments. Above that, I am always very nervous going to the dentist. Both doctors at this practice are very comforting and make things as relaxing as possible for being at the dentist. The staff is amazing, kind, and very helpful. Even when I haven't been in the office for over a year, the front desk always knows who I am and are always very personable.

I have not been to the dentist in a very long time. Dr Le's staff is professional and courteous. I am morbidly obese and needed some assistance getting out of the chairs in their waiting room. They were more than happy to help me. Evelyn explained the procedures Dr. Le wants to do on my teeth well, and my cost out of pocket. It was easy to understand and helpful. I do not remember all of the people who I spoke with or who did my cleaning and x-ray's but I do know they were kind and ready to help me in anyway they could. My comfort was their number one concern. I would recommend Dr. Le and her staff to anyone.

I've never seen a dentist office run so effectively! I'm impressed by all the ways you use technology, from scheduling my appointment and reminders to the state of the art technology you use to go over my x-rays. The x-rays, by the way, are always painless. I have a small mouth, and it has always been extremely uncomfortable in the past to get x-rays. Everyone always greets me with a smile. They remember who I am and ask me how I'm doing. It makes going to the dentist much more comfortable. I truly trust Gentle Dentistry with my dental health!

My first time seeing Dr. Lee, she was phenomenal! The dental assistant was helpful and funny. Both made the visit easy and relaxing. My comfort was obviously a priority and all measures were taken during each step to ensure that I wasn't in pain and that I was doing well. Hands down the best dentist I've been to and I will continue to travel over an hour because of the great staff and Saturday appointments.

Seemed like the Dentist was in hurry & treatment was a little ruff. The Hygienist wasn't as thorough as I thought she should be. I felt that she didn't clean all my teeth as well as flossed all of the either. All & all, I really didn't feel that I received a very good cleaning & would not like to have the same dentist or hygienist the next time I come in for my cleaning. I'm hoping that this was just an off-day & that the next time will be better. Thank You
