The staff sends reminders about your appointments which are appreciated. Whenever I've had to call the office, the staff has been friendly and helpful. Once you are in the waiting area you are greeted with a smile and a pleasant hello. The office waiting area is neat and tidy. My hygienist Carlene, is amazing! She does the best cleaning I've ever had. She's friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and gives suggestions as to what to work on to improve home care to keep your teeth healthy.

I have always feared the dentist for whatever reasons, but here there has never been a fear, there has never been a concern, they are very professional, always prompt. For example, I had an appointment at 9:00 for an extraction, and I was out of there by 9:30! I didn't feel not one thing, even later on that day, and when I woke up the next day I didn't feel anything, he's the best at what he does! DR. LIU IS THE MAN TO SEE FOR ANY/ALL DENTAL NEEDS! Dr Liu and the team especially Kathleen and Sofia are outstanding in helping me over the years. The last incidence was to place two implants for my front teeth. This was something I attempted before covid and the previous Dr couldn't do it despite the bone grafting procedure. When I mentioned this to Dr Liu he said that he could do it. In fact after another graft Dr Liu was able to put the two implants in quickly and successfully. I'm waiting for the crowns which should be put in place very soon. I highly recommend Dr Liu for any procedure including the challenging ones.

I travel 3.5 hours (7 hours total loop) to see Dr. Liu once a year for my perio checkup. I live in Tahoe City, CA. That’s how much I trust him over anyone else. He’s the best. My experience with a few other periodontists (who were geographically more desirable for me) was that they tried to prescribe expensive procedures that were unnecessary. Dr. Liu is so honest and smart— great combination. I’ll always make the trek to see him.

I had an awesome experience at Fremont Periodontics. Dr. Liu was referred by our regular and lifetime trusted Dentist, Dr. Yip in San Francisco. I needed a bone graft to be sure I had enough material for a strong implant and Dr. Liu did the graft and the implant in one short visit. Anesthesia and attention from his assistant were excellent, and I had no discomfort at all. I absolutely recommend Dr. Liu.

I have been seeing Dr. Liu and his professional staff in Fremont Periodontics & Implants for 10 years. I did my implant there and also visit the office for routine cleaning and implant maintenance. Dr. Liu is a skilled dental surgeon and his staff is helpful and friendly. They also have the latest technology like LANAP and digital 3D X-ray. The experience is great, the follow up from Dr. Liu is thorough. I would give the experience a 10/10. I would highly recommend Dr. Liu if you need periodontics treatment and implants!

Not happy last visit for teeth Cleaning. I have going here for over ten years. Technician checks gums and cleans teeth. This time the dentist checked gums before technician cleaned teeth. First time I ever saw the dentist. I was charged extra for dentist consultation less than ten minutes.

This is not really a feedback, it's about an important safety practice, not sure you've heard nearly all covid confirmed cases in Santa Clara lately are among hygienist or dental assistant. Your new "long-neck lamp" looking suction now plays an important role to protect patients and your staff. Please have it turned on at all times regardless it's manual work or power tool work being done.

I want to take a moment to express my complete gratitude to the entire staff here at Fremont Periodontics & Implants. I have spent most of my life suffering from GERD and never took the proper measures in dealing with it, and at 34 years old found myself with severe dental problems that were quickly getting worse. I was extremely nervous & ashamed to even have myself looked at until my friends and family set me straight, at which point I found Dr. Liu & Dr. Hahn. I have been treated with great care, dignity and respect every step of the way and have always felt like I chose the perfect team to help my regain my dental health. I have been informed of my situation every step of the way, the various options we had moving forward and felt that my opinion mattered at all times. We are now 1/2 way through my full dental restoration and I could not be happier with choosing these wonderful people. Big thanks to these Doctors, as well as their entire staff for making every visit worthwhile, positive and endearing. If you need anything done I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Wang is very thorough and explains things very well. She was recommended by a co worker of mine and speaks highly of her. I do have high regards for Dr. Wang and staff. They are all dedicated and honest with their treatment. I highly recommend. She gives you an overview of the treatment in laymans term which is so easy to understand. She shows and guides you on how to do home care for your teeth. She is a wonderful wonderful Periodontics.

I have been a patient of this office for the past 40 years. I began with Dr. Tsujimoto until he retired. He became a friend over the years. He not only did a comprehensive examination he wanted to know more about you as a person. I’m now seeing Dr. Leong who has a similar personality which made for an easy transition. I have also become friends who two of the staff members who have worked there for as long as I can remember. Marta and Kathy are very efficient and helpful at their jobs. They are always checking to ensure what is and what isn’t covered so I make informed decisions. I also can count on them to do that final “how does this look”?, when selecting a new pair of glasses.

Dr. Liu prescribed me a medication for the tooth/teeth sensitivity that I have been feeling since February 2020. I was in and out in approximately twenty (20) minutes or so. Dr. Liu is the best! I have been a patient of Dr. Liu's for 14 years. I travel 75 miles just to see him and would not trust another dentist to perform my implant surgeries, of which he has performed several. He is an exceptional periodontist dentist - thorough, explains what to expect and is dedicated to making the procedure as pleasant and stress-free as possible. The office staff is outstanding! They are both friendly and professional.

Dr. Liu is an outstanding periodontist. He cares about his patients. Dr. Liu's staff is very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to communicate with. However, on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, I was disappointed to find out I was being charged for that visit. I was under the impression that I was going for a routine check up as opposed to a full and complete evaluation and examination of my mouth. It was not communicated to me that I was going to be charged for said visit (I did end up paying for the visit). However, I hold myself liable as well because I failed to ask if I was going to be charged for said visit. I should not have assumed that the visit was going to be a free of charge, routine check up. Notwithstanding the above, Dr. Liu and his staff are all very nice people who care about the patients that they serve. I will continue to go to Dr. Liu for any of my periodontists needs.
